Prime Pest Control, was found to have charged us for services rendered but never provided the service. Not just once but over the course of 4 months they said they changed the mouse traps poison but didn't! They wont adjust our bill. I've called for over a week and no response nor adjustments to my bill! They say they have no offices to go into and their billing is out of California. The customer is never right with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone!

We have been signed up for the quarterly service for about a year now, and have repeatedly told them we are only interested in the mouse station baiting. The past two times we have been sprayed and the bait stations have not been touched. After the first incident they came back out (150 mile round trip) and serviced the stations with lots of promises to do better.
Well that haven't happened. I think we are through. Let me also add they are the poorest communicators ever! Never could get a call ahead of time from the tech. This is att country and their cell phones just didn't work. Garbled messages with no info. Poor service just poor

We've been using prime for almost 2 years. They treated termites, carpenter ants, and regular quarterly spray. The quarterly are great bc no spiders or pests. But we have spring weird winged ant looking bugs that keep coming back. Looked like termites to me but they weren't sure. Carpenter ants no longer in the house that we can see but still in some arbs outside. But the outside wasn't treated I believe. I've been pretty happy minus the winged bugs that come out our plumbing pipes once every year.

We have had them out for 2 quarterly servicings since we initially set up with them and the first one I was not present for but my wife was. The lady that came out didnt even check all of our mice traps to refill them. She said "I cant seem to find them all." When I called the office to complain the lady i spoke with sent me an email of the work order and it had marked that all the stations were refilled, the house was sprayed for spiders and for wasps.
She also sent me a LIST OF WHERE ALL THE TRAPS WERE! My questions is, if you have a list of where all the traps were, how the heck did you miss them? Also they did not spray for spiders because of clutter along the walls (I take the blame for that) and apparently the weeds outside were too big. The second servicing I found all of the mice traps and showed the gal where they all were.
Not a day after she checked them all and said none of them needed to be refilled we saw 2 mice run down stairs right in front of us. Must be poor placement on the technicians part if I still have mice after 4 months with 10 of their traps in my house. We will be cancelling and using another service once our new house is built.

Had Prime Pest Control out to spray for spiders in our new home a little over three months ago. We haven't had seen any decrease in spiders since they sprayed and the foundation of our home has spider webs all along the ground. After seeing another massive spider in my daughters bedroom I called to see if they could maybe help with this being as they had sprayed not long ago.
I was told they could have helped if we called sooner (even though it has barely been three months) and if we wanted them out to spray again we would be charged in full for the service. No thanks, we will be trying a different company.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I scheduled an appointment early July for July 20th. We have a severe wasp and hornet problem in our backyard. We have two small children, two young puppies, and I am horribly allergic to bees to the point where I carry an epi-pen. My appointment slot was 5-7 pm on the 20th of July. I had scheduled the appointment and made myself a point of contact since my husband is in the military and would be out of town for a few weeks.
The technician called my husband Friday night around 6pm to let him know that he was running behind and could he call us tomorrow (Saturday the 21st) to schedule a time that day to come out. My husband asked him to call me since he was out of town and I was the one who was handling the appointment. The technician told my husband that would be no problem.
I never got a call and the technician never showed up or called on Saturday. My husband called a few days later to see what had happened and why we hadn't received a call from the technician. The gals in the office couldn't give a straight reason and offered to re-schedule us. The soonest they could get us in was the 8th of August. I called this morning at 8 am after my husband relayed the message to me and spoke to one of the gals in the office.
She assured me that she would call a technician and get back to me ASAP to get a tech out to me today since this wasn't our fault. 1pm rolls around and I still haven't heard back. I call the office again and am told that the gal I spoke to is on lunch and she would get back to me. Did she? No. My husband receives a phone call about an hour later saying there isn't anything they can do and the soonest they can get us in is August 8th.
My husband then asks the woman if she can call me and talk to me about it because he is out of town and I am the one handling everything. I again, never receive a phone call. This is unacceptable. Plain and simple. Did I cancel the appointment on the 20th? No. Your technician did. He made a commitment to call us the next day to make a time to come out THAT day. Did he? No.
Could you follow up with ME like My husband and I both asked instead of my husband who is out of town for military duties? No. Did I call Pointe pest control who was so incredibly understanding and just as disgusted with your customer service bust as we are? You bet. Are they getting us in right away? Yes. Nothing travels faster than word of a bad experience.
My entire family has been using prime pest for the last couple years. That is done. Don't call Prime pest if you want reliable, fast, friendly service. You won't get it. They have either completely overbooked themselves and don't have the staff to support it, or they genuinely don't care about their customers. Either way, save yourself the hassle and headache and call someone else.

Originated email from website. Called and set up appointment and confirmed info. Didn't show for appt. Waited for over 2-1/2 hrs. Called back, number says disconnected. Emailed the contract us on website, saying waiting. Looked online, daughter called 2nd number, got owner. He called me, became rude, I have a 360 area code which is in email and with office, their tech called 509 and Never showed.
He basically said my fault because of my area code. Didn't try to make better, didn't apologize, very rude and unprofessional. Will never recommend, after reading reviews maybe a blessing they didn't come.

Prime pest control has been servicing my home and business for almost a year. We had a really bad mice problem and they took really good care of us. We just love how knowledgeable, friendly and respectful Prime Pest Control is. If you have a pest problem don't go anywhere else before you check them out. I promise you will not be dissatisfied with their service and products!
