Cody was very educational and understanding unlike big corp companies that just try to take your money. I felt they were very understanding and affordable especially for our situation. I felt more comfortable with them and not screwed over. I will be going with them again and referring them to any friends or family that may be going through any insect issue, AND they're open 24 hours even for emergencies. No one should be put on hold for issues like this. Lovely company

Jon came over in a rush for us and helped us knock out a whole inspection for selling our house! Great guy highly recommended for a good inspection.

I had seen some spiders around my house when I first moved in. Bug masters was able to come out the same day and completely eliminate the problem! I've been using them ever since and haven't had any issues with bugs. Highly recommend Services: Bug & insect extermination, General pest inspection

DO NOT USE Bug-Masters. Look elsewhere for your pest control services. Owner is incredibly rude, unprofessional and utilizes slimy sales tactics. Signed a one year agreement with an understanding that my family was planning on moving within the contract timeframe (still within the same city). They verbally reassured me that it was no problem they would just transfer the services to the new house (with an upcharge to the monthly fee since the home was larger) to finish out the contract.

To me this was reasonable and I agreed to sign on for the year. Time comes to transfer the services to the new house and they attempt to tell me I have to sign an extended 3 year contract. After some heated conversation it drops to 2 year and eventually an option to pay another $300 initial start up fee for the new house and finish out the remaining services that I had the contract.

I am now forced to pay $375 to cancel the agreement (otherwise the owner threatened to send to collections/court). Terrible way to conduct business The owner is a grade A scam artist. Stay FAR FAR away from Bug-Masters.

Was in dire need of pest services after an influx of bugs in my kitchen. After scheduling a consultation, I quickly agreed to the contract and I'm looking forward to their services. Very responsible, and customer oriented. Very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend them.

Biggest scammers don't use them. Never came to inspect anything and charged 200.00. Owner rude and nasty attitude very unprofessional and threatened when confronted with dissatisfaction. Canceled of course. This is for my 89 year old moms home. Disgusting! I want a copy of inspection you said you did on July 19, 2021 with my signature. You have not contacted this residence since initial contract signing. I think your reviews speak for themselves. People beware.

Very many interesting reviews. I cannot agree more with all the statements that say, "do not use this guy." My name is Larry, Jon knows me very well, we are going to court in March 2022. Personally, I cannot wait. We had a contract back in 2014 with BugMasters (Jon Tari) they were contracted to treat the inside of my bug and rodent infested apartments.

We signed the contract at another location. When Bug-masters showed up at my apartment they walked in, looked at the mess, which included dog feces, turned around and walked out saying they would not touch this. A few months go by and much to our surprise we get a bill. I called Jon and talked to him letting him know there must some kind of a mistake because they hadn't done a single thing for us.

After a heated discussion Jon decided to call my wife. She told him the same thing, "they did not do what they were "contracted" to do. All of a sudden Jon says that they treated the exterior of the house. My wife then reiterated the contract was to treat the inside of the house for the bugs and rodents that were in there. After a couple more discussions Jon agreed that "he would let this one go." Last year 2020 there was a lien placed on my rental property, for the work that was never started never mind completed.

We go to court in March Next year. As I have already stated prior to reading some of the reviews posted. DO NOT USE BUG-MASTERS! There are plenty of reputable companies who know how to treat their clients and do the job they were hired to do! Forest, Dodson, ANY company OTHER THAN Bug-Masters. Sincerely, Larry

Do not use this company. The owner Jon is a racists. I asked him if roaches had a distinct smell and he said yes and the best way to describe is infestation will smell oily like when black people sweat. He literally said this in front of my then 4 year old son SMH. Also says if you sign contract he will honor anywhere you move to in the 757. Lies.

He will but will try to get you to sign a new one and charge you more money for having to go further out. Like I said he said anywhere in 757 but that's a lie. If you refuse to sign new contract he will not provide service and then turn around and sue you for breaking the original contract which in reality he broke. Best to just avoid this guy and all the headaches that go along with doing business with him. Just not worth it.

The owner (Jon) of this company has anger management issues. Customers should be aware as this is not what you want in a business. They claim they are built on professional service, however this is not the case.

