READ BEFORE CALLING. CONSUMER BEWARE. This may be the first 1 star review that I have ever written. We bought a new house, where mustang plumbing did the work, and we immediately had leak issues outside. We called them to fix it and the woman that answered the phone was very rude. Very. rude. They ended up coming out to fix it but they did such a poor job that it kept leaking slowly for a year or so but we didn't call again because it worked enough and we didn't want to deal with the unprofessional rudeness again.

Today the pipe that was leaking slipped out of the PVC fitting to the water main due to very shotty work the first time they came out to fix. SEE PICTURE I just called them back to see of they could come out to fix the problem only to have the (still) very rude woman answering the phone tell me that it is not under warranty anymore, even though this fix was obviously within the 2 year window, and demanded we pay $325 for a trip charge. $325 to show up and look at it, not fix it. Needless to say we will not be using them anymore and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Delivered here. Difficult to find from main street. Helpful staff, not really 18wheeler friendly neighborhood.

Repair dish washer - I would like to give negative - stars if i can Poor poor customer support ever Poor team management not on time. rescheduled the appointment multiple times don not have the curtesy never ever use their service for any of your home needs never please the pain i had gone through i cant explain

I have worked with several plumbers in My Home owning years and I don't think I ever had anyone as awesome as Preston. He was quick to find the issue and during the whole process he told me what he was doing, what he was looking at, what he was fixing and I honestly couldn't have gotten through this issue without him. Being that we haven't even owned a home for two months and water was leaking through the ceiling you could've imagined my frustration. Preston easily calmed that with his friendly vibes and quick assurance that it would all be repaired. You all have a star working for you and I hope if I ever need to call back I can request him to show up.

I am convinced that Rheem recently produced some faulty water heater components. As a result, Mustang Plumbing has been to our house at least 4 times now to service our two water heaters. Each time they have come out, their technicians have happily explained the situation and worked hard to resolve the problem. Preston deserves a special shout out, as he is obviously very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure the problem has been resolved. Great people, great company.

Matt came out for a warranty repair and went above and beyond. Our home inspector noticed a gas smell in the attic and Matt was able to pinpoint the leak in our HVAC unit. Although it was not his company who installed the HVAC, he still took it upon himself and repaired the issue. 5 stars for excellent customer service!

Rick was amazing and came out within 48 hours. He got it fixed up, explained everything to me and was so amazingly kind! I appreciated that he was so informative and as a woman sometimes people dumb it down, but he was not like that at all. I have also called Mustang to just ask a couple questions about our new home and we have always had great customer service from the front. Ashley was the most recent to help me out, but everyone at Mustang has been great to work with. Highly recommend!

Where's Wally?! We had an appointment for Wally at Mustang to come back to our condo yesterday afternoon. We confirmed with Mustang in the mid-afternoon. Wally never showed and never called. At 5 p.m. the answering service took over. It had no way to get in touch with Wally, any other plumber at Mustang, or Mustang management and said it would be after the weekend before we hear from anyone.

We are trying to find another plumber this morning because Wally's disappearance and failure to complete the job is impacting our tile project today Oh. and Wally damaged the dry wall in the guest bedroom on the other side of the shower head. We still have an open ticket with Mustang for future work. We'll find another plumber, thank you. Stay away from Mustang. Poor, poor service.

We called Cody on Saturday afternoon about the damage our tankless water heater sustained during the snow storm, and our replacement was installed less than 24 hours later. He was the only plumber we spoke with that offered any feedback over the phone about what the issue could be. After speaking with him we checked again and saw one of our pipes had cracked as he guessed.

We placed the order to have a new tankless water heater installed Sunday. First thing Sunday morning Leonard and Jared arrived with the new water heater and installed it. We would definitely recommend them and found everyone to be very professional and knowledgeable.

My Builder used Mustang Plumbing to do the plumbing for my new built. The plumbing was done wrong and they had to jack hammer the foundation, while they jack hammered it they broke the tension cable. Didn't even disclose it, I found out that was done when a neighbor showed me pictures after we closed on the house. During the freeze my tank less water heater busted and I know that wasn't their fault but I got a lot of water damage because when they installed the water heater they clogged the drain pipe and they left it like that so the water overflowed from the attic down to the 2nd and 1st floor and they won't take any responsibility and said it was due to weather.

This water heater is less than 6 months old and they don't want to warranty it but wanted to charge me $400 just to come out and tell me that is broken and not even deduct that charge on a new tank less water heater. She said that is the fee for them to come out and just tell me it's broken. I would highly recommend not using this company as they have caused a lot of damage on my new home.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value They are really taking advantage of the ice storm that hit Austin in Feb/2021. My neighbor asked them for an estimate to just replace the broken water heater. They estimated $600 for them. 2 Days later I called for the exact same estimate and it is now $1200. What a ripoff. I had a friend with a major water leak outside. I recommended Mustang Plumbing. She called they gave her the run around never followed up. They gave her the impression that they didn't want to do the job! She used Crows Plumbing the leak was fixed less then 24 hours and it only cost $850. She thought it would run upwards to $3000. And lastly there customer service was AWESOME!

They're awesome. We're super pleased. They're here when they say that they'll be here. They do their work right the first time.

We converted all four bathrooms to the high-rise toilets. At first, their rep said it would be about $150 to install a toilet, but it turned out they charge by the hour ($147/hr). They sent two guys out and finished all four in just under 2 hours, so the cost was about half what we expected. They cleaned up all the mess and did a good job on installation.

We were referred to Mustang Plumbing by our home warranty company. Our water heater went out on 3/10/13. We called Mustang Plumbing on Monday, 3/11/13 at approximately 9:15 AM and a service technician arrived at our home at approximately 2:15 PM. The technician evaluated the situation, notified the warranty company, left to go get a new water heater, returned and installed the new one.

Very disappointed with this company. My house was remodeled a year ago. There is an obvious leak in the master bath that has damaged wall and trim on our closet adjacent to the plumbing. Plumber onsite thought it was due to water run off and said we should watch it and see if it got worse.

They came as a costumer and I am a restaurant owner and they came and dine with me but out of respect I have that business.

All areas of construction have their warranty risks. Sadly, plumbing is a crumby one to face, unlike a chipped tile or loose door knob. I've used Mustang for 4 years as a home builder. What separates them from the other guys is their great service.

Mustang Plumbing was able to dislodge a clog that other plumbing companies told us they would have to go into the foundation to fix.

My home warranty copay was only $75 so I don't know the actual cost of repairs. Our sink overnight had filled with water and overflowed. We called the home warranty company. The first plumber they called couldn't come out until Monday so they got a hold of Mustang Plumbing who reported they could come same day.
