We were looking for a cleaning service for commercial cleaning. We tried PDX Cleaning and were pleasantly surprised at what a fantastic job they did. Kelsey was extremely easy to work with. She and her team did a wonderfully detailed job. Always prompt, detailed and extremely thorough. You can imagine what the placed looked like with 100 employees. Very professional and efficient. I needed a commercial tenant space cleaned after an extensive construction project and the crew exceeded our expectations. Usually, we have to come behind our commercial cleaners and wipe down our glass display cases because of streaks and emphasized this to them and it's been the first time any cleaner has left the cases streak free which seems small but makes a huge difference when opening a commercial market.

I set an appointment with this company to get a quote for office cleaning services and they never showed up. They didn't even bother to call and tell me they were not coming. When I called them to ask where they were I was directed to an answering service who could not give me any explanation! Totally unprofessional, completely unacceptable. Don't waste your time with this company.

My tenant hired this co and paid $400 (plus an $80 tip) to have an 800sq ft house cleaned. The owner refused to speak with me even after my tenant asked them to make contact. Having cleaned homes, I understand it's a challenging job, especially if pets are involved. Nonetheless, the job was absolutely incomplete, unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

There were drawers that were never cleaned, the couch cushions were not lifted up and vacuumed under, shelves were not dusted, cobwebs on the ceiling, huge dust bunnies behind the bed and moveable furniture. What was really shocking is that the oven was sprayed with chemicals, but was not wiped down and the bottom shelf was filled with greasy trays. PDX Cleaning returned $75, but this was not nearly enough to cover all the extra cleaning needed. It's disheartening that more effort was not made to remedy the situation or even discuss the problem.

Had them clean a property today and they did a wonderful job! We have a bathroom we regularly maintain but having them deep clean it has made a huge difference. They were in and out very fast, and even kind enough to organize the things left laying around. Pauline, the owner was so kind and didn't mind cleaning while the house was still occupied.
