Priority Pest Services

As a Realtor in Hampton Roads, I have worked with multiple termite & moisture inspectors and companies, and I have to say that Priority Pest is outstanding. Ted Yager is my go-to guy! He is easy to schedule, he arrives on time and he is extremely knowledgeable. I trust him and Priority Pest with my personal home, and I recommend them to clients, friends, and family. They just inspected my Mom's VB home, and she raved about them.

Priority Pest is professional and honest. They provided fantastic service. If I ever need their services again I will assuredly use them again. Their techs are great!

Had them do an inspection. They informed me that they had previously treated for termites in 2011 (11 years ago). The tech told.me that he was impressed with the cleanliness of our crawl space and that there wasn't any issues. Later got an invoice for $1800 for "recommended treatment". Had a second company come out. The gave the all clear and let us know that there was no treent needed. Use someone else for your inspection. Priority will try to con you into paying for unnecessary treatment.

We have lived here for almost 3 years now, and I can say that Priority has been by far the best experience we have had with any services we've needed, and buying a home that needed much done that is saying a lot. Thank you to Scott are sales person and the 3 young guys that did the work everyone was professional and courteous. We will definitely use them again for other projects that arise. Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Excellent customer service! I recently had two projects performed at my mother's home (crawl space and floor repair work). I worked with Adam and his team (Brian, Anthony, Chris, Chance and others). They arrived on time and prepared both times. They were very professional, friendly, respectful and did an awesome job!

Adam K. from PPS Chesapeake was HANDS DOWN the best technician I have worked with (and there has been a LOT of them!) His work truck broke down and called me immediately and let me know the situation, and apologized repeatedly. Then he shows up, and is friendly, personable, knowledgeable AND he took the time to give me advice and teach me about things to look for myself to make sure my crawl space stays good for decades to come.

I will be recommending him and PPS to everyone I can and I will use him specifically for any future crawl space needs I have. Above and beyond! If you go to anyone else you will absolutely be using someone who isn't the best. Thanks Adam!

One of the only two businesses that responded via Yelp. The inspector actually suggested at home remedies instead of trying to get me under quarterly contract which I appreciated. Will probably still get it just because he was nice, informative, and responsive.

My technician name is Rob and he is awesome. Rob updates me on any findings and make recommendations when he's doing my schedule service calls. His goal is prevention of any pest/rodent/wildlife issues and because of his recommendations I have not had any problems. I needed an inspection done for refinancing and when I called for service the receptionist was professional, pleasant, and very helpful in connecting me with a technician. Adam Keating, technician, called me within 30 minutes and scheduled me for the next day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I needed a termite and moisture inspection to purchase my new house I called around and got the run around from other companies. Then I was referred to Adam Keating from a friend for an inspection. He showed up on time. Was very personable and professional. I got my inspection done and decided to get pest control from him as well while he was here. Thank you to Adam for being on time and kind. I had a great experience with Priority Pest Services. Their soonest availability was about 4 days out for our wasp problem, but I took that to mean they had many happy customers. Logan was our technician and he showed up on-time, was polite and clear in explaining the remedy he would pursue, and performed the service promptly and thoroughly. Pricing was excellent and I will not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them. Thank you!

Highly recommend! They were recommended to me from my mother ( they redid the entire foundation under her house for a very nice price ) and showed up to me ready to help. very nice very professional and great communication. They gave me very detailed advice and information and the company offers every type of fix I need to prevent future issues and fix current. ( fixing foundation, treating moisture, adding dehumidifiers, closing up areas not needed and draining thingy to catch the rain ) all in the same company! I'm excited to work with them and complete the job.

Not only does priority pest have competitive prices, They have an outstanding staff that goes above and beyond for their customers. Our pest tech, Basilio F., specifically is spectacular and we are so grateful to have him do our quarterly inspections and treatments. He is personable, and thorough with his work. He is clearly an expert and takes pride in educating and navigating his customers through what steps we can take to prevent future problems.

He goes above and beyond always and is proactive at ensuring we get the best service, even when he isn't the one scheduled to visit. My parents also have him visit their home for preventative care, and we are always sure to recommend him to anyone interested in pest services!

The young men sent here by Priority Pest were absolutely the nicest, most polite service technicians we have ever had. They worked quietly all day, no loud music, no bad language and cleaned up when they left! I wouldn't have even known they were here had I not seen their truck!

I must tell you how happy I was with your team. When I first met your inspector, he was friendly and willing to answer all my questions. We worked together to develop a solution to my crawlspace moisture problem. We picked a date that worked for us (the homeowner). When the date came for the job, your technicians arrived on time.

Devon Pilkington, the Service Manager worked closely with me over a month to get my previous Horizon Titan XP90 dehumidifier replaced with the new WatchDog 900 dehumidifier since it was no longer working. Customer Service is number one with Priority Pest. It felt great knowing that I could call and reach the Service Manager to help me resolve my issue in replacing my dehumidifier in a timely manner.

From the ladies taking my phone calls, to the technician, Donovan, who came to install the new dehumidifier, and to the Service Manager, I strongly felt their customer service was OUTSTANDING! This is the main reason I stayed with them for over 10 years for now for my pest/termite inspections and for dealing with issues in taking care of my crawlspace.

If you don't like to go underneath the crawlspace and you want to know what your dehumidifier is doing, I strongly recommend you get the optional remote control/display unit. I installed it myself. Please look at my pics/captions attached.

Priority Pest Service technicians are very knowledgeable and did so well in explaining to me the problems in my house. I really felt comfortable with them as they explained all of my options and allowed me to make the final decision. After we decided what work to do first, they really went above and beyond. That made me very happy!
