Water line replacement from street into the basement of the home. Great experience all the way around. I submitted a web inquiry that was responded to timely and an bid/estimate followed shortly thereafter. The owner showed up as scheduled to complete bid/estimate. Strong back office support and good use of technology to automate email communication to schedule the work, e-sign quote, and provide technician movement updates. Work quality was timely and spot on. Permit and inspections were handled timely with City of Hillsboro. All Pro back office (Thank you Jade and Dawn) did a great job.

All plumbers are ridiculously expensive; let's just admit that. The good news is that this company has treated us honestly and provided prompt service and good advice over the years. Office staff are kind and plumbers are straightforward and diligent.

We recently contacted All Pro Plumbing to correct an existing hose bib installation and to add another hose bib to the side of the house where there was none. I thought we'd need to go through the sheetrock wall of either our laundry room or garage for sure. When they arrived for a free estimate I was given multiple options, plus a wonderful idea to tap into the existing waterline in the crawlspace below the laundry room.

The "shouldn't be more than" time and materials bid was 20% less than others who hadn't even come out to the site to see what we wanted, and the "probably around" amount was 50% less than other bids. I realize that time and materials doesn't set a fixed price and if they were to run into problems it could be higher, but I felt real comfortable after talking to them in person about it.

The day of the job Marcus showed up on time, pleasant and ready to work. He was extremely thorough, conscientious and efficient. He finished the job quickly and without snags - - and at even less than the "probably around" amount. If I could, I'd give All Pro Plumbing, and especially Marcus a 6 star rating! We'll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!

First of all, I want to thank Johnny for being a straight up AWESOME human being! Long story short, the "higher-up's" at work told me to cancel the plumber which I totally forgot to do. When he showed up and I explained the situation he offered to just come in and take a look at it anyway, instructed me what to do, and said if I had any questions to call him.

This place is awesome-not to mention when the "higher-up's" were trying to find a plumber in the first place, they just couldn't find one who had the 'know how' for my unique situation. I looked myself, on my lunch, found these guys in 5 minutes, and BOOM! Problem solved! Highly reccomended!

Showed up for the appointment on time which I find is becoming increasingly rare. The plumber was very polite and professional in every way. He was able to promptly fix the problem and charged a fair price. How refreshing not to have to endure up selling and blah blah service warranty double speak. These are my go to plumbers from now on. Couldn't be more pleased with their responsive service.

Thier name says it all "Pro". From the initial appointment, to the assessment, and finally the installation, every time they were professionals. Kaleo was honest and upfront about changing to tankless. We decided to replace the current heater instead. Johnny was on time and did a great job installing the new heater. Had a leaking shower faucet and called 3 different plumbers. 1st one cancelled on day of appointment, the second called day of appointment and said I needed to get the parts and they would just install it. All Pro sourced the parts, showed up on time and quickly installed a new part and fixed the problem. Hopefully I wont have any more plumbing issues in the near future, but if I do I'm calling these guys again.

I had All Pro out for an urgent visit due to a kitchen sink drainage issue in my new rental unit. The plumber was very professional, courteous and explained his thought process when diagnosing the issue and providing recommendations. When I had a concern about my bill, the office was very professional and attentive exemplifying ethical and reasonable business practices in a timely manner, ensuring to follow up with me when I lagged behind in returning their response calls. I was very appreciative and will certainly reach out to them with future plumbing needs!

I was in desperate need to change my water heater.it was leaking water from the bottom. I called 16+ places and most were booked out two weeks ahead and the rest no answer. It was overall a nightmare as the ones I did speak to was difficult as this was my rental property. Feeling defeated, I hesitantly I answered a call back from Henry. My hope was high again.

He was super nice and helpful to get me a spot within a day or two. He worked his magic and was able to replace the water heater the next morning. Everything went smooth, Chris was the man who went out and worked on the water heater. I received an email confirmation they were on the way, called my tenant before hand, accepted payment over the phone, and receipt was emailed. John came by to fix and replace my kitchen sink plumbing pipes and add disposal. John was very friendly, a people person, easy to talk to and most of all very experienced, hardworking and knowledgeable on what he does and he also got the job done in short period of time considering having to replace all the pipe under the sink. From the first call to AllPro till the pump replacement was completed - these folks are super responsive and top notch professionals. Cost was clear from the first discussion. And a fair price as well.

