DU-All Sewer & Drain

Called to have my septic tank pumped. Tech showed up in a panel van. I kept asking when the truck that was going arrive to pump my tank, and after attempting to sell me all types of services was told the following morning. After arguing it finally was pumped around 6PM after being at my house since 11AM just trying to sell me things. A service was performed I declined.

The next day the areas of dirt over the tank began to cave in and numerous holes were forming. Another company came out and found the tops of the septic were not only not sealed but were falling into the tank! Quite unsafe. The tank obviously now is full of dirt and needs repumped. i have never written a review, but could not let this go, . They are unsafe and do with me did not listen and do the service I asked to be done.

I asked for my septic tank to be pumped and by the end of the day their tech was trying to sell me $1275 plus another $2000 service. All I wanted was my tank pumped! They blamed sending the panel van on me saying it was a communication issue, how many ways are there to say both toilets aren't flushing and you have waste water in your bath tub and shower? I would suggest staying away from this company.

Do not hire this company even if your life depended on it! This place is the absolute worst! Former employee and the owner and GM both are poor managers, they overcharge customers then laugh about it. When I worked at another company, I would charge 320 for garbage disposal replacement I asked owner what he wanted to charge, and he said quote well it is past 3pm gotta get that late day money charge her 625! Absurd!

I felt so bad even saying it to the woman then the gm says if she doesn't budge at 625 offer her a coupon lol. What a joke. I quit after ripping off the last customer. Then this morning when they came to get their company van, they threw trash on my doorstep of my house. So unprofessional, GM definitely suffering from napoleon syndrome, after explaining why I quit on him he's telling me to meet him outside after work to fight him I assume!?

Stay away from these people. So many other plumbing companies not looking to rip people off, you're much better off hiring a quality plumbing company. This place is run by a set of clowns who think ripping people off is funny. posted photos of th trash they threw on my doorstep

Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible prices, rude, had them out for an estimate and they were double what the other estimates were and believe me when I tell you there is nothing special about the people who work there at all! Definitely recommend calling ANYONE else! Do yourself a favor and don't use this awful awful company.

This company came to install a bar faucet and connect the p-trap underneath The workers arrived with an attitude and were extremely rude. They quoted me $795 job that I refused but found a great plumber the next day Davies Plumbing Service who were quick to respond with an over the phone quote of $325 Within less than an hour they arrived and were extremely friendly and efficient and clean I highly recommend Davies Plumbing but definitely NOT DuAll Their prices are inflated and they are rude

Terrible company. Called for plumbing service(leak) They gave me a 4 hour window, between 2 & 6 pm. Called at 5:50 and said they wouldn't be able to make the appointment. I would not recommend this company! If I could give them 0 stars I would!

I called Du-All when 2 of our 3 toilet's were not flushing. They came out immediately (which I was pleased about) then told me it would be a extremely high amount to pump out the septic tank and they weren't sure it would actually fix it because it was so clogged. (We just moved in a year ago) so I said go ahead. He then said if this didn't work we would need a new drain field (which is 1000s of dollars) well his pump out lasted less then 2 weeks so I called again and he came out to pump it out and said we needed the drain field.

And he would call my husband with a quote. In the meantime we wanted to get a second company out just to make sure. Well Du All never made it to the drain field and it was a pump that went out. Meanwhile my husband called to find out about the quote and they hung up on him.

I write a lot of reviews. I mean, a lot. I now wish I could go back and find all of the other septic repair companies and remove my positive reviews because Du-All is the only company I would truly recommend. Jermeil came to my house and I explained to him that I have to have my tank pumped every 6 months because of a bad drain field. I have had SO many companies come and say for a new drain field it would be 10-15 thousand dollars! Jermeil convinced me that he could repair my drain field instead of having to replace it.

He gave me a price, I agreed and he got to work. He called me outside after about an hour and showed me that my drain field was completely disconnected and with a good cleaning and reconnecting it, everything would be fine. The way that the pipes were placed, it seemed like another company had disconnected it to have me continue to need pumping and/or a new drain field.

When he realized the issue, he lowered the price that we had already agreed upon because it was less work than expected and now the issue that has been haunting me for over 4 years is over. He was honest, fun & hard working. This will be the only company I use going forward!

I would like to highly recommend DU All Plumbing. I had a leak in a bathroom ceiling and was able to get a same day appointment to provide a free estimate to identify the source of the leak and to perform the repair. Erik, the plumbing technician arrived on time and was able to quickly trace back the source of the leak and to provide a reasonable cost estimate for a behind the wall leak. Erik explained the repair steps, worked cleanly by protecting the floors and fixtures in the bathroom from dust and debris.

He had to cut clean a section of a copper pipe and attach a new one. Overall, I was happy that my problem was resolved very quickly and moving forward I would use DU-All Sewer and Drain for my plumbing work.

The plumbing service technician Richard was the best plumber I've every had and also William with the pump truck. I had a septic tank that was full and I just bought the house so I didn't know anything about it or what could be wrong with it. Richard came out very quickly to inspect my septic tank. When he arrived he inspected the system about my concerns and took the time to explain the system so I understood on what was needed to get it going again and what I need to do on a maintenance basis to make sure Keep my system in good condition going forward. I will call DU-ALL for all future needs thanks to Richard and William.

David the technician was able to get us a reasonable price to install a toilet I purchased from a local store. He was on time, fast, meticulous, clean and an all-around nice guy. I'm writing within the 24 hours waiting time to actually use the toilet but it looks good and David test flushed it for us to make sure it was working fine. Service: Toilet installation

Excellent company! Even better service! These guys (David and crew) were an absolute lifesaver. My septic system was completely down and they came out within a few hours of my call. They not only found the problem, but explained everything to me in detail along the way. Their team was professional, informative and most importantly HONEST. Don't hesitate to hire them if you have any plumbing or septic issues.

Realized the septic tank in our new home was full once all the toilets started backing up. Neighbor gave us Du All to call. Said it would cost $2600 to empty and clean tank! When we asked if there were any other options, the rep said oh you must want a side job.

I called Du-All after another company hung the job up and made a total mess of my place. Khris showed up and did a wonderful job but for HALF the price of what the other company was trying to charge me!

Grossly overpriced. I think these guys throw out prices in order to see what you will agree to. I was in a pinch, so I reluctantly accepted the service. The plumber even tried to up-sell me on an additional service.

I had a clogged toilet, and I was fortunate to have Will Graham come to my home to fix it. He was right on time, he was very friendly and pleasant. He explained to me all the different things that could have caused the clog: he fixed it quickly and without any fuss.

I called DuAll for service on my clogged toilet. VERY FAST service and reasonably priced. The technician was very professional and even wore booties in my home. GREAT COMPANY! Will definitely use in the future!
