John and Jon, the two owners of the company, are excellent to work with. Jon has a background in corporate America while the other John has extensive experience dealing with smaller "mom and pop" businesses. Their personalities and skill sets compliment each other well. Their pricing is excellent and their staff is top notch. I can't recommend them more highly for any janitorial services you may need.

Great company and the team is so conscientious - they have gone above and beyond many times to accommodate my work schedule. We sometimes see patients/clients late in the day into early evening and they have adjusted without complaint. Our offices/exam rooms have never looked better! When we move into a larger space, we're taking them with us!

I utilized Cirrus for my business for 2 years. The team they assigned to my office seemed very nice and helpful. I own a medical clinic, so was very sensitive to HIPAA access, and felt the Cirrus team was trustworthy. This prevented me from making the better decision to get another team after my office had numerous cleanliness issues that weren't addressed with cleaning, nor responsive to complaints.
I involved the team manager, who did nothing, and simply re-directed my concerns back towards the team performing the cleaning. The service manager (a different person) seemed to care, but was unable to make any change or improvement on my service. My break room sink was not cleaned for 2 months. Black mold was growing in it. I addressed this with the team, and was met with push back defending the level of their cleaning.
The Cirrus manager not only was not helpful, after I wanted a different team, he actually sent the same team back that I had fired, putting my HIPAA sensitive information at risk to disgruntled employees. That was the point at which I made the decision I had been hoping to not have to make, to interview a whole new cleaning operation, as Cirrus was clearly not wanting to provide good service to my small business.
After I fired Cirrus for non-performance, I requested to hear from John, the owner. He defended the team, with an explanation that 'no other people have complained about this team'. And then proceeded to bill me for the following month (in which their services had been terminated for non-performance, and had been paid through the last cleaning).
If I could do it over, (and now I have), I hired a local woman owned business, who cares about doing a great job and providing great cleaning service (and for a better price). My impression- Cirrus provides mediocre to poor service, probably to bigger businesses who don't notice as much. Keep looking, you won't find what you need here.

John at cirrus was very helpful in providing very great information on professional cleaning services that cirrus performs. All their employees, for example are all very well trained routinely and before they do jobs. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality people without being at all pushy that John and his staff was with me. Experience and quality does matter to me and that is what I experienced with cirrus.

I used Cirrus for approximately 2 years and they were just ok. Their first crew started out great and the quality of cleaning gradually degraded over time. We provided regular feedback to them and their corporate office was very responsive. We would see immediate improvement, and then eventual backsliding. Eventually they changed the cleaning crew.
The new crew started strong, but eventually began to slip. We had their corporate rep out to inspect and he agreed the quality was severely lacking, but basically told us that they had tried two crews and that was the best they could do. They have a very large list of items they say they will do every day/week, etc., but they greatly over-promised. We ended up trying a new company.
