The IPM Solution program is a commercial prevention service plan that is designed for highly sensitive accounts, such as schools and hospitals. This program focuses on prevention of common pests like ants, mice, spiders and roaches. After the initial service is complete, we will setup a complete pest management program which includes, pest monitoring, pest inspections and treatment.

Service is really horrible and for $120 per quarter I expect more. They set some rat traps that I had to call and have them check when they started to smell vs coming out or scheduling a follow-up while they were there. Then it went another another 3 months without being checked. The lady who answers the phone is rude and acts like she would rather be having a root canal.
Of course no one set up a third check so when I called today, the first available is 2 weeks out and I am an existing customer. They also do not have appts later than 4, so if you work, you are out of luck. Also they will not spray for ants if it is raining or going to rain soooo, no need setting an appt 2 weeks from now.

Thanks, Gary! New homeowner. New to the area. Gary came by to check our home and overall said the house looked good. We had noticed a collection of bugs in our master bath and were relieved it was a minor issue that didn't require their services. We fully expected him to spray the house but to our surprise, that wasn't the case, and that's a good thing.
He didn't push any products. It was obvious he was trying to help, and I appreciate that. It was also obvious he knew his stuff, and the pest patterns/history in the neighborhood. Well done. We are using them from now on.

I started noticing some scratching noises behind a wall in my house, so I called Getem for a free inspection. Phil came out and quickly spotted the entry point into the house. He plugged the entry with steel wool free of charge, explained my options going forward, and told me to just give them another call if the problem persisted. I definitely won't hesitate to use them again in the future based on this experience.

We LOVE Getem staff and their services! Have been with Getem since 2004. Now adding a second house to the contract. As soon as I have an issue, they come out. Technicians are warm, friendly and thorough. Reasonably priced quarterly service. Always respectful of furnishings. We wouldn't use another extermination service. So happy with Getem!

I had this young man named Chad come by my apartment the other day. He was so good, gorgeous, and such a gentleman. He killed a spider with his hand and sprayed like he was in fact a bug (he did speak English, though!) At one point, he was quoting Rambo and spraying like he was saving a young princess. I haven't had a single pest since he blessed me with his talents and bug killing abilities. I'll forever admire his charm and Getem's unique ability to extinguish creatures from this planet. Hire them.next question.

Long story short, I got my apartment sprayed for the first time in May. They asked if I wanted to sign up for their quarterly services and put my card on file. I said no. I'll call back in 3 months. I didn't call back in August. It's October. I went away for the weekend, came home to a slip on my door stating that my exterior had been sprayed out. I'm thinking, hmm that's funny.
I never scheduled it. Checked my bank statements, no charge. So I'm thinking, maybe it's a ploy to call them back. A few days later I get a $120 invoice in my email. I call. The lady said.well you're signed up for the quarterly services. I said no I'm not. If I was signed up for quarterly services, why wait 5 months to spray again?
Yeah uh huh. Ok. She's like, well the lady called and left a message for when you were scheduled and when she didn't hear from you she assumed she was good to spray. Um.no. She removed the charge. They know they're wrong. Honestly, what they do, can easily be done by you. It's a rip off. Do it yourself.

I just had Will come by to do an inspection for a small issue I've been having with Mud Daubers, a non-aggressive type of wasp, and I was concerned of nests around my house. He found two small nests which I told him I had already sprayed myself a few days earlier, which coincidentally since then I hadn't really had an issue with them. After inspecting some more and talking with him, he told me he didn't feel comfortable taking my money because he really just didn't think that I had a major, or even minor, problem. So, I decided to give a 5 star rating on here because of their honesty and good business practices, not to mention, he even arrived a little early!
Most of the time I schedule home improvement types of appointments it's rare the person doing the work shows up on time, so it's fantastic to have someone from a company actually arrive a little early. Because of this awesome service, I will be using Getem in the future for any and all pest control services I need, and will gladly refer my friends and family to them as well. Oh and a big thanks to Will for his honesty and professionalism!

Getem has been wonderful! We chose Getem after another service told us we "had to live with" those giant, disgusting American cockroaches. John has taken care of the problem and always addresses any pest control issues we may have. We are very pleased with their services. My only recommendation is that technicians wear shoe/boot covers.
