I have had University for services for over 20 years. They are professional and courteous. Continued termite contract once a year that comes with inspection and spray (wish I didn't need the yearly spray). A wiz at weed control by John. Today am going to look into pest control since the person died that was doing mine with a big box store bug killer; hope I can afford it.

Ps. The bug control visits by Kyle the friendly and competent pest technician have been quite satisfactory. A couple of bugs remain, and I am assuming that is because I only have a once in 3 months spray due to finances. I recommend a monthly spray. I have also had an extra bug spray in the room they seem to be most evident. I have trust in Kyle they will not return.

Hi - My termite service has been satisfactory for many years. The termites have not been completely eliminated, but if I see a new one University comes to the house and sprays. - I tried the weed service for the first time and it was expensive for a monthly service so now I have a twice yearly service and eventually I have had no more weeds in the front yard (ask for John to spray).

My technician makes this company. He is the happiest, upbeat person I know. He does his job thoroughly and I have never had a problem with any critters. I do wish University Pest Control would have spent the money they used for this used on return envelopes. This is the only company I know of who does not provide envelopes.
