I had my water heater replaced today and had great service. Came and did bid at 10 and had work completed by 3. It wasn't an easy install for Andrew and Ben. Andrew even had to do major hunting for my water shut off (buried in my yard!). Also fixed my washer issue I had. They worked as a team and will call them the next plumbing issue I have.

I called O & E because, during the freeze, our outdoor tankless water heater stopped producing hot water. We were given a timely appointment and the technician who came, Alex Baldelamar, was polite, knowledgable and forthright; he explained our options, including what we could do ourselves. We would not hesitate to call O & E for any future plumbing problems, and recommend them without reservation.

We had burst pipes after a freeze. They had a plumber (Andrew) show up first thing next day. Took about 30 minutes all said and done.

We were quoted a ridiculously large estimate prior and glad I found your company, Ben provided us with an honest estimate that was affordable for us and did not add unnecessary repairs.

Today Andrew came out to my house and installed a pressure reducing valve and a new house shut off valve. I was quoted a price over the phone before hand. When Andrew got to my house he encountered a big issue because of the city sidewalk. He contacted the owner and they came up with a solution with no extra charges. When Andrew completed the job, he explained everything to me and he completely cleaned up the area. I will definitely use O & M Services again and will recommend them to my friends!

The consultation was thorough, they gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision since I had a non-standard sized toilet. They guided me through the process and, although there were issues that was not their fault (the place I got the toilet gave me the wrong tank), they took care of it for me and kept me updated throughout the process. The gentleman who came to install my sink, faucet and garbage disposal was very kind and professional! He arrived right on time and I am very impressed with his work. I will definitely recommend O&M for ANY of your plumbing needs!

These guys were very easy to work with and incredibly honest. What was quoted as a 2-3 day job turned into a 7 day project due to complications with the foundation and location. With the addition of a tunneling crew, the cost estimate stayed exactly the same. They even chipped up the rest of the tile for us so we could re-tile our bathroom they were working in. 10/10 would recommend and use them again.

We had a shower valve break and could not turn off the water. luckily got the outside water to the house turned off. They were able to send someone out same morning to deal with repair. Ben was on time, professional, thorough in explanation of what had happened and the repair he made! Staff was also extremely professional! Will definitely use again!
