Can't say enough how professional Dan and Brian (technicians/plumbers) are. I've used Mickey's Plumbing several times. I highly recommend Mickey's Plumbing. I rarely write any reviews, but felt this company deserved an awesome review. I was first recommended to the company by the natural gas company. On the current visit today Dan showed up at my home within a few hours (literally within a few hours) after I arrived back in town and didn't have hot water, and couldn't take a shower.

Both Dan and Brian (who previously came to my home) are very knowledgeable about Rinnai tankless hot water heater and gas lines. This visit Dan efficiently fixed the problem like a pro with no hassle in much less than an hour. He had to take the whole tankless hot water heater unit apart and replace a factory defective part. The service call was reasonably priced. Also, much thanks to Jessica has always been extremely nice to me on the phone, and in setting up appointments.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Jessica Parham needs to be fired immediately if this company stands a chance. I have never dealt with such a bitter, condescending, unprofessional, (the list goes on), representative at any company. It is also extremely evident that Jessica has absolutely NO knowledge of this field and has NO ability to communicate effectively regarding the actual scope of work, or anything related to it. Do not waste your time dealing with this woman. Ask to speak to the owner if you want to work with them.

We had water leak. Mickeys came out immediately on A Saturday. Identified problem and said wait till Monday to repair, as leak was minimal and would cost less. Daniel the plumber was great. He returned on Monday and repaired. He was efficient and patient. Very thorough in approach. Have us a lot of confidence in Mickeys plumbing. Our neighbor used as well. And very pleased

Back in November 2020 my garbage disposal decided to go out and needed a new one. I called Mickey's Plumbing and they were very nice and professional. Daniel came by and replaced my garbage disposal very quickly. I would definitely use them again. Service: Install garbage disposal

Had a water line break outside the house and Oscar from Mickey's Plumbing was put on the job. Showed up on time, professional, knew his stuff and made what was otherwise an anxiety filled experience and easy one. Oscar found the source of the leak quickly, did what he had to do to repair it and cleaned up after. I highly recommend this firm.

I scheduled an appointment with this company. They gave me a time frame of 8am to 9am. At around 8:30am I placed one call to confirm my appointment and was greeted with disrespect. The person who answered stated "what do you want, it must be an emergency if you are calling so many times." Note that this was the first phone call i had placed. They then proceeded to tell me that the plumber would arrive at around lunch time, approximately 3 hours after my scheduled appointment.

They allegedly attempted to call my phone several times. I called them back at noon to see if they ever called and explained that my wife has been at home all day waiting for them. My wife contacted them to make the appointment and the same employee proceeded to disrespect her as well. Stating that our appointment was not at 8am and that we are the ones in the wrong.

The employee spoke down to my wife in a condescending manner. My wife asked to be treated fairly and for the employee to stop giving attitude. The employee told us to find a different plumber. Attached is the message from the company showing my appointment time. I took time off of work to be there and not only did they not show up but they blamed us. Additionally they had the completely wrong address listed for our appointment. Terrible customer service. Would never do business with this company in the future.

After dealing with many of the other plumbers in the area, it was refreshing to find these folks. They are honest, up-front, and do what they say. Plus, they do not overcharge. Mickey's does most of the plumbing services in the high-rise that I live in, and the folks there love them. And believe me, my neighbors are very particular. If you want honest, quality, and economical service, these are the folks to call.

I had an back up emergency. I called Mickey's Plumbing, the girls in the office were very helpful and kind. She immediately dispatched a plumber. When he arrived, he was compassionate and very helpful. I enjoyed working with this company Service: Drain cleaning

I had a semi urgent matter and they were able to come out within a couple of hours but did not charge me extra. Once they turned off my gas and water, and my installers got kitchen the done, Mickey's came back and hooked up all the new stuff. They were fast, polite, did it correctly, and the price wasn't bad. That's all you can ask for na plumber.

Guy shows up to do quote for a few repairs. Comes back the next day bc he doesn't have one of the parts (for the major repair). Shows up WITHOUT IT AGAIN and has me run across town to a local store to find the part myself all while sitting in his truck in front of my house. Than left bc he was " doing me a favor by not charging me for any more time". Charged me for the time he basically did nothing for.

