Critical: Responsiveness Scheduled an appointment, even confirmed via email. No show, no call, no email. Called 15 minutes before they closed to see if there was a problem, no answer, so left a message. Two weeks later I still haven't heard from them.

I was in need of an old galvanized water line and tee to be replaced before it failed. I excavated out the line and tee and took a picture of it. They said it shouldn't be a problem. When the plumber came out he said he didn't have the fittings and that they were difficult to find. I had to reschedule another visit two weeks later. When the plumber came out again he replaced the line and tees but one leaked badly (he used a wrong diameter fitting for the poly pipe).

He said he didn't have a backup fitting but would go down to the hardware store and find one. He called and said they didn't have any but he would try be back in two days. Meanwhile we could only turn on the water for an hour out of every four to prevent a lake in the yard. Two days came and I texted. He couldn't find the fitting. They were difficult to find. I went down to the local plumbing supply store, which had a box of them. I bought two and fixed it myself.

The day that the service was to be done the techs show up on time. We had to wait for parts even though we had a walk through a week earlier. I was not billed for this time and I was even called after I was emailed the bill telling me this. Thank you for getting it done.

He was well on his way after one hour and done by the second hour. I thought this project would take all day. And the price was very reasonable. I will use them again and would recommend to anyone.

They have turned down work at our house twice (during a remodel). Called them out to help us locate a hidden leak and they did absolutely nothing and charged us $150. The guy told me to call him back when we started seeing water damage.

Malmedal Plumbing, Inc. plumbed my new home in 2011, always showed up when they were scheduled, completed the job on time and on budget. I have had no plumbing issues in the 7 years since. Because of the great experience I used they to add a bathroom to my shop in 2013, again, same great service and results. In 2018 I refered them to my In-Laws to replumb an older home.

As the In-laws water was off do to issues, Malmadal showed up two days early and completed the job before they were even scheduled to start. Alwasy great service, fair prices and quality work.
