Been using their service for many years. They keep both my A/C and furnace in great condition. I recommend the annual service agreement to everyone. For less than $150.00 you get an annual furnace service and A/C service plus if you have a problem on a week end or holiday they are there at no extra charge.

I'd been having trouble regulating the temperature from my NEST thermostat. I'd set it for 67 and it would leap to 69 on its own, etc. And ultimately the furnace quite working entirely. I thought I was in for THOUSANDS!

I needed to have my furnace serviced and thought I'd reach out to Norco for a quote. Not only were their prices good but Althea scheduled my appointment quickly and that was most convenient for me. Daniel was there at the time the appointment was set for (most impressive) and he immediately found out why my furnace was having problems.
