We've been using Green Shield for years at our old home and have remained loyal customers because of the overall wonderful service this company provides. When we moved into our new home we called right away to set up service. When our tech Ryan arrived at our new house, I was so happy. Ryan has done a wonderful job at our old house so I know everything would be great. Ryan is extremely helpful and reassuring knowing that Ryan will service our home. My technician, Brian, was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got my initial service today and am more than happy with the experience. Arrival was at the beginning of the time window (I know arrival time is not always in their control however - I would never knock someone for arriving outside the window because who knows what may come up at an appointment before yours - just thought it worth mentioning he was right on time regardless) and he was quick and professional and made sure I didn't have any questions/concerns. Love that the company is kore than willing to come between scheduled service at no additional charge should something come up. Thank you!

Ryan has been thorough, on-time, and very accommodating to whatever we need when he comes by for our routine treatments. I also appreciate the front office following up to make sure we got our treatment done when we had an emergency and they could not come. With Green Shield tending our yard we know that we don't have to worry about our two year old stumbling on a scorpion or unfriendly spider. It's also nice to know that the little lizards that we love in our yard don't get hurt by their products and neither do the birds that we feed. We're confident in the safety of our cats and dogs whenever they spray in the house. Mike came out today for our second appointment and was so friendly, kind and courteous!

They control the perimeter around our house but I asked him if he would also pay special attention to two trees that my daughter loves to play on due to the rocks at the base. Mike generously and kindly sprayed them as well It's nice to be scorpion free when you have a toddler who loves rocks Thank you Mike and Green Shield for the peace of mind!

Mike Palmer is my usual experienced technician. I am impressed by his knowledge, how thorough he is as well as friendly. I really like this company. We switched from another pest control service to GreenShield about a year ago. GreenShield is less expensive and has great customer service. Our technician, Giselle is always on time and very thorough. Highly recommend.

Love this company! Have had them service our home for over three years. We had another company and still had bugs bad. Switched to these guys after a neighbor recommended them. Our fave is a shout-out to Marquis!! Absolutely the best tech. He is very thorough, looks for and cleans any webs etc. , scans and looks for activity of critters, rodents as well.

Very thorough on his treatments. He teaches you what to look for, and to let them know if you have any issues after treatment. Great guy!! After our first service, huge difference. After the second I was questioning the need for further service. HUGE difference! We still do regular service, just to keep it maintained. No issues inside or out!

We have marquise as our technician and we love his work and all the knowledge he provides us. He is always willing to stop by and check on us whenever he’s in the neighborhood even if he’s not scheduled with us. We highly recommend green shield and of course marquise! We just had some critters reappear and Marquise was great as always, he’s super thorough and provides us with a vast knowledge of what he finds.

Greenshield has been treating our home for over two years. Cody sprays the homes in our area. We seldom, ever, see anything other than the bugs drawn in by our yard light. The next morning, even those are found dead!

Our technician is the best technician from any pest control company we have ever had. Since moving to Arizona from Washington State, we have never seen black widows or scorpions before and he explained what they were and how Greenshield protects us from these pests. Our technician is always prompt and very descriptive about where he treats around my house. Even if i'm not home, he'll leave an invoice with notes about what was done for the visit. I love being on ezpay so I don't have to think about payment. Green shield even emails me before each visit to my house in Tucson, AZ. Great Service!

I had a recent technician come over for a routine pest spray. This guy knows what he is doing. He was very thorough and made sure he treated in spots I never would have guessed. Our technician pointed out a few areas of concern and walked me through what he'd done to rid the problem. Then he reassured me if I had any further problems to give him a call and he'd be right out.
