Josh and Mike did an absolutely stellar job! They were on-time, professional, courteous, and explained every part of the service they were doing for me! They went above and beyond by looking for other agents to fix my washer back-up, and even saved me money. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs a professional plumber, and they feel as though they are in a week they can't get out of!

Did not get to use their service. We never made it that far. Had a gas water heater take a dump. 50 gallon unit you can get at Lowe's for around $700.00. I understand sometimes you have a little mark up on equipment. Total quote on replacing my old unit with a new unit was over $3000.00!?$700.00 for a new unit, $2300.00 to install it. No thank you.

My water heater went out. My home warranty assigned plumb genius to the job. I waited a week and they were a no show. I called them several time and left messages no call back. They told my warranty company that I wouldn't answer their calls and they canceled my order.

I would leave negative stars if that was an option. By far the worst customer service and quality of work not completed. Doesn't matter If you talk to the receptionist, the office manager, or the actual owner, they simply do not care about customers. After 1 month of politely calling to get updates, which they never actually return calls or follow up, we are on month 2 still without a sink. Please please please do not trust them for your home or plumbing needs.

Ezra and his teammate came out to do repairs on my shower, trap, and to run a new line. He was able to give me options within my price range (what would be better long term vs. aesthetic look). He arrived on time (the office communicated over text). They cleaned the work space, took of their shoes/wore plastic baggies to not track in ice and and dirt. Cheapest rate compared to other plumbers in Tulsa. Highly recommend.

Jerred T. is a life saver, its the middle of the snow storm with no hot water. My pipes ended up freezing, he showed me that there was a hole in the closet where my heater was located and recommended I patch it, because freezing air coming in from the outside and was what was causing my pipes to freeze. He also checked to make sure everything else was working properly. And finally my hot water was back on.

We had a pipe in our front yard break 4-6 hours before the biggest snow of the year. They were fast, friendly (it was very cold) and got everything back up and going before the weather set in. cleaned up everything as if it never happened. So glad they could help us as fast as they could.

I had issues with my main line backing up a couple of times a year for several years. Warranty company agreed to have it cameras. The warranty company sent them out to hydro jet the line. After canceling twice, they show up. Than they don't have all the tools they need; which leads to a two hour wait. After finishing the job; they say the line is cracked and broken and needs to be replaced.

After getting approval and setting an appointment, they canceled. I had the warranty company send another plumber out and start the process over again. They ran the camera and said the line was fine; the riser at the end of the line was needing replaced. Plumb Genius said the line was made of orangburg; my plumber said it was cast iron. Bottom line: they canceled on me multiple times. They lied to me and the warranty company. I would not recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had to use this company because of our warranty. The units guy who showed up looked at the whole thing for 2 seconds and told me it was going to be about $1600 to get things back up to code. We scheduled the repairs on their schedule, and they cancelled. The second appointment they called and cancelled as well. When they finally made it they did half the work and didn't tell us that was their goal.

I received a call a few weeks later saying it "failed inspection" and a supervisor needed to come back out and fix it again. The "supervisor" was the same person who installed everything to begin with. He allegedly fixed everything, but didn't even tell us he was finished. He just left. Didn't say a thing to us. Left our garage door open and just vanished. I still don't know if everything is installed properly or if it is safe to use. I'm probably going to cancel my home warranty over this company.

USE SOMEONE ELSE. 1st- They are not honest and the tech who came to our house was incompetent and a liar. 2nd- They are not even skilled enough to change out a garbage disposal. 3rd - Their management are a bunch of cowards who would not even speak to us because He/She knew they where wrong and instead maid their poor receptionist call us back. DON'T USE THIS CLOWNS OUR YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY

They were two hours late, left my faucet worse than when they came. I tried to get them back to fix it and they told me I should get another plumber. I filed a BBB claim and they lied in their response. I ended my claim and fixed the problem myself.

American Home Shield sent these plumbers. They came out five times with seven different plumbers. The fourth time they sent a Master Plumber. He told me he had to order parts it would be two weeks. Different plumbers showed up on the fifth time and knew nothing about the situation or parts. They said they would access problem and fix it. Again, It was not. Frustrated I called in, and paid for a handyman to fix it.

He did it in one hour. When I tried to talk to owner he was rude and abrasive. Now they are trying to get me to pay for parts I did not receive and for a service they were not able to complete. They should change their name to Plum Idiots!

Recently I requested a service appointment through America Home Shield to have my sinks, tubs and showers inspected for any leaks due to selling the house and want to make sure everything is ok. I knew of a couple of issues that needed to be fixed. AHS sent out a plumber from Plumb Genius. The technician's name was Jonathan. He did arrive on-time and seemed nice.

