Yet again, another positive encounter with Sturm - this time to install a water heater. While the techs waited for the tank to fill up they inspected our furnace and AC and did a minor service on it. One of the many things I love about Sturm. Installation of the water heater went like clock work.

This time I wanted it done right by a company that had technicians that knew what they were doing.so I called Sturm Heating and Air Conditioning. They first came out to determine the size of unit I needed, we went over various brands and costs of units. I selected a Trane unit.

We purchased a home in Davenport that had a heat pump installed by them. We called and told them what the problem was and that it appeared to be out of freon. They sent a technician out without the needed freon, charged us for mileage and his testing.
