Ronin was great! They were very understanding about the difficulty of moving all furniture and emptying all cabinets for a disabled client, and worked with us to find a solution. So far, they've been great to work with and the prices were fair. They offered clear explanations about what they were doing and why. Hopefully we'll be able to ride out the summer relatively bug-free. (Please knock on wood if you're reading this. Can't hurt.)

Company was great! Easy to schedule. Work on weekends. Gave follow up. Called to give an eta ahead of time. They were super communicative, professional (important especially with guests/tenants in units w ant issues), they mad valuable suggestions, worked quickly and efficiently and hands down plan to use them for service again in the future! Highly recommend! Michael was my guy and will absolutely request him again!

Jonathan from Ronin was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and really did a great job when we had a couple of visitors in our garage. OMG, Jonathan was great, not only did he explain everything so well, but he actually caught and KILLED the rat! There was only one that I've seen in the house. And this rat made its way into an entirely different part of the house! He is my hero! Killed the dragon, aka rat face. : I've also used them in my business space, again to great results. Thank you!

I was very happy with the support I received from Ronin. Making an appointment and working with Jessica M. was pleasant and the other operators were responsive and knowledgeable about their products and services. They were also very responsive to email, which I found to be exceptional. The technicians were very nice and were able to explain my situation clearly and professionally.

Jonathan is awesome and full of energy. He checked everything out, set traps and now we wait. Fingers crossed we catch him/her soon. The office did a great job too. Amazing experience, started with great customer service with Veronica. let me know exactly what I needed and set up my appointment for me and put me at ease. Jonathan, my tech, came out, and explained the situation to me and what I need to do to stop the spread of my rodent control. He even explained how they are able to get into my house. I had a roach problem, and saw the reviews ronin had. I called them and got a free inspection and estimate. The lady in the office, Adriana I believe is her name, was very friendly and knowledgable, she helped me every step of the way, from scheduling an appointment, to sending me a preparation sheet a day prior to service.

2/27/2012 After an infestation of bird mites, Osvany came to our house and was able to access a part of our attic that 3 of the larger pest control companies would not even attempt to enter. Osvany eradicated the rats that caused the initial infestation and cleaned up the droppings they left behind.
