Aaron and Tim were 2 of the best contractors we have ever had at our house. I feel rest assured by the passion these 2 exhibited. Our situation got complicated but these 2 saw us through and made amazing on their afternoon. These 2 deserve a meal!

It is a shame that I have to leave this review. I suspected that I had a leak and my condo building suggested all star plumbing to detect the leak. I called on a Sunday and was informed that there would be an extra fee for an "After Hours visit". I agreed to that fee. Their service man Ronald showed up and cut a hole in my wall. He told me that he believed my air conditioning vent was somehow leaking due to a drop of water on the bottom of the vent(first picture) despite their being a pool of water on top of the actual vent (second picture).

I'm not the smartest guy in the world but even I know that water runs down, not up. I called back told them the leak detection was not done, so the next day they sent Christian. If this review was based just on Christian it would be 5 star, as he determined the leak was coming from my upstairs neighbor and not from my A/C unit. I called and spoke with their manager and requested a refund on the fee for the Sunday call since the leak was not actually found and their employee just took a guess at what he thought it was.

I told them I have no problem with the actual price of the leak detection which was about $300 and would pay that, but thought paying an after hours fee for a job that wasn't done is not fair. I was no since he actually came out on a Sunday even though the leak was not found and the work was subpar.

A.J. and Tom were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about replacing a toilet and did the job quickly and quietly! We highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call again for future projects. Thanks so much!

All Star Plumbing always come through in the clutch! We suddenly had a back flow issue, and Ryan and Tim were here within an hour and half of making the call. They are professional, thorough, extremely clean while working, and fixed everything. They offer a great yearly Family Plan, so when anything goes wrong not only do they come ASAP to repair, but there's a discount, too! We never need to call anyone else.

I'd recommend ALL STAR FOR ANY SERVICE AND ASK IF JUSTIN MAHON IS AVAILABLE TO HELP! I've been calling plumbers for 2 days! See, my aunt has a rep payee and we don't have money to pay when they come. A bill has to be sent to the finance company so if we need service they have to wait to be paid. Most plumbers won't do that! I called All star (whose been here once before a long while ago) and spoke to Madelyn explained both toilets are clogged and completely unusable and there is FECIES backing up into both our showers.

She immediately was very helpful she actually remembered my aunt and told me she'd have someone come same day (today) and she'd give Justin Mahon the employee cominh my call number to call me and he'd be out between 2-4pm. I was estactic! I mean, it's A Sunday! But, imagine not being able to use ur toilet AT ALL or the whole house floods! Well 15mins after I hung up with her sweet Justin calls me whom I've never met till today I told him the problem and he said "I'll be there in 30mins and that was at 1230 he was out of here before 2pm which was the start of the window for his arrival time!

He was quick, efficient, and my 76yr old aunt whose schizophrenia gets bad, and her memory is going followed him around the yard and house anywhere he went even walking out to his truck to get a tool she was behind him telling him her stories of life and when she was young. He made her feel important! he listened to her and, he actually worked at the same time.

He got all the plumbing fixed had me flush both toilets to make sure! Then he noticed when I turned water on it came pouring out off the hot water heater room and he fixed that for us. He was just amazing, polite and sweet! I kept telling my aunt "come on in I'll make lunch lets let Justin work" and he said "she's fine mam she isn't bothering me any" the highlight of her day was having stories to tell someone who didn't dismiss or ignore her!

She was smiling when he left. Thank you justin mahon for excellent service and for taking the time to make an elderly, mentally ill woman's day a little brighter! Your an awesome plumber but more importantly a great person!

Critical: Quality Three days after we paid them 650 because our toilet was backing up into the bathtub. It did it again. They only cleared the clog enough to seem fixed. Had to have another company come out to another payment of 350, at least they made sure the job was performed correctly. Way to screw your patrons. Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer cleaning

We unfortunately had a sewer drain clogged and weren't able to clear it ourselves so we called All Star after finding them online and liking the reviews. AJ was our technician. He was very nice, polite and professional. He explained what he could do for us and what the price was going to be for the specified service. If this didn't fix the problem, there would be additional costs for additional services.

This made total sense and we understood. We hoped the initial service - snaking the line - would fix it. Had we needed pipe repairs we knew it would cost more, but we were fortunate that snaking the line took care of the problem. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are more than fair. They charged us a flat rate, not by the hour. One hour or 3, the price was the same. They are now our go to plumbing company.

Ronald arrived when he said he would and successfully diagnosed and repaired a difficult leak, replaced the main shut off valve and fixed two showers that weren't working. He was very professional, friendly and experienced. The owners and support staff are also very communicative, professional and super nice people. I highly recommend All Star Plumbing!

My hot and cold water handles were leaking in my shower. As much water was coming out the handles as was coming out the shower head. Ronald replaced everything in there including the cartridge and the leak is gone. He was quick and courteous. Services: Pipe repair, Leak investigation and repair

During our latest palm beach visit, we discovered our toilet was leaking into our neighbour's house. not good. We got All Star's name from our condo association and less than 3 hours later, our plumbing needs were solved.

Called three companies and they were the only ones that would come out on the same day. Showed up when they said they would. Tom the technician was quick professional and courteous. Would recommend them to any one looking for plumbing professionals.

The supply line to the toilet in our upstairs bathroom snapped off and flooded the entire bathroom. I called Allstar and within 15 minutes a service repairman was scheduled. Within the hour we had a plumber at the door.

I was told that I had a broken pipe under my driveway. I called and left a message, not long afterwards Tom called, he was very nice and was currently on another job, he did however ask me to text him the address and raid he would go by and take a look.