And then I got stuck watching YouTube videos for hours to attempt it myself before I gave up and tried to get one of them back over here. Was told "we'll contact you shortly when we can get someone else out there". Never got a call. Ended up calling another company. Was a loyal customer for years. NEVER again though. Liars and scammers

I just got a new gas BBQ but the existing gas fitting did not fit. I called Florida Public Utilities and they gave me the number for Mickey's Plumbing. Right off the bat I was impressed. They answer the phone immediately and Tasha was fantastic. She set up an appointment immediately and sent out Brian a day later. I couldn't be home so Brian changed the fitting without me there.

I thought every part needed to be changed but he said that was not necessary, thereby saving me about $50. He fixed it on the spot, changed what needed to be changed and all while I was not home. Tasha calls about 40 minutes prior to their arrival. Mickey's will be my new plumbing company for all my needs. Special thanks to Tasha and Brian for their professionalism and promptness.

Scheduled an appointment with Mickey's plumbing to replace an expansion tank on a water heater. No one ever showed up during my 12-4 scheduled time. Called at 4pm to see where they were. The lady who answered the customer service line said the tech had called me. I received no call and no message. Once the Plumber called me back he stated the shop was closed and then tried to talk me out of replacing the tank with out ever seeing my water heater.

It is obvious that Mickeys doesn't value their customers or need our business. I do not recommend Mickeys as they never showed up and tried to diagnose my plumbing issues sight unseen.

Our friends rented a house for February to escape the cold and invited us for a visit. While there the kitchen sink started leaking and water was everywhere. We couldn't find the shutoff and were unable to reach the owner. We saw a sticker under the sink w/ Mickey's number so we called them. They were there within an hour. They found the shutoff and fixed the pipe. The plumber was knowledgeable, courteous and the price was right! Thanks Mickey's

They did a very professional job installing a new water heater, and made all time commitments. Would recommend this company. They do the installs for FPL warranty service.

First off, Mickey's Plumbing answered my call at 9am, the staff was very nice., they scheduled a same day appt and called ahead to confirm. Tech was able to install the same day because the warehouse was local and he picked up my warranty new water heater. There was upfront quote and no surprises. I will recommend them to anyone. They will be my go to plumbing company!

Very fast service and both Gloria in the office and the guy that service my place were nice. Just wish he would have told me when he was finished. Thank you for fixing my water heater so fast!

I called several different plumbing companies and Mickey's plumbing was the first to respond they came out within a few hours to Wellington. The plumber was polite got right to work to care of the problem with a minimal down time and left the area clean. Was very happy with the service would definitely recommend!

Mickeys has been servicing our rental units is SE FL for a number of years. We have always found their work to be on time and as per their quotations. The few times we have had call backs they were handled promptly and to our satisfaction.

Schedule an appointment in the am never called never showed up had to call them told me between 12 and 4pm they never showed up lost a whole because of them. NEVER AGAIN!

Lost a whole day waiting for them never called back never showed up, I had to called them back and they wanted to charge me 1 1/2 time the price because THEY couldnt be there before 4pm. NEVER AGAIN

Firstly, when I called a real person answered the phone and she was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Secondly, I was able to send a photo of our plumbing problem and someone actually looked at it and was prepared for the job. Finally, the plumber came the next day during the time stated and finished the work we needed done with professionalism and a helpful manner. Tough to go wrong with that.

I've used this company twice this month. The company did quality work both times. The first was for a toilet fix. They cancelled on me the day of the appointment and rescheduled for the next day. When they came to fix the toilet, they did it quick, the guy was professional, and the price was reasonable. The second time was to put in a new kitchen sink.

The guy came on time, and was professional. He quoted me a price of $659! This was to replace all the valves, put in new sink and faucet. My sink was missing a part and the guy went to Home Depot to purchase it. Everything was great but the price to put in that sink was too high. But it was quality work. I would suggest them for small fixes, due to the pricing.

Love this companies work. From the dispatchers being so polite and trying to accommodate my schedule, to the plumber that had come to fix my broken sink. They are not over priced (because i shopped around first) and they get the work done in a timely manner!

These guys are total scam artists. I live out of town and I contracted them to fix a leaky sink in my West Palm condo as well as fix a leaky toilet. My tenant cleared her schedule to accommodate them and they came to fix fix the problems. I was charged $400. They told me that they replaced everything under the sink. It still leaked. They sent out someone else, not a plumber, but a technician.

He said he put silicon tape on it. It still leaks. Now they want to come out again, I said just refund that part of the job and they refuse. I had the association plumber take a look and he said they didn't do anything! DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS!