Responsiveness, Value John & Cody couldn't of been more personable and professional. I was having an ant problem along with mosquitos and they came to our rescue. Look no further you found your experts!

Because this company is such a scam I decided to update my review to keep it dated. I recently received an email from the company stating they are updating their service agreement. I read it just curiously. You all need to read it. It's such a joke. It's all about them charging you. For example, you use a store brand insecticide. they will charge you $50.

Stay clearrrrr of bug masters. Trust me it will save a headache. Stick to a well known company such as Orkin. That's who I have now and for the last couple years I've had no issues, no headache, nada.

Update: sent me a bill for $300 for services not rendered because I removed the stations myself and moved out of state, after cancelling the contract and giving him a "remove no later than" date.

Well I initialed called Bug Masters LLC in August 2014 to treat a rental property of mine for fleas. It took 2 visits but finally he was able to get rid of them. I then started receiving random calls from Jon Tari saying he needed access to the property to treat it. I told him I no longer resided there but he didn't take the hint. I emailed his office manager a request to cancel all future services and to end my relationship with company. Heard nothing more from them.

Keep in mind I had the same tenants living there and they never said he came to treat the property or anything. Also the property was a condo in a HOA that only needed inside service as the outside was covered by the HOA. None of my tenants ever said he came to treat ever! Fast forward, early 2020 I get a letter solicitation for legal services for a warrant in debt with Bug Master LLC, so I look into it I do indeed of a court date that I knew nothing about and had not been served (come to find out it was served to an incorrect address).

So I called his attorney and find out details, tell the attorney I have some information concerning the cancelation of the contact etc. So the attorney agrees to continue the case and then I come to court the next time. There attorney advised me to pay some of the balance, bug master LLC was trying to charge me for like 2 years of service plus interest and late fees.

So I tell the courts I am contesting the debt so they set a new court date. Bugs Masters was required to provide me a bill of particulars and for a so called 1 year contract there service dates sure didn't match up to quarterly visits and there transaction ledger was way of money wise. So fast forward to the court date, and go to court and when it's my time to step up to let the judge here my case, Jon Tari's attorney says we have decided we went to dismiss the case! Steer clear of this company.

They are a scAm all around! They will charge you for services they do not even perform. Adding this on to the review. Since leaving this review Jon Tari has decided to call me and threaten me with harassment charges if I contact him or his business anymore. Yet today low behold I get an email from his business changing there business practices emailed personally to me.go figure this guy needs to be out out of business!

Update over a year later and he's baaaaaaack - threatening, harassing. I'm calling the police now.

Very rude and hostile. I feel very uncomfortable and upset every time I talk to him (John) on the phone. He jumps down your throat and the customer is always wrong. I feel like a little kid getting yelled at. Don't get me wrong, he does wonderful work and never had an issue with the service/bug treatment I have received, but customer service is AWFUL.

I called to get my bill at $0 (we fell behind, military moved us states away) and to cancel service. There are so many steps you need to take in order to just stop service. treatment = excellent owner = terrible attitude

I had a 3 star review but now it is 1 star. I had updated a review as there were frustrations with the service such as a requirement to have a CERTIFIED LETTER to cancel but no one was at the address to receive. No one requires this to cancel services. And that there are so many positive reviews BECAUSE HE GIVES A DISCOUNT FOR A CUSTOMER TO DO THIS.

I receive a call from the Bug Masters owner today, and I promptly hung up because I've read other reviews on his harassment. He leaves a VM asking why I updated my google review after many years and that he knows "I wouldn't hang up someone." He then tells me he may stop by my house to see how the family is doing. Sir- This is a business relationship and I think you have issues letting go if someone leaves negative reviews.

Use the info to IMPROVE YOUR BUSINESS. DON'T HARASS PAST CUSTOMERS. I had nothing but constructive feedback. I didn't share my experience with others in the community but I will sure do it now (as i have many connections) to stay away from someone who calls past customers.beware of someone who can't take constructive criticism. BEWARE!

We hired the services of Jon about year ago, he explained the details very well and satisfied with his approach. It was a quarterly service, then just started to be monthly this year. Our pest problem improved so I decided to cancel our service with them, after that it was a nightmare! I sent couple of emails and regular physical mail started March and followed up with phone calls & text messages.

