We reached out to Jonathan in July to help us resolve a bed bug issue in our business and for one of our contractors. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He educated us so that we could be sure that the services he offered were successful as well as to prevent future issues or infestations. Ray and his little helper, Rustin gave me the best service I could have ever imagined I could have for pest control! I had a problem with crickets and round the clock services came out and within a short period of time, I saw insects coming out from the grass because the couldn't handle the extermination solution. The guy told me that they're all going to die soon in a joking way but he was right. I saw a couple of dead crickets and some other bugs I didn't know I had.
I now feel relaxed in my home and glad to be free of crickets and other insects. They said if I had any issues to call them again because it's included in my recurring plan but he didn't anticipate any further issues. The stuff they use is plant based and it lasts 3 months! I like these people! They are very professional, informative, reasonably priced and they get the job done!

Love Round The Clock. They have been coming to our properties for awhile. I have been with my company for 2 years and I love the staff. From the Office to the technicians, they're amazing and on top of it. Communication is Key. Ray and Rick are my go to techs since I see them more than anyone, but overall, everyone is great. From the moment Lisa at his office answered the call to their prompt arrival, this company does much to alleviate your concerns, provide education and information, and assist in searching your home. We called Robert with Round the Clock and utilized his bed bug canine Toby to ensure we did not have any such bugs in our San Diego home since something bit me a few times at night and we had a plethora of visiting relatives over the past year. Robert promptly made the trek from LA and was extremely knowledgeable; his beagle Toby was very professional (and cute).

Robert came with their dog Toby and found our bed bug problem. Something that many other companies were unable to do. Showed us were the bed bugs were hiding and treated our house two days later. We have been bed bug free for 2 months now. Thanks Robert and Toby! I will definitely use them again in the future.
