I had a furnace/ac combo unit replaced but the workers broke the bottom of my door and the office has not responded to multiple calls and emails about remediating it. When the workers left they had taken pictures of damage and assured me I'd get a large discount off my installation once conferring with office, but since then no one will respond to my messages.
A large chunk of the wood was ripped out and now I might have to replace the door which is going to be expensive, it is extremely unprofessional to leave a work site in this condition with no followup. The installation went fine otherwise, but I would never use them again in case something went wrong.

I went to K Komfot for a second opinion as I suspected that I was being grossly over charged for a new furnace (I was quoted a single stage furnace with instillation for 6k). K Komfort was able to install a multi stage furnace with a better warranty for a thousand dollars less. So happy I reached out to them for a second opinion! I appreciate the time that was taken to lay out all my options. Overall very pleased with the service I received. Would recommend to anyone in the Milwaukee area.

We have used KKomfort for our new furnace and AC, and also invested in the tune-up services. We have been extremely impressed by this company and it's employees. We had Eugene and Elliott service our furnace today and while they were here they took the extra step to change out our filter, and update our thermostat to our zipcode which now shows updates to our local weather! Overall a really great experience with this company.

We reached out to K Komfort for two reasons. One, they were rated well here on Yelp, and two, another vendor we reached out to for a quote said it was outside of what they normally handle and recommended K Komfort instead. A technician was first scheduled weeks ago to come out at 8AM to review the situation and provide a quote. He did not leave until 8, and did not arrive until nearly 8:30.
He then advised that, he would actually need a 2nd technician / boiler specialist to provide a quote. He called the next day insisting that this second trip would incur a trip charge, despite not having yet provided a quote. I called their office to confirm, but the office person clarified it would only incur a trip charge if they're able to fix the issue during the quote visit (which would absolutely not be possible, given the scope of the work).
The second quote meeting was scheduled weeks in advance, this time though with a time window of 8 - 10AM. Finally, the scheduled visit date came. It was nearly 10AM by the time I gave up, called K Komfort, and let them know to cancel the visit. I didn't receive any email, text, or call that anyone was even en route or about any delay, and the person I spoke with didn't bother to apologize for the inconvenience or take ownership of the issue.
I have now had to take 5 hours away from my work schedule to accommodate K Komfort, have no quote in hand, and have to start over in the bid/quote process. They're nice enough people, but they absolutely lost our business by failing to provide even a starter quote, possibly trying to charge us before offering a quote, and failing to respect our time.

Awesome! Quick efficient service. Was one of the only companies that could come out that same exact day and fix our broken rotor in our heater system. They gave us a quick quote and after accepting was able to start right away. Only took about 1-2 hours after picking up the necessary parts. Too bad I didn't get the name of the worker.

We had a heating outage during a snowstorm! Really scary with no one to turn to. Within 1 hour we had someone on their way! Eugene was wonderful. Joanna was kind and helpful scheduling on the phone. Eugene also was descriptive and helpful when telling us about prices. The next day we had David come and fix the furnace and he was prompt and helpful. This company had great service, kind / caring staff and was prompt! Hard to find! Recommended especially in the Riverwest/Milwaukee area.

Eugene and his crew are awesome! Heat went out on the coldest night in 24 years and he worked until 8:00 at night to get the heat back working. Service call guy said it was the circuit board that was the issue. Part was ordered and had to wait two days for service. Eugene came the second time and resolved the issue. Issue was not circuit board. Eugene recommended the pressure switch be replaced. Pressure switch done furnace restored to working condition prior to temperature drop below -20 degrees. I would recommend Eugene to come for any issue with your furnace. Great customer service skill. Willing to go above and beyond to satisfy consumer. Thanks Eugene.

We had an excellent experience with K Komfort. After we found out we need a new a/c unit, we called around and were told "a few days" by other companies. Slava came out to our house late on a Monday afternoon to go over our options and within 48 hours we have a new unit up and running. Everyone at K Komfort was friendly and professional. We'll definitely be using them in the future!

My grandparents live in WI, and when the heater went out I needed to find someone honest and reliable to come fix it. I was very pleased with K Komfort! They were nice, the price was competitive and they didn't try to upsell me or sell me services I don't need. I will use them in the future for all my HVAC needs. I won't be using KKomfort again. I felt they gouged me on what they charged me. My furnace went out sometime during the night and we called them around 7:00 AM. They came out around 8:15. After looking at my furnace for around 10 minutes the tech showed me what the problem was, a roll out switch. The tech didn't have one on his truck so they ordered one and made arrangements to have another tech come back around noon.
The next tech came out and switched out the roll switch in about 20 minutes. When given the bill I questioned the Total Labor charge of $231 and was told it was for parts and labor. I paid and the tech left. I looked up the roll switch on the Internet and saw the cost ranged from $6 to $35. So I ended up paying $231 for a low cost part and 3/4 of an hour work at most plus an $80 diagnostic charge.
Total of $328.36 for a cheap part an 3/4 of an hour that they were at my house. This was the second time we have used this company. The first was 2 weeks prior for a cleaning where we were charged more than what we were told on the phone when we set up the appointment.

Corey did a great job tuning up our AC and checking out our furnace which needed to be replaced, he gave us a nice detailed report that we could submit to our home warranty to help push them along in getting that done. He helped to fix a minor gas leak and was very friendly and knowledgeable, pricing was half of what we expected, but we also used their Yelp deal to save $25!

Our air condition quit working last night and we called this morning and it is fixed! Eugene came to our house within a few hours and fixed the problem promptly. The price seemed reasonable. I also used the yelp deal, a $75 voucher for $50. Overall no complaints other then I wish my air conditioner hadn't quit working.

This was a big improvement over our past service company who kept saying there was nothing wrong with our system and nothing can be done to fix my daughters cold room.

When we experienced an unexpected failure of our heating system which resulted in a carbon monoxide alarm, representatives from K Komfort quickly arrived at our residence to assess the situation. After finding and explaining the cause, they offered the option of repairing the existing furnace, or replacing the unit altogether.