At one point he told me he willl cancel it just send the email again but here we go he came last month twice. His behavior is really unpredictable as described on the previous reviews. Please, do yourself a favor and rethink if you plan to call him.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY! He took me to court after he sprayed my place once, canceled the 2nd time & expected his $800.00 contract to be biding after I wrote a certified letter to cancel. I went to court to fight it in May 2019-2years after he sprayed 1 time. Out of a pretty full court room at least 35 people were being sued by this clown. This is how he makes his money, not by actually working.

He is a menace to our neighborhood. After meeting this sleezy fraudster-I was better off with the roach. Do not do business-that contract is a 1 sided contract-Jon's side-fraud! Call Accel Pest control-they are great!

Disgusting attitude and extremely rude. No sense of common courtesy to make contact with the tenants BEFORE entering property. 2 men showed up and 1 walked through our front yard and straight to our backyard to enter our property WITH NO PERMISSION. Mind you we have 3 K9's onsite and 2 signs indicating dogs on premises. They didnt bother to knock on our door or make contact with us before attempting to waltz right into our gated backyard.

When i came out to confront them the owner walked up and told me he has permission and doesnt need to knock or let me know that he's entering property because im not the owner. The owner was contacted and he DID NOT GIVE THIS MAN PERMISSION TO ENTER PROPERTY. His kind words of calling me "ugly" and hostile saying i was making HIM uncomfortable in the situation. Police were contacted to have this man leave.

I guess this is the guy that drives that big bug-masters truck. Driving in closed shoulder lanes, honking at people and shouting obscenities from his window. I'm not a customer, nor will I ever be. Thanks for letting me know who not to use for pest control, Jon Bug-Master Tari.

Bug Masters is a excellent company. They came to service our home the very next day after I called. Their rates are reasonable and the product is high quality. Three night in a row before they came out I saw a roach in my kitchen but since then I only saw one and he was on his back dying! Definitely recommend this company.

Nobody actually wants to be in a position to have to call an Exterminator but sometimes you have to. Call Bug-Masters and you will be glad you did. Jon knows his business and the contracts he offers are great for new home owners-like me. Much of what he offers is safe for pets too. Glad to do business with Jon and his company.

It all began with the sound of teeth gnawing through wood. My husband and I looked at each other and mouthed. RATS! It was a Friday night, and I thought for sure I'd be leaving a message for Jon, but rather he said he'd be right over to assess the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to act on our behalf against the furry creatures lurking in our attic.

We are so happy to have found bug-masters. When coach roaches were found in my apartment, it was very important for me to have my place treated ASAP. On a Sunday afternoon, Jon took my call when all the other pest control company's ignored it on a weekend. He came out and treated us very quickly and gave us piece of mind. I would recommend bug masters to anyone!

Jon at Bugmaster is fantastic! He is very professional and is concerned with making sure that your home is properly taken care of without any shortcuts. He took extra time to make sure all of my concerns were discussed fully. He is doing the termite letter for the closing on our home and that is a very stressful process, but he made it just a little bit easier!

I called Bug Masters today (a Sunday) around 2:30 pm after spotting one bed bug. The owner explained the bed bug treatment process, as well as information on a bed bugs overall. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, knowing that I wouldn't be using his services today.

We had his service for a few years but we noticed we would ALWAYS get serviced late in his excuse of being so busy with a growing business clientele. For the late service, Jon would offer a discount on our bill.

On VERY short notice we had immediate service, and could not be more pleased. Always ready to help, honest and hard-working. Do NOT use any other pest control company if you have a choice.

Extremely poor. Did not fix anything. Will never be coming back to my house. Horrible business practices.

John spent the time to discuss all the options as well as explain what services may not be appropriate and which ones he would not do without. I had called a couple other companies but none left such a positive impression as John with his concern for getting it right.

My issue was a huge unknown spider that met me face to face at 830pm. Called a few places only to get answering machines. Came across Bug Master's number expecting the same thing. Only Jon answered! Told me not to worry he would be here first thing in the morning to check things out for me.