The plumber was shown around and I pointed out a couple of areas of concern. Jonathan quickly looked at the issues and went to work. He was at our house for about 2 hours while I was in my home office. I heard someone leave the house and my wife came up to tell me Jonathan had left without going over what he did and what still needed to do. One of the issues was a leak from the master bathroom shower, which he told my wife as he had her sign off on the work and rushing out the door.

He told her it needed to be caulked and he wouldn't do it. Also there was a bath tub fixture that was not secure against the wall anymore due to the screw rusting off. He said he could not fix that due to missing parts - the screw only. He said he would have to call AHS to approve warranty work to fix properly - called AHS for a missing screw! He did a crappy job of a "permanent fix" until the warranty is approve, which are still waiting for. If I am able to upload pics, I will

Do not use this company. I unfortunately had no choice as they are used through my home warranty company, but not only did they overcharge me nearly $100, they are telling my warranty company I owe more. Fortunately, I paid with a card and have all of the proof of payment I need to hopefully get this disputed. However, they are overpriced, dishonest and will take advantage of it. DO NOT USE THEM.

I cannot express how disappointed I am with this company. As a homeowner, I have frequently had to deal with companies being dishonest and presenting false information. Recently I requested a service appointment through America Home Shield. On 17 Nov 20, they sent out a plumber from a company called Plumb Genius. The technician's name was Jareed.

Upon arriving, the technician assessed and informed us that the leaks were missing parts, and it would be a $165 additional charge, and he was prepared to accept that payment over the phone. I asked what the exact amount was for and he informed me it was to rebuild the plumbing and replace missing parts and labor. I requested a statement work of work and a detailed invoice to ensure I could not be overcharged and support his quote. Jareed informed me that his company charges a flat fee and would not provide a statement of work nor a detailed invoice. Also, he went on tell me that AHS only pays for the diagnosis.

I immediately told him to cease any work, and that I would contact my home warranty provider to express my concerns. When we called Jareed, he informed us that he spoke with the home warranty company and resolved it. Shortly after, we received notice from AHS that the plumber filed a claim, and we would still have to come out of pocket $165. We informed the home warranty company.

They were no missing part, and no rebuild was done, and in fact, the plumber merely replaced some washers. Even the home warranty company was unable to tell us what added up the $165. So apparently, Jareed filed false information in the claim to American Home Shield. Sadly, we cannot have an honest contractor doing honest work. I can tell you to avoid those five ratings on the Plumb Genius google reviews. This company is dishonest and only looking to cheat their customers.

Had them come out to replace jacuzzi pump upstairs. They had replaced the pump a few yrs prior and it took them two trips for to a leak created when they replaced pump. Well guess what it leaked again after they replaced it into my ceiling! Also it took them three trips to fix leak this time. Each time it leaked into my ceiling. Also they charged me for some modification to fix leak and still Couldn't get it done right? Definitely would t use them!

Their answer machine specIfically said if I had a home warranty they would call back the next business day. So because I have a home warranty I get pushed back. So Monday afternoon Danny comes and looks at my water heater and instantly says yes you need one and talked to me like I knew codes and what was required.

I said I know absolutely nothing about any of it. He said well water heaters and bigger now so you need a wider opening. He also said it would look nice if I redId the closer it was in. So since he said they didn’t do that stuff I paid someone else to come out and do the 22” widening. They come back the next day with a different service person Jerred, he then says they can’t install because I didn’t do what DannY said.

I was extremely upset, he apologized and explained why. So he said for another 250$ I could have a skinny tank put it. I was desperate... I haven’t had hot water since Saturday and have a child.. it would also cost me more to have someone come out to make more adjustments to the closet. So 900$ later and a 6 hour install later (with a warranty) I have water.

I also paid over 100$ for an inspection that I was told would be set up the next day. I never got a call... it’s been over 2 days. It really sucks this is the only company I have to chose since I have the warranty. I had a friend who just had one places and needed code upgrades as well and it cost him the same without a warranty. I’ll be canceling my warranty.

Fast forward to 5/19/2020 I am still waiting on my Permit/Inspection. Plumb Genius has told me since coming back to fix the final repair that OKC was not doing inspections in the home. I called and spoke to Ashley at okc and she states that they never stopped. When I called plumb genius back the lady was very rude and stated that she forwarded my message to her supervisor (I have called several times on this issue). I am now filling a formal complaint with the BBB and the State of Oklahoma construction Industries Board. This is pure nonsense. I am PLUMB DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jerred Tipton is the very best plumbing tech that I have the pleasure of servicing my pluming needs. He readily diagnoses the problem/issue. Jerred is honest with his findings and completes the work in a timely manner within the quoted estimate. Never any surprises with him and Plumb Genius Company. I highly recommend this company and encourage you to ask for Jerred to be your tech.

This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had and the only reason they were provided 1 star is because 0 stars was not an option. I scheduled an appointment and they didn't show. After waiting for 2 hours, I called and was told, "we don't feel comfortable doing the job" for a water heater replacement. I waited a week after their plumber came by to assess the water heater to be told they didn't feel comfortable!