This is the 3rd time I've used All Pro and they are consistently honest, professional and reasonably priced. Got a quote from another company with a cheap response charge (3 Mountains) and their tech was unsure about her ability to repair (pushing replacement) for a leaking faucet and at a price that started at double the All Pro total repair price. I'm done wasting my time with anybody but All Pro Plumbing.

Our technician was John, who showed up perfectly on time and with a smile on his face! He took time to listen to our concerns and investigate to find the exact cause of our problem. He taught us how to fix the problem ourselves, should it come up in the future! Cannot recommend this company enough! Scheduling was easy and they were great with emailing you an appointment confirmation, when your technician is on the way and your receipt.

We have used All Pro twice now, both times to help us fix a couple different types of leaks. We had John Aker come over both times. We have had a very good experience with John - he is very knowledgeable, excellent and very professional and detailed with his work. Good work, quickly completed, and cleaned up the work area well after they were done. Best price of three quotes I received for the work. Discussed the work with me beforehand, gave a detailed explanation for a change request (error caused by previous plumber), and provided extensive post-install instructions to make sure I understood the details of my new tankless waterheater. Had the inspection scheduled quickly afterwards and made the process easy from beginning to end.

Johnny showed up on schedule during the worst heat wave in Portland history and replaced our water heater. As usual, he did a great job and explained everything to us. We went from a 40gal tank to a 50gal. It was a tight fit but Johnny took care of it without any trouble. I doubt we will ever run out of hot water again.

All Pro Plumbing was amazing! John came by to help us with a leaking vanity sink that we didn't install correctly and he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He fixed our sink right up even helped explain where we went wrong. This company is absolutely fantastic in the two experiences I have had with them now. They are upfront with fees and very reasonably priced. They are professional and deliver on their promises. The plumber that came out here was efficient and kept the worksite clean. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this wonderful plumbing company.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. AllPro was responsive and pleasant to work with in phone correspondence and in person. I was able to get a plumber scheduled quickly to check out what we thought was a leak from the bathtub drain showing up on the kitchen ceiling. In Yelp correspondence they were very clear about their rates up front. Turns out our kids had catapulted food up there that had turned brown and mimicked a water stain (to our inexperienced eyes).

The real kicker, though, is that AllPro charged us not one red penny for the visit. Johnny went upstairs with me, checked out the bathtub, and talked to me about two other drips, giving me lots of helpful information. He even avoided opening anything because he said he'd need to charge me a fee then. I was hugely impressed with their generosity and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

My vanities drain is repaired today and it is clean now. Technician John showed up on time and fixed it earlier than I expected. He is super knowledgeable and very kind. John from All-Pro did an excellent job of fixing the leaking supply lines under my bathroom sink. I had also purchased a new vanity top with built-in sink which didn't align with my existing drain, which required redoing the pipes connecting the pop-up and p-trap. He was very fast, finishing that in under an hour. No more leaks! Prices for labor and supplies were very reasonable. All Covid-19 protocols were followed.

We woke up this morning, went downstairs and noticed dark patches on the ceiling. We absolutely thought a toilet would fall through the ceiling at any moment. As we were having our own snowpocalypse, we knew it would be all but impossible to get anyone to drop by and handle our emergency. Enter Johnny with All Pro Plumbing. While everyone else gave us a date that was up to a month out, Johnny called and said he could be by within the hour. Johnny patiently listened and told us a few scenarios we could be facing and then he went to work. After an hour the situation was u der control and handled. We ended up saving money overall thanks to All Pro Plumbing and their expert team. Thank You!

Old school. It's as simple as that. All Pro plays by the book, tells you the truth, fixes what's broken and does it in a professional, old school way. My kitchen sink had leaks and John came by in record time, fixed the leaks and then returned on their dime to install a new faucet when it turned out that was failing as well. And all this for one fifth of the cost of one of their competitors whose bid was to replace everything instead of just repairing what was broken. Gracious, courteous, great service all the way round. Totally old school. can't recommend them highly enough.

This business just repaired a leak in my water main feed to my home. I was about to start digging where the water was coming up. They referred my to a leak repair business that they trusted. Then they asked if I wanted to dig down to the source of the leak to save some bucks. They checked with me and were great at scheduling the plumber that did the copper pipe repair after I exposed it. These people saved me a lot of money from their expertice and suggestions. It is just like having family in the plumbing business. Really!

