Early Econo Heat waste oil fired heaters utilized our patented hydraulic or (high pressure) atomization burners matched with cabinets purchased from Reznor of Mercer, PA. We experienced fair success. Although it required higher preheated oil temperatures resulting in carbonizing and ultimately plugging of the nozzle.
Our R & D department felt the system required cleaning too frequently! So, it began designing a system that would allow for a reduction of the oil temperature, which would reduce carbon build up and extend cleaning intervals. With what had been learned from this system, specifically its need to have an exact oil preheat temperature, for adequate atomization of oil spray.

Sent my unit in for repair after talking to a guy named Norm. He told me to send it for repair and I did. Whole heater assembly was delivered and signed for and now I can't get a call back from any of the departments listed in their directory. Not too happy I have no heat and now no furnace. 2020. They finally pulled threw. Fixed my unit. Shipped or for free. Fixed everything. Thank you. Sorry for the hard time you guys had. Life isn't always fair. Cheers

My Company ordered a used oil burner tank from this company 2 years ago, still have not received anything and they claimed to be looking into this, but have never gotten anywhere and they won't return phone calls and have never followed up about where our product was at. Don't order anything from them, they are a waste of money. $8000.00 down the drain. BBB was also contacted in regards to this company.

As a former employee of Econo Heat I can tell you that the Omni Waste Oil Heater is by far the best product in the industry. Unfortunately due to a couple of devious employees Econo Heat fell on hard times. Hopefully in the future these two will be doing time. Looking forward to Econo Heat regaining their outstanding reputation and thriving as they did before these two tried to destroy them.

The company is EXTREMELY sketchy and I recommend not doing business with them. Our OWH-500 waste burner has not been functioning correctly and they refuse to honor the warranty that was promised to us when we purchased the unit. The company has now gone under, however the owners have now opened up under a new name "EnviroHeat". I called them to request service for waste burner and was berated and laughed at. Terrible people to do business with. Little to no customer service and they treat people like sub-human filth.

Prepaid for an oil burning furnace in April 2018 so Econo Heat could build it. Paid 4,000.00 and still have not received product. Do not do business with this company. I reported them to the BBB and their response was some lame cyber attack excuse on their company. I just want the money back that they stole from the company I work for. Tried contacting Econo Heat and their phone has been disconnected. Chalking this up as a very expensive learning lesson.

Do not buy from this company! We purchased a waste oil heater End of December 2017 for over $10,000. Heater shipped in April 2018. After trying to install the heater, we found the oil pump assembly to be missing and the chimney pack missing also. We tried until July to get the company to send us the parts because the heater will not work with out it.
After numerous emails and calls, we were told lie after lie and its Sept and we still do not have our parts. Finally had to dispute with the credit card company. Still waiting on an answer. The company refuses to answer us at all now.

Ordered 2 waste oil furnaces 8 years ago and have had nothing but problems since. Recently called the company and tried to get some support and parts but seems like they are out of business as no one answers. $9000 plus dollars for the units and over $2000 in parts throughout the 8 years and my mechanics endless labor to find out now there as good as junk. Wish there was something they can do like give me an alternative for parts.

I paid up front of course for an oil burner heater 8 months ago and had a dead line of May 1 at a barge lines to get it to Alaska and they told me it was delivered when in fact it showed up in June. And not only that it was not complete! To this day I can't get a return phone call or any help. Horrible service! What a waste of $8000!

Biggest joke of a company ive ever delt with. Ordered a furnace in april. Paid in full for it because they sounded decent on the phone. 5 months later, still no furnace, wont return my calls or emails or facebook comments/messages. Keep getting different excuses up untill they stopped answering me a month ago. Had to call my credit card company to deal with this bs. Wastes my entire summer when i could have installed it when it was nice out but now its snowing out and i still have no heater. If i could rate them zero stars thats absolutely what they would get! Id strongly recomend NOT wasting your time and money with this company!

I had a Cleanburn oil heater for many years. It got to be too worn out to be worth fixing. A new clean burn was high priced and I didn't like the service dealer program. So I researched and bought an Inov8 oil burner. What a total piece of garbage and the company didn't care. They always had some excuse to blame the building or it's airflow. Finally considered it a loss and bought an econoheat oil burner.
I bought only the burner and installed it in the inov8 furnace. No changes at all to the furnace, flue, or airflow in any way. This econo heat burner works great. Very fuel efficient and low maintenance as far as oil burners go. The clean burn had some occasional issues and the inov8 I could not keep lit or depend on to relight when temp dropped. No issues now. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they did not deliver when promised. Date got pushed back several times.
