Hug a Bug is a small company that values their customers and works to resolve issues. I had some spot treatment for ants and they were quick and courteous. One time I was concerned about what we were charged because I swear I found more ants a day after they sprayed - so Jim returned my call and offered to come back out.

After a year of regular continued service for general pest prevention, we were falsely led into thinking that we had a bed bug infestation by Tim whom I am guessing is just a sales person. He quoted a price of 2000.00 for treatment of our home for alleged bed bugs.

The terms of my service order was not explained properly. I advised that I would be moving in 90 days and would the service transfer over to the new property. I was told yes. It WASN'T I spent $265.00 for basically one bait box and 2 clue traps!
