Herrmann began to build a legacy for his family by opening the doors to Herrmann Plumbing. In the beginning, the company was a small, one-man plumbing shop.

Richard soon found out that remarkable service and craftsmanship are impossible to keep secret. Richard's inner circle started telling their friends and families about the care and skill he delivered. He was delighted to bring on other craftsmen to meet the demand of a growing business. We had an A/C unit acting up. Made an appointment for next day. Person who scheduled the appointment was very pleasant and attentive. I even had a call offering an earlier appointment a few hours after scheduling. Errol was the technician that arrived on time and ready to fix the issue. Errol have me a quote and some options for not only the repair, but a couple options for a service plan to cover inspections and cleaning for the year. Zero pressure to buy anything.

Having a sewer back up is never convenient but by having our line jetted on a regular basis to combat roots helps us have peace of mind in our older house. We had a leak coming from our very old water heater and knew it was time to replace it. We called Hermann plumbing and they were able to have their technicians out the next day! Repaired water regulator The general work was fine but he kept adding on items like wanting to charge 200 dollars to pipe around the water softener. I said i know. You only have to turn to valves to bypass the water softener. That is not needed. Then at end off the job he refused to turn off the basement lights until i called my son to the room. He then told my son.i was just getting those lights for your mom. I shouldnt have to have my son by me to get treated right! Felt like i was dealing with a used car salesman.

AVOID. MAJOR RIP-OFF! Our water heater quit working. I called the manufacturer and went through some troubleshooting and they said the water heater had an error code on that meant the flamable vapor sensor was bad.

Recently had Herman Plumbing come out to remove a rag from the drain. At the time the plumber thought the rag was removed because the drain was running un-clogged. However, a couple days later the drain was backing up and when I called HP to request additional services, I was told that drains are not under warranty.

Called Herrmann Services on Tuesday Debbie answered the phone very pleasant to talk to Debbie asked what i need help with I told Debbie some of the electric went at my house, Debbie said she send their electrician out the next day between 10 am and 2 pm, Debbie called the next day between 10 am and 2 pm and said their electrician named Mark was on his way out to my house.
