I contacted Howard for services for two units at the building I manage. At first he was professional and responsive in regards to scheduling. I left cash on-site and both units open. I called him several times to discuss the service there after and he refused to answer or respond to my calls and text. I went on-site and the cash was removed with no confirmation that services were completed or when completed, so that I could let my tenant know when it was safe to return to the unit.there were also live roaches when I did return to the building to check the unit. I will definitely not be using his services again!

We found rat poop in our garage and backhouse, and after calling Howard, he came the very next day to check it out for us. He was super kind, open, and reliable, and he recommended a strategy for setting up rat traps without charging us at all. We will definitely be going directly to Howard for any future pest control issues from now on! Can't recommend enough.

Howard is super nice. We have a rat infestation at our house and the traps were not catching any rats while the baits were eaten. I called Howard on a Tuesday and he agreed to come out the next day to take a look. After inspecting the property and seeing the existing traps, instead of trying to sell us on an expensive treatment plan, he pointed out the things we could've done ourselves to both stop the rats from coming inside the house and catch them.

One of his suggestions was to use a better trap. He even gave us two for free to start off with! Howard didn't charge us for the initial inspection and just told us that we can contact him anytime if we still have rat problems after implementing his suggestions. I'd recommend Howard to anyone who is looking for pest control. He is honest and very customer oriented. You'll be in good hands. :

Five Star Pest Control is owner operated and Howard is very responsive and very experienced. More importantly, he is relentless in his efforts to eliminate the pest problem. We had moth infestation problem and Howard responded same day.but he is not a "one and done" technician. He continued to work the moth problem; making a number of follow up visits until the infestation was under control. Pricing was better than competitive. Howard is so generous with his time, helpful, and professional! He wasn't able to make it to my place for a few days so he took the time to research and walk me through what I needed to do to help curb my pest problem before it got any worse. Kevin and his dog were great. They thoroughly checked my apartment. After not finding anything, Kevin demonstrated how the dog would find bugs using a small vial of 2 bedbugs that he had. It was a nice extra assurance. Kevin also explained how bed bugs live and what to look for, for future reference.

We had a gross rat problem and Juan was quick to schedule and come by. He closed all entryways around the house and garage in about an hour, and set up traps that he checked once a week. He also came by to pick up the rats that were caught when I called. He didn't use poisons and used safe traps because of my kids and dogs.

Great customer service from the office to the tech. When I booked my appointment I received a confirmation email. The tech called letting me know exactly when he would be here. He showed up on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. My only regret is I didn't reach out to them first. I would definitely recommend and use them again!