I had a kitchen faucet leak and was luckily able to get a plumber to come by the same day due to a cancellation of another appointment. John came by within an hour and he was great about PPE and covid safety. He was friendly and was able to educate me on the problem in the event it were to happen again. I would gladly use their service again.

I'm a contractor and I ran into an issue in a 110 year old house during a residential remodel. All Pro Plumbing responded right away, asked the right questions over the phone, got one of their guys ( Jimmy) out to the job within a very reasonable amount of time and he came ready to work on the problem. Within hours of showing up, the issue was resolved. Jimmy was super knowledgeable, polite to the homeowners, worked clean, and did some great problem solving on the fly. The price was very fair and discussed up front. Couldn't be happier-highly recommend All Pro.

We had a few repairs done by these guys, and they went great! I especially liked that we got an email when someone was on their way and a lot of stuff was done electronically - super easy! Both plumber and apprentice (I think.?) were super nice, super considerate with masks, and great to work with. We got a few general plumbing questions answered as well which was great.

We were remodeling our half bathroom and I came across a fifty year old drain and all the problems that come with it. I called around looking for a plumber. Jossy Plumbing didn't send me to a call center, answering service but I got a real human being. And surprise, they wanted my business. They had me text a photo of the problem. They were out in two hours, they were done in an hour.

Not only did a plumber arrive but he had his assistant, and the business owner should up. They went above and beyond. They were funny, informative and the bill. exactly as estimated. 3 things you should have. a good dentist, a good electrician and plumber. For me, I'm set. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor.

All Pro replaced our garbage disposal and a cracked sink. They did the jobs perfectly and for a very reasonable price. Kaleo even made suggestions on how to save money in choosing a new sink. Everything works and is straight, solid and clean. I didn't have to point out anything after the jobs at all. It was done correctly, quickly and for a fair price. Pretty much as good as it gets.

I'm giving a big shout out to All Pro because they had my best interest in mind - saving me money, hassle and time! I called All Pro to come out and fix my jammed garbage disposal. The man I spoke to was very honest and told me he could come out and fix it - OR- he could just talk me through it (because it was literally a simple fix even I could do), so that I could save some money.

Very happy with this company. My water heater broke Thursday I went to the major home repair store looking for water heaters and they did have some nice ones but, guess what? they required 12hrs notice to install the water heater and they do not work weekends so that meant i would be without hot water for an entire weekend!

I am so pleased I went with All Pro for my water heater. The water heater and the installation costs were as quoted, with no hidden fees or costs. This is an honest and local business. I highly recommend this company.

Detected a small leaking from water bill in June 2015, had All Pro Plumbing came for the repair, they had someone else to detect the location to find the leak because the leak isn't noticeable. Costed $1160.

From start to finish, the All Pro Plumbing experience was very enjoyable. Met with Kaleo to get an estimate on how much the service would cost. We talked as if we were old friends and when it came to price, it was very affordable and competitive to the market.

I'm not one to write Review. But this Is one I could not pass up writing! My hat is off to All Pro. They were very professional and most helpful. What I thought to be a small job turned out to be a much bigger job for All Pro. I was very Impressed with the Quality of work and how they took care to make sure every thing was in proper and working order before they left.

They jammed open are back flow when they were snaking our drain. As result it caused almost 20,000 in damages. They refused to pay for the damages. Luckily we had good insurance that covered the damages.

I had a few plumbing problems and I called All Pro Plumbing to see if they could help me. Everyone I talked to on the phone was wonderful and they got someone out to see me the next day. The day of the appointment, Art (the plumber) called me about a half hour before the appointment just to let me know he was on his way.

The plumber, Delton, gave me a 30 minute warning when he was going to arrive, which I appreciated. He fixed two sinks, a toilet, and installed a garbage disposal all in about 15 minutes. He did a good job of explaining what the problems were and how I could prevent or fix them myself in the future.

Okay, I was desperate. A pipe burst and I called All PRO Plumbing of Hillsboro, OR. I asked for their rate. $160 per hour. Gulp. But, I did mention I was desperate right? With cold temps here in Portland, all plumbing companies were busy.
