This team of plumbers are pros! We had a underslab copper pipe bite the dust (42 years old) and cause a significant leak. Another plumber couldn't find the other end of the pipe to cap off and stop the leak. Datille and his son found it and resolved it in under 2 hours. Highly recommend for complex slab and other leak detection and repair.

I've never been so disappointed in anyone's service as I am with Keith. He cut a hole in the drywall charging $650.00 and said he would come back when it leaked again. It did leak again and upon his return he said he would replace about 18 inches of copper pipe, an elbow and 2 couplings. He said he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't leak right after he charged me $750 more. DON'T USE THEM HE IS A RIPOFF.

They charged 700 hundred dollars to install my faucet incorrectly. When we noticed we called several times to inform them and every time the receptionist told me that they'd give me a call back. Never received a call and now they are screening my calls. Sad part is I was actually becoming a loyal customer I've used them several times before this and even though I felt like the prices were too high I stuck with them because I thought I could depend on them, the plumber always came out right away. I guess that applies only when you're being over charged. They won't fix a mistake that they made. Don't use this company!

I was looking for leak detection for my house and despite the reviews after several calls around town to other companies and reading reviews all over the place I still felt most comfortable calling Dattile. They were nice, fast, professional and about the same price point as other companies. I didn't experience anyone being rude or changing prices. Everything went smoothly and I would use them again for plumbing services. Great family business!

Was charged $475 for a 15 minute repair. The repair itself seems ok but repairmen was too lazy to clean up the job with a shop vac leaving dust and debris in the drain pan to my A/C unit to get sucked up into my house. This is completely unacceptable and disgraceful.

Dattile & Sons Plumbing are professional and on time. I had other plumbers come out to replace my shower valve and they wanted to cut the wall and replace tile. Keith Dattile came out and replace the valve without cutting the walls and no damage. Very knowledgeable and experienced. The work was on point and clean and the price was good. I definitely recommended them and they are my plumbers on call.

Our water heater went out on a Sunday. We called Dattile and Sons Plumbing out of Coral Springs since they advertise that they are open 24 hours every day. The technician came out and said the thermostat went out and he could replace it for $428 and would guarantee it for 90 days or, since our water heater was old, he could put in a new water heater for $1,354.

Since we were not prepared to spend that much, we chose to replace the thermostat. Then, on Tuesday morning, the water heater went out again. So his "new" thermostat lasted less than 48 hours. So we called Dattile at 6:00 AM since they are "open 24 hours a day" that morning to have them come back out. First, they did not return the phone call until 11:00 AM. Then, when they did call back, the lady claimed that they don't even open until 8:00.

So much for that 24 hour advertisement. By then, we had already gone to Home Depot and purchased a new water heater. So we called Dattile and asked for a refund since the thermostat did not last 90 days which they "guaranteed." The lady was very rude! Told us "if you're expecting a refund, you're not going to get it." She said "the technician offered to replace your water heat and you chose not to." So my husband told her "so you put a broken thermostat in our water heater because we chose not to replace it and therefore it's our fault that our water heater stopped working?" She replied "well, we're not going to give you a refund." No way around it, this is a very shady, unreliable business and our community should stay away. Horrible experience and $428 down the drain. Everyone beware!

Charged way to much, 639.00 for replacing a few parts that are fairly cheap. Not even a month later had another leak and they they would not cover the new cost under warranty. I have talked to numerous plumbers since and they were shocked when I told them how much they charged me. Dattile told me I need a new toilet now wanted to charge me almost 300 more to install it if I bought one. So basically I spent 650 for nothing. I also asked for itemizing bill a few times which they refuse to give. Do not use them, I was ripped off! Very dissatisfied

What an incredible company. Keith and Jimmy are kind, courteous, and professional. I have had them come out and fix a leak. Jimmy came within an hour and a Half and immediately started to get to work. The repairs were done in less than an hour. Jimmy left the work area completely spotless. The price was a little bit on the high side but, you get what you pay for. When you are Looking for a high end and professional plumbing company? Then Dattale and Sons Plumbing should be your first choice.

Prompt, courteous, and proficient all describe "Jimmy" the Service Technician we had from Dattile. He is a great representative of the company! They may not have been the cheapest plumbing estimate, but, we got what we paid for. Expert help and follow through. We are very pleased with the work done on our shower, and the installation of a new hot water heater. We will call Dattile for any future plumbing needs.

I called Dattile & Sons Plumbing to fix my shower and I also had some issues with my garbage disposal. They did a great job, clean work and we appreciated that the plumber wore shoe protectors on my white carpet upstairs.

I can truly say that anytime I needed service I knew exactly who to call. They are professional, dependable and they get the job done.

I've used them several times, they really know their stuff. They replaced all my toilets. Very professional and efficient.

We had a problem with our outside faucet and a friend of ours recommended we call Dattile & Sons Plumbing and are we glad we did. They responded very quickly and had our issue fixed right away. Since then they fixed a few other issues in our bathroom and discovered our main water line had a leak in the process!(All the water in the house was off but the meter kept running.)
