A Z Remodeling & Plumbing

My AC has been out for months and unfortunately we were roped into this company under our warranty. So far all that has happened is one initial inspection with no information and no follow up. If I call the warranty, I get forwarded here where they either give me the runaround, hang up, or transfer me to a different number. Supposedly they were going to contact us about placing an order yet I received no such contact. Save your time and energy and go anywhere else! This company is a joke

This is the WORST company ever! The technican Edwin was schedule to provide service at my mothers home between 8am-1pm and as of right now he still has not arrived. The funniest part is he doesn't have the sense of a billy goal (as my mother says) to turn his tracker off, he's been in the same location since 4:24pm (which is probably his home). The level of professionalism is unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE for ANYTHING!

Had an appointment set up for them to come and check something out. Scheduled between 1 AM and 6 PM. I'm not sure what that's about. At 4:30 the day of I called to confirm and was told that yes they will be there. Guess who didn't show up? No message no reason why. Call back this morning and they said there is no record of me calling. Now no one is available and we have to wait another two days. I'd recommend finding someone else. By the way Google their address. It's run out of a residential property. I now understand the other negative reviews.

Used AZ REMODELING & PLUMBING, INC. (legal trade name) 20-1909526 to replace leaking pipe under my lawn. In the process the company damaged Palm Beach County water meter and caused even larger leak. Left mid-job and demanded I have payment waiting before they would return to finish. Have been calling plumber back for weeks and they don't answer during business hours.

After hours you get an answering service that takes a message and no one returns a call. They cashed my check fast though! President Alex does not make good on anything. Can't imagine how they have 3 star review at all; read the real reviews from people that have been ripped off. HORRIBLE.

Got stuck with this company thru a Home Warranty Company. Waited over 5 days, paid warranty company $100 for this 2nd class contracted company to come. They showed up in a rental van, made a hole in ceiling and said yes, I had a water leak (copper pipe leak). Waited another 4 days for them to submit the authorization to the warranty company and was told by warranty company that chemicals in drywall caused a leak which was what this plumbing company reported.

Absolutely made no sense, many thanks to this company for wasting my time for giving my warranty company some bogus report and to all paying customers, I recommend using a professional company for their plumbing needs! To add insult, they could not even call me to inform me of their bogus findings and it also appears their business address is at someone's house.

Critical:Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Absolute trash. If you want them to make a hole in your ceiling to assess the problem and then not show up for over a month to fix it, not respond to your calls or emails, tell you the same thing every day, this is your company. Our technician was on time, made sure that the work was done properly, and checked with me and my wife that we were fully satisfied with his work before he left. We are always happy with AZ Remodeling and Plumbing!

This was the quickest dispatch that we experienced from a plumbing company. Mark was able to identify the problem and research new parts for our situation. He was extremely pleasant and patient. We look forward to the installation. Service:Toilet repair

Gentlemen who came out initially was very friendly however, over the course of the next two days, I had requested to speak with a technician (or anyone with the company) four times and no one returned my call. And during this time, had no water. I had initially used my home warranty and found that this won't be covered - found out from the warranty company.

No one let me know from AZ. I would have still used AZ even without the warranty had they returned my call. They lost my business because no one could simply call and speak with me.

I'm very pleased with all aspects of our experience with AZ REMODELING AND PLUMBING. From ease of scheduling to communicating with the company and the plumbers assigned to our project the experience was prompt and professional. The work was completed on time. Be aware!!!! Do not waste your time or money! This company was sent out through my home Warranty to fix my garbage disposal...instead they broke my pipe! The first time they came out, they broke the pipe and reported that the disposal was working fine. I called and reported it they rescheduled but did not show up and finally showed up on the third try, only to claim the pipe was the same as when they first looked at it (even though now it was obviously leaking) then they gave up my case with my Warranty company-- who couldn't do anything about it due to what was reported to them. Not sure if it is the company or the technician that came out is to blame but company didnt try to make the situation right

These guys were great. Service professional really knew his stuff even showed me what he did on my repair. The office Text prior to him coming to let me know a service prof was on his way and he even called to make sure I knew. That was great considering it was early morning and I was trying to get ready for work as well as get my garbage disposal fixed. I highly recommend them, no nonsense and to the point & knowledgeable.

If a company is going to offer text base services, they should respond to them. I received a text message on Saturday, 4/17 stating they received my service call and said to reply to the text to schedule.

Absolute worst plumbing company. They have stood me up 3 times. DONE!

Horrible Service. RUN! They took over a week and a half to resolve my plumbing issues. No service standards at all. I would never recommend this company!
