We have been customers for many years. They've always done good work, been on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Most recently we asked for termite service at our new home. When I mentioned we have a drainage problem in the backyard, they informed me they have drainage solutions. The recent rains slowed down the installation, but it gave me the opportunity to see how well it works first hand. They finished the last little bit today and I'm confident we won't be disappointed when the rains come again.

Doug has always been on time and knowledgeable each time he's been to my house. I work nights 5 times a week and he's always been respectful of my time. Whenever I call to report a bug sighting, it's oddly time for my next service. I called the office and threatened to commit arson due to the single cockroach I saw and ABC sent Doug out the next day. I totally recommend them! They are committed to customer satisfaction!

ABC is definitely worth it! We had an inspection and service done about a month ago, after seeing roaches, silverfish and other bugs. It came down to us finding someone who could ACTUALLY take care of them or my fiance solving it herself. by burning the house down with them in it! They came out, explained the problem areas, discussed the possible solutions and, low and behold, we haven't seen a single bug since.

In my book, that's a WIN. I get to keep our house from burning down and it was super affordable with a service guarantee! Highly recommend them to anyone who is tired of the companies who are just in it for the quick dollar yet don't put in the time or energy into actually getting the job done. The service guarantee brings peace of mind that, if we happen to see something, they'll be back out to treat.

We have had a contract with abc for years since we build our house in 06. They claim to do full inspection. In Jan of 2019 they "installed" a vapor barrier under our house at the tube of $1250 and did a "preventative termite" treatment for $3500 with no evidence of termites. Come July we sold our house and had an 2 independent pest management companies inspect. 1) vapor barrier was only part way installed.

They left the rolls down there but did not lay it out ($1500) Hmmm 2) they recommended that should not have had a treatment ($3500). 3) we didn't even need the vapor barrier 4) there was a fungus that needed to be treated in one part. After calling them- they sent a tech out to finish installing vapor barrier. They would not refund any money for missing the fungus etc.

Moral of the story- we spent $5000 on stuff we didn't need or wasn't installed and more importantly, they missed the fungus which is what they should have taken care of in the first place. Update- Stacy called me to fix the situation and sent a tech out to finish the barrier. They also gave a refund for the fungus treatment. I appreciate that they took responsibility for this matter and have gotten rid of the employee who was responsible.

I previously posted a post about ABC, however I felt I should give the company another chance since we had such a long relationship. I can honestly say, service has improved and will continue to recommend this company.

Extremely professional company and I would highly recommend their services. I was managing a relative's home from long distance and they were prompt with scheduled treatments and kept me informed and up-to-date on services performed!

I am more than satisfied with the approach ABC Exterminating took to solving this problem. They worked not only with management but also with the tenants to ensure that we got optimum results. Our tenants are ecstatic with the results and so am I. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough if you have an infestation. They are exemplary.

Called in advance to set up an appointment for my home as well as my neighbor's home. Technician did not show up or call. I called the office several times but only the answering machine came on. Not a very professional business. I try to support local businesses as much as possible, however, with the lack of concern for customers, my neighbor and I are going with one of the well-known pest control companies.

Unprofessional service. They told me they would come to my house between 3-5 pm. Someone calls me at 5 to say the guy is on his way. At 730 the guy calls me to reschedule till tomorrow. I have to make him agree to come to my house first thing, 8 am. After all, we stayed all evening waiting for them today, it's only right. The next day, the guy never shows up and never calls. I left a message on their machine, no one called back. Just rude

ABC Termite and Pest offers affordable, timely service. I had a bug infestation at my old home due to an uncontrolled moisture problem and the place was falling apart. WHen i moved, some critters followed me. One call to ABC and they had my whole house and yard treated as soon as I could be there to let them in. Several days later, my technician arrived, on time, clean, professional, and ready to rock.

He evaluated my situation, inspected the house - and i mean this guy was THOROUGH. He gave me the treatment plan, told me what to expect and treated the property accordingly. Per the plan within the week my problem wasn't a problem anymore. I'm on the quarterly maintenance plan now to keep my yard free of mosquitos and fleas and I couldn't be happier. Thank you ABC!

Hey Don, thank you again for time and honesty regarding the Larchmont house, what a night mare! It is amazing that after all of the inspections the sellers still think it is a great house without the problems it has, wake up people!
