They were able to get out just over 24 hours after I called which was WAY different from the other plumbers I contacted who were DAYS out. They communicated clearly with me and even asked if they could come over earlier than scheduled. Service was fast and effective. Technician was great. All in all a really positive outcome after the big clog that put my only bathroom sink and shower out of commission. Thank You!

They told us it would cost $600 to pump our septic system. That seemed sensible and they were very prompt with scheduling. When they arrived they couldn't find the pump out location, so they left. but not before charging us $315 for a 'truck fee' which is the first we had heard of such a fee. I feel robbed. EDIT: The owner called me after the fact and was very kind and reasonable.

Since the $315 wasn't previously agreed on, he is refunding that. While a little more clarity before hand would have avoided this issue, the resolution was excellent and full of empathy.

Great customer service. The tech was running late due to another job, but let me know when to expect him. He was super professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He cleared a drain in my sink and shower. He checked the septic and we discussed what I need to know for when it needed to get pumped. I will definitely call this company again.

West side drain did a great job. The appointment process was easy with Doug, he scheduled the day and time and when the appointment came up, they were right on time. Kept me up to date as they arrived, via text. Prompt and professional. Greg, the technician, discovered a problem in my septic tank. Greg explained the issue, the fix and why he thought it was important.

I agreed. I explained to him that the prior company, American onsite, said it couldn't be fixed, etc. He said it could be fixed. He called in, they got another person onsite the same day, within an hour, they fixed the issue quickly, fixing a long term problem that I was told could not be fixed. I can't say enough about Greg (technician) and the company. Definitely, will not be going anywhere else and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Greg worked with my schedule, showed up right on time, and fixed my plugged laundry room drain. Other plumbers were convinced the drain pipe was collapsed and wanted to replace if for several thousand dollars. Greg just went to work unplugging the existing drain. It wasn't easy, but he kept working until the job was done. Very professional service.

I found West Side Drain on Yelp, read the reviews, and called them on a Sunday. Even though we had to pay weekend rates, we were SO thankful someone could come out that same day, and the operator Doug was very friendly and thorough, explaining everything that he did and that still needed doing at a later appointment. The men who came out later in the week finished the job in good fashion. Highly recommend this business!

Called today for a clogged kitchen sink - not only did they get me in same day, but we're able to come even earlier than initially scheduled. Harrison was very friendly, thorough, got our problem fixed quickly, made extra sure the problem was solved, and cleaned up the spillage. Fee was as quoted, no surprises. Waking up to a septic alarm is never a good way to start your day! I got online and started looking for a company that could take care of everything from figuring out why the alarm went off to repairing in the first visit. Greg was onsite before 10:00AM and the pump was repaired and working by noon. Greg was able to educate me on the why's of needing to have the tank pumped out and I agreed to have them go ahead and pump it.

I was shocked at how full the solids level was in the tank! We were extremely lucky that things weren't ruined by our lack of maintenance. Know we know that this needs to be done every 3-5 years and we will definitely know who to call! Doug, the owner and Jon were the lucky ones to do the pumping and had a great attitude the whole time. We had a serious back up and they were out quickly and solved the back up in a timely manner. The technician that came out was professional and did a great job. Their price was fair, and actually a lot less than the other companies we called. They did not try to sell us anything extra, and instead came out and did the job we asked them to do. My toilet was leaking around the base. West Side Drain responded quickly to my request for both a sight-unseen diagnosis of the problem and a quote. The diagnosis turned out to be correct, the cost to correct the problem was reasonable and the work was done in a very timely manner.

West Side Drain provided great service for a challenging septic tank. The lid was difficult to reach, but they persevered and limited any damage to the surrounding tile. They performed the work with precision and informed me along the way. I really appreciated their thoroughness and customer service. Well done!

We have used these guys before and they were responsive and did a good job. Today Justin was out and because I was on a call and asked him to wait a few minutes he packed up to leave. He ignored me when I tried to apologize that I was on the phone. Very unprofessional guy. I won't use this company again.

I spoke to Dave, the owner, and he seemed genuinely apologetic. He sent out another employee, Justin, to fix the pipe that had been damage and issued a partial refund for the services mentioned below. Justin was very thorough and spent a considerable amount of time fixing and testing the new pipe and connections he installed. With all the new fittings, including rubber couplings, I am not sure it is as strong as the original pipe, but both Dave and Justin seemed to do their best to resolve a bad situation.

Justin was great! We had a kitchen sink issue come up on a Friday night and they had Justin here by 9am on a Saturday morning. He was friendly, efficient, and gave us tons of helpful advice for preventing this from happening again. I would highly recommend West Side Drain!

Were here exactly when they said when I contacted them this morning about a clogged and overflowing downspout. Did a quick and professional job and even ran the jet a bit down the rain drain that runs out to the street to make sure no problems there. I'm a realtor and had a lender require a septic certification just before closing and I was in a bind. I had my septic tank pumped out and inspected with a camera. The service tech Arthur found the leech lines were plugged and blasted them clean with a high pressure wash system. Arthur was professional, fast and I got a lot of work done for my money. I had checked a few other businesses for just pumping out the tank their prices are much lower than most.
