D & M Heating & Air Conditioning

D&M came out to do my first routine a/c maintenance as a new home owner and was very helpful all the way through. When I called the office, they explained everything they would be doing and were able to schedule me within the month, even though it's near the peak busy season. The tech, Adam, was well within the timeframe I was given and very helpful and professional throughout.

He explained what he was doing, what he was seeing, gave me a few tips to keep everything running well, and was able to answer a couple questions I had about our house's air conditioning that were outside of the scope of the original servicing. I ended up signing up for the maintenance plan because even though it costs slightly more per yr (assuming nothing actually breaks down), the fact that they'll call me when I'm due for a service is worth it to me alone, instead of me endlessly forgetting to call and schedule it.

I have needed D&M Heating for two furnace/air-conditioning over the past twenty plus years. They come when I need them, are so kind and helpful, and give the best value for the dollar. Jeff is totally responsive and so generous with his time. The office staff is patient and helpful. The installers are professional and make sure everything works before they leave, and I understand how to run everything. If there was a ten star rating, D&M would deserve it.

We were very pleased with D&M! Our salesman Jeff was punctual, informative and timely with his quote! He set us up with Dustin and Kraig to install our new A/c in less than a week! They were great! Got to work right away and wrapped everything up in a few hours! They even let our crazy dog hang with them! We highly recommend D&M!

Jeff was very thorough during the quoting process answering questions and resolving all our concerns. The installers, Dustin and Kraig, did an amazing job removing our 28 year old HVAC and installing our new Carrier Infinity system. We also replaced our 1" filter with an Aprilaire 4". On the day of our installation, it rained all day. Dustin and Kraig were very professional and answered all my questions during the installation and made a special effort to keep the outdoors out.

Our old system was hauled away and everything was cleaned up. We have been using Nest thermostats since their first year in business and although Nest has several features that beat all others, we opted to switch to a Carrier Infinity System Control (thermostat) to take full advantage of our new Carrier Infinity furnace. We are very glad we went with D&M Heating and would highly recommend them.

These people are VERY professional and know their business. My dad had them when he was alive and now that I own his house that he had built in 1956, I feel we both have grown up with it. I just had the original humidifier replaced. I called on Monday morning and they were here to check it out that same afternoon. Because of the large quantity of humidifiers on the market, they came with my NEW one the next day. Elijah installed it all by himself in less than one day.

I was impressed! But then, I shouldn't have been because D&M only hire the most qualified and personable people. They also replaced my furnace and air conditioner in the past. It's a great feeling to know these are people you can trust and rely on with a "Handshake". I wish more service organizations had people like D&M!

Our furnace was not working and since it was 31 years old we decided not to try to fix it but just replace. A friend recommended D&M and we contacted them for estimate. They gave us a fair quote compared to others we had gotten already and they came the following day to install. They gave wonderful customer service and even offered to bring over space heaters since the furnace was not working and the weather was very cold.

The 2 installers arrived on time and were very professional and efficient. They wore masks which we really appreciated. Within a matter of a few hours the installers had the old furnaces removed, new ones installed and had the area completely cleaned.

We had a new furnace installed and everything went very well. The person who came out for the service call really explained all of our options in terms we could understand. Their scheduling to install the unit was very flexible and the installation was done with careful attention to all the details. We were very satisfied with our service.

We have used D&M Heating for over 15 years. Our furnace went out today, Sunday and with a windchill of -2 it was quite cold in our house. Alyssa responded to our call and was at our home within an hour. She was helpful, prompt, and efficient. Our furnace is working great. Jeff has also worked on our furnace and air conditioning in the past and we've never had a complaint about the service we've received. We highly recommend D&M Heating and Air Conditioning!

We had an issue with our boiler short cycling. Called D&M and they had someone out within a few hours. Sean successfully solved our issue, whereas a previous company told us the issue was our Nest. He explained everything thoroughly and was able to give us a temporary solution until the part he needed came in the next business day. Service: Heating system repair

D&M was amazing. We were without heat for a week and when we called then for a quote, they were able to schedule a furnace install within 24 hours and the install took only 2hours, instead of the 4 they quoted. Tom was incredibly friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, never felt rushed. He also really went out of his way to move things away from the furnace as I had totally forgot to prep the space - he even put it back and assured me multiple times it was ok. Totally impressed. Tim serviced our machine which received a new switch 11/30/15 - he determined the problem and the need for a replacement furnace. Kraig and Dustin replaced the old furnace and all 3 were very courteous and knowledgeable. My Friday the 13th was not the nightmare it started out to be at the end with their service.

Tom seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We were very happy with his repair work and diagnosis and he was thorough with recommendations for a new furnace that will fit our needs.

This is a new home to us and Tim made sure we were all set. He took the time to explain the general theory behind our boiler system. The nice lady that answered the phone was very accommodating, nice, and professional. I loved the whole process.

Our experience with Kurt Dodge & D&M Heating & Air Conditioning has been extremely satisfying. Starting with the first phone call, speaking with Jennifer, then having Kurt coming to our home to personally give us an estimate.

I am about to embark on an adventure with D&M Heating. First step was to call. I did. Next step is waiting for a return call so I'll wait. The person that answered was indeed polite and courteous.

I have used these guys for years. They are prompt, friendly and most important to me, honest. I use their annual maintenance contract for both my air conditioner and furnace. They call me in the spring and fall to make sure they come and check the system.

Any positive review of this company on here must be from first time customers because as a return customer I, too, have found the customer service at best rude and at worst completely unprofessional.

D and M did a fine job on my furnace and air conditioner for years. Then something happened to the company. The service crew changed and so did the customer service. The last time they came out they didn't fix the problem and then claimed they did.