They never bothered to call me, so I wasted a week and lost time and money waiting on them. Not to mention, when I called them rather than the manager answering my questions, he hung on me. Additionally, the quote was extremely overpriced. Home Depot did the install for $500 cheaper and did the installation on the same day. Unprofessional, substandard service doesn't even begin to describe this company.

Do yourself a favor and skip this one. By the way, I have asked American Home Shield to revoke their contract for such poor service. So if you use AHS, ask for a different company.you will be glad you did.

I was worried after reading reviews that this was going to be a bad experience. I even went as far as to call my home warranty and try to get another plumber. The home warranty company assured me they would not do business with anyone if they had continual issues with them. So I kept my appointment. They called to let me know they were on their way and showed up on time. They came in and fixed the issues we had in a very timely manner. They explained what the issues were. We had no issues with them and I would recommend.

Johnathan was awesome took care of the problem in a timely friendly manner. Tessa that called to schedule was friendly and VERY accommodating. I will use this company again.

My experience was not great. They did not fix the entire issue and wanted to come back and charge an additional service fee. I should have called around and shopped for more quotes. For the services that were performed, the price was very high. Also, the quote that was given to me was misleading. They did not provide a receipt until I called and asked. I do not recommend using the Edmond location, sub par experience all the way around, unfortunately.

Over priced and dishonest company. Disappointed in my experience with them from the "office" that schedules to the tech who came to my house. Fees on top of fees on top of fees. I was quoted a price for 5 different items and they only completed 3 of the items but still charged me the full quote AND informed me there would be additional charges for them to come back out and fix the other items.

Oh and the tech told me I needed to order the necessary parts.thats why I hired a plumber in the first place. Really frustrating to feel swindled. Also, they charged my card and still have not sent a receipt or an invoice so I can't even see what services they documented as providing.

Could not be happier! Their technician Jerrod came out to look at my water heater. He was super polite and patient with me (I was 15 mins late to meet him at my house) and within the hour he was done! Replaced the gas valve and I'm all good to go. On Christmas Eve too! So thankful :)

Do not use this company. They are difficult to work with and tried to charge me additional fees to fix the problem when they had already been paid. Look elsewhere!

I have had Plumb Genius out twice (via American Home Shield). Both times they have been very professional, knowledgeable and even when it wasn't their issue on the second trip-they steered me in the right direction and did what it took to make sure the diagnosis was correct. I will use them again even outside of warranty service!

They came out to a rental property of mine with a clogged drain, and informed my tenant they couldn't clear the line, offering to scope the line the following day to find the problem. The next day, they came out, supposedly took a video of the line, and claimed it was completely blocked and or broken, and would need to tear out a bathroom vanity and part of the slab to repair the line.

When I requested the camera footage, they told me they didn't save it because I didn't ask to see it when they made the appointment, and that it was an additional charge to view the footage myself. Total bill? Well over 300.00. For no solution. Called Mr. Rooter the same day, clog was cleared in 22 minutes after arrival. Vanity and bathroom still in tact. Don't get screwed.

Horrible service. I had a dripping spout in my tub. My home warranty company sent them out. Steve, the plumber, said oh this is easy. Done in just a few minutes. He said it was fixed and left. I turned my water on and I had water inside my wall going everywhere. Called them back and Steve came back. Turned on the hot water He then says I'm not coming back.

I had to call another plumber and had to gut my shower tub combo costing my over $3000. And my house was for sale at the time. This is the end result of this company. Beware.

About the issue any longer. This was a horrible experience with a plumbing company that we have never had before. We simply wanted our leak fixed properly the first time and since they did not fix it in a timely manner it caused water damage and mildew to the carpet and the drywall is now ripped from our wall and a large hole with mold is there.

Amazing every single time. They've replaced the main line in my personal home, and have always done great for minor fixes in my rentals. They've even stayed late to make sure I didn't have to wait over the weekend.

Good service and friendly staff. I thought they did a nice job on my plumbing issue. I didn't have any issues and would recommend them.

Stuck with them due to home warranty. Try to avoid. Consistent returns for same repair. At one point tried to install a used part until pushed for new part replacement. Run away.

Plumb Genius was assigned by American Home Shield when I opened a claim on my water heater. I have to say after reading the reviews on here, I was quite skeptical and worried about what may happen. Well, here's what happened.

The gentlemen that came were nice; but, I did not pay money to meet nice people. Came over on the weekend to fix my plumbing problem. Took $237.00. Did NOT solve my problem. DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT.

I have had two experiences with this company. The second being the last that I will ever have. We had an issue with this first visit as well, but decided to give them a second chance. That second chance showed that the company is consistently messing up and trying to overcharge people for Minor work that other plumbers would do for 1/5 the price.
