Has no problem with OVERCHARGING for cheap fixtures and supplies. Charged my mother $100 DOLLARS for 2 replacement water filters that I found online for $15.99!(same exact cheap brand called American Plumber). Insisted on payment up front before he ordered them, not surprising eh? Be weary unless you have cash to spare. What a way to take advantage of an 87 yr old woman on a fixed income. This was a great business when his father-in-law ran it back in the day. Now it's a rip-off.

We needed to replace our toilet. On the recommendation of a friend we called Papa's plumbing. Got a call back within a few minutes. Was given the cost of installation, removal and cost of a new shut off valve, if needed. Price was reasonable and the plumber came within the stated time frame. Charges were exactly as given in the estimate. We will definitely use them again.

Andrew did a great job. He is quite personable and very efficient. He did a professional job and cleaned up everything.

The Papas Plumbing team was a literal dream to work with! I called several plumbing companies with zero call backs or no availability. Papas Plumbing was recommended by a friend after expressing my frustration with having no hot water and they were extremely responsive offering to come out the same day. Aaron called me about 10 minutes before his arrival, diagnosed the issue, worked on a price & replaced my hot water heather within a couple of hours. Papas Plumbing has a loyal customer in me! Amazing business. I renovate 12 to 15 complete homes per year in the luxury category and have insanely high expectations. I was referred to Mike the owner by a longtime business relationship. He was able to provide a budget over the phone and meet a tight timeline. Chris came out to do the work and the results are amazing. In one day Chris accomplished: * Change laundry room washer valves out * Change two toilet valves and install two new toilets * Reduce two former sinks of piping in the master bathroom down to one location (vanity was out so space was open). * Connect all plumbing to the new kitchen. * Connect garbage disposal I found Chris to be an incredibly efficient technician. I had a leak coming from a second floor bathroom. Contacted Papa's Plumbing to see if they could help. Chris came out and was able to find the source of the leak, explain everything to me, and then repaired it quickly all with fair pricing. Further, they previously replaced a toilet for me and did a fantastic job. If I ever have another issue that requires a plumber, I will definitely be giving them a call.

On time, called in advance, left a clean job charged a fair price. Have used the many times. they are the only one we call

Really fantastic work. Andrew called first and arrived right on time--with same day service--to fix a toilet that wobbled (the closet flange had broken). He expertly fixed my fix that wasn't right and got the toilet to sit completely flush with the floor-something it had never done since we moved in a few years ago. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and now it's perfect!

He was a really knowledgeable guy and very delightful. The price was on par with what I expected (which included cutting out the old flange, all of the various new parts, installing the toilet and then finishing the work with perfect grouting around the bottom). I would definitely call Papa's for future plumbing work.

I had to have my water heater replaced since it was leaking. Called Papa's Plumbing, spoke with Mike, got a quote and he was able to send somebody the same day. He told me in an hour, and an hour after I had Alex calling the gate. He then took a look at the water heater, explained me the job he will be doing. He then went over everything once done. On time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, fast service. I will be using Papa's Plumbing again.

I went to have a reverse Osmosis installed with Mike. His tech cracked my granite during the install. He will not assist in repair and told me it's MY FAULT. Beware of this shady business and RUN AWAY.

I'll keep this simple, we had a water leak and had a plumbing contractor through American Home Shield come say out problem water a broken shower pan. looking at 15-20,000 to fix. Something didn't smell right because water kept dribbling into the garage. Called Papa's they said you don't have a pan. They referred me to a mitigation company, Entrusted, who have been excellent. Hired papa's for a second opinion and after a thorough exam, said : you don't have a shower pan. did numerous checks, cut away more wall and found a leak in pvc that the AHS contractor didn't bother to look for. Problem fixed.could not recommend these guys more, saved us a ton of money, grief, insurance grief.you name it. Highly recommend

I had a hot water heater installed 3 1/2 yrs ago from one of the highly rated businesses on Angie's list. It was a fortune to replace it but there wasn't time to shop around with a flood in the garage. I noticed water seeping from under the garage door the other day and I couldn't believe it could be the same problem. Turns out one of the flexible hoses was worn out and leaking. Well, it was Saturday night and you know that it's like paying for a brain surgeon to get someone out after hours.

I was going to call the original installers back on Monday. I had also left a message with Papas plumbing. Monday morning at 7:30, I got a call from Papas plumbing and I took it as a sign and scheduled them for that day. Andrew was so professional and I trusted the installation would be better than the original. He replaced both cheap flexible hoses with copper and soldered them.

He got rid of the water and cleaned the outside of the tank. The price was very reasonable. I will always use Papas plumbing and recommend them to everyone. As far as Angie's list, I really don't 100% trust what I read there. For me, word of mouth is the way to go.

Needed our water heater replaced. Got a quote from a company with 3 initials (take your pick) that seemed a little outrageous. Turns out it was. A friend recommended papa's plumbing and we got 5 star service from our initial phone call right to the first drop of hot water from the tap. Mike showed up on time and performed a perfect water heater transplant. We're happy to recommend papa's for all your plumbing issues.

I just wanted to take a second to give a shout out to Papa's Plumbing. I was having a major leak in my kitchen and I did not know who to call. I must have called 10 Plumbers and either they never called back, were out of town, or were out of business. Mike from PAPA's Plumbing was awesome! He was so nice! As I was a wreck (lol), he was reassuring and so calm and nice and sent one of his guys Andrew here within the hour!

He fixed everything and I was good to go by lunch! I have to say the entire experience was miserable except for finding a reputable plumber for any Future problems. I have already sent them to two of my friends and they were just as happy. It is an amazing feeling to know that you are helping out a small local business. Thanks so much Mike!

They installed a new hot water heater for our condo which is fine now but the installation was far from seamless. Unfortunately his pump broke down and so not only did he take forever but did some minor damage to our wood floor. Otherwise all ok.

Seriously the worst service I have ever experienced in any circumstance. I have a problem with my kitchen sink smelling and getting backed up. First the idiot on the phone interrupts me and simply says "hold on lady" and puts me on hold forever, then he picks back up and asks if I have called about this issue before, I told him no. I try to go on explaining the problem and get interrupted again with "Are you sure you're not the lady that called 3 times last month about this?" I tell him no again and try to continue.

The final time I am interrupted he says "just put some pinesol in it" and hangs up as I try to tell him I have tried this before. I felt as if I was treated as an inferior to this man and will definitely never be calling again. I wish so badly I could give them zero stars. It's very apparent that Papa's Plumbing just does not want business.
