Lion Gate Pest Control

A couple of weeks ago I noticed some little holes in my ceiling and after a quick chat with google, I thought that it might be termites or carpenter ants. We also started to see what looked like carpenter ants on the property so we called Chris at Liongate Pest Control. Well, Chris just left and all I can say is WOW, what an amazing guy. Chris spent about an hour inspecting everything on the property. Turns out we don't have a problem and certainly don't have an infestation.

He identified some other issues - holes where critters could get in and dry rot in an area. He was nothing short of super likable the whole time and I would call him again in a heartbeat. You should definitely call Chris.

This is one of the rudest companies I have ever dealt with. They provided an inspection on the house I was buying. I called them to set up a time for them to come out and take care of the termite problem, they said they would get back to me the same day. They emailed me two weeks later saying that they could do it that week. I asked why it took two weeks to get back to me, they said it was raining.

They then tried to schedule my service on a day it was raining. I said no thank you. A few weeks later, they contacted my realtor asking about the service when she asked them about scheduling an appointment, they said no, we don't want to help you. I guess they don't want customers? Or business? Don't waste your time paying for an inspection with them, they will take your money and then tell you that they don't want to help you after all.

Very glad we called these folks. After the fires we had a real bad rat problem. Mice in the inside and rats in the Attic. We had a little miscommunication surrounding the specifics of what was to be done. I think in retrospect I was wrong. But Chris and his team went ahead and took care of everything anyway. You know the old adage the customer is always right that in this day and age is pretty much dead.

Ants be gone! Aside from being a realtor, I'm of course a homeowner and a few months back this summer I had an incredible ant infestation. There was an ant nest under my kitchen. Chris, the owner came out and used some non invasive chemical treatment and it got rid of them for a few days. And then a few stragglers came back and I told Chris and he was over that day and treated them again and it's been clear ever since. I can't say enough good things about Liongate, their service and integrity. Thanks, Chris!

I am a local realtor, have been in business a long time and have been using Liongate Pest Control for years and they are without doubt the best pest control company I've ever used. I've had pest control companies do reports on homes, nothing comes up, and then I call Chris @ Liongate, he goes out and he finds termites. They're so thorough, courteous, professional and just a pleasure to do business with.

Aside from termite inspections and repair, they of course treat for ants -- a problem I had in my home as well as all types of pests. Thank you Chris and Tina for your wonderful company and extraordinary service!

I had an ant infestation in my house. It was horrific, they were coming out from the walls and cabinets. from every outlet! I finally stopped trying to handle it myself and called Liongate which I found on Yelp. It was about 4pm when I called and Chris could hear the desperation in my voice and agreed to come out the same night even though he was already done for the day.

He came by at the time he said he would and we did a walk around on the property and he pointed out problem areas and gave me advice on how to fix it. He then sprayed inside and outside the house and left. He said it would take about a couple of days until they are all gone and that he would drop off additional gel poison for me in a few days. Sure enough by the next day I was only seeing a dozen walking around looking a little high off the poison and by day 3 not much at all.

He dropped off the gel for me that week and any time I saw new ants trying to creep in I put the gel and they were all gone in a few hours. Chris is a life saver! I was about ready to move out of my house when he came to the rescue! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Liongate is professional and friendly and all good things a company is made of! From scheduling an appointment to the actual work it was 5 stars if not 6! Highly recommend it!

Undecided about this one. The people they send out to your home are pleasant and professional enough, and they most certainly talk the talk. I am just not sure if the product then walks the walk! We've had various insects and creepy crawlies make their presence known both inside the house and in the yard this summer. I can't know how much worse the problem may have been without Lion Gate's help, but after a couple of treatments it hasn't been entirely eliminated.

We still have random ants, spiders and the occasional mini roaches wandering around indoors - and have resorted to using our own anti-bug products as well. This is our first experience with a pest control company and we had high expectations so feeling kind of disappointed at the moment, but to be fair we don't really have much to compare them to, hence the average rating.

Fantastic! My wonderful regular pest control folks, Monson Exterminators, recommended Liongate because the Monson's don't do termite work. Chris was wonderful. I have a large house filled with tenants, and I was dreading the hassle of performing a full house tenting and any other related work that would cure my termite problems. Chris made the whole process painless-- I never even had to visit the property.

He took charge of educating the tenants and addressing their concerns. He provided all the bags and other supplies they needed. He and his crew performed the work on time, as promised, and everything went off without a hitch. To top it off, the cost was below what I expected the job would be. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Thanks so much!
