Started by Principal owner Wayne Bradshaw and Michael Old in 1986, both grew up together locally in the Great Bridge section of Chesapeake. Both have a strong bond to the local and Hampton Roads area.It's been important since the days when the business first opened to provide a personal service to our customers which reflects our local business feel, no matter how large we have grown.Because we have purposely kept ourselves in close proximity to our customers we can do things like set our inspection times on the hour instead of showing up "sometime tomorrow".

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Don't call for a follow-up your request will simply be ignored and told it was ignored at that. The receptionist was completely rude on the phone and unprofessional. I would suggest calling another company who will assist in your efforts. Service: Bee extermination

This place has very nice employees however the follow up on this place is tremendously flawed. In no way shape or form should a person who has had their house treated and called back with active termites be neglected only to have someone come over and just tell me hey yeah you have some active termites with no follow up other than a bill in the mail. STRONGLY advise all to go to another place with better service. They know they didn't service my place properly and that's no good. Bad business practice

I live in an apartment complex where this company must have a contract with. I have been dealing with a severe gnat problem since October. I have requested for them to come to my apartment several times and I still have the gnat problem and it's not getting any better. They were just here on 12/02/21 for the 4th or 5th time and I'm still fighting with this infestation that I have NO CLUE where its coming from or how to solve it.

Mr. David Saadeh did an excellent job, today. He was polite, professional, got us the equipment we needed, advised on off-the-shelf options for materials we could get to secure our home, and was generally an excellent technician and representative of his company. He was clearly well trained, we appreciate both him and his instructors for their fine work, the work he did was fairly priced, and we're happy to recommend both him and this company to anyone who might need similar services.

Critical: Quality VERY BAD COMPANY DONT USE THEM. THEY SAID NO EVIDENCE OF TERMITES AND THERE WAS A WHOLE ROOM OF THEM. IT HAS COST US OVER 18000 TO FIX IT. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS. Definitely recommend working with Jeremy. He was on time, courteous and able to answer my questions. Updated 6/7/2021: Tommy came to treat the termite problem that we just had recently and he was very knowledgeable. He did an awesome work where he made sure the holes drilled are symmetrical too. He also cleaned the working area pretty good.

You guys should really teach truck 78 on February 15th 2021 how to drive considering he almost rear ended me and then side swiped me trying to cut me off to go around me as well as multiple other drivers on interstate 64. Flashing their lights while I'm driving the speed limit in a work zone at that. If they need more time to get to work they should leave earlier.
I would never use this company considering they have no respect or concern for safety for drivers around them. The company should really look into this problem as I'm sure I'm not the only one it has occurred to.
