Cloud replaced my roof in 2017. You can not beat their 10 year warranty with free annual inspections. A simple email to Melinda and my annual inspection was scheduled. Tobin call before he came, made contact when he arrived and completed the inspection. Both Melinda and Tobin are the ultimate professionals. I highly recommend Cloud roofing for their quality work and great customer service.

I had issues with my mom's roof leaking recently and I called Cloud Roofing to ask for their advice on what to do. Melinda and Caleb we're both very helpful and empathetic to everyone in my family. They gave me a very fair price and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They sent a crew out the next day and our roof was fixed before the rain came that night.
They cleaned up all their mess before they left and did a couple things that weren't in the original plan, just to help my mother out. I will recommend Caleb and Cloud roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, quality roofing company.

Cloud roofing installed a roof on my home in 2012. Since then, I have had the need to call them back for subsequence repairs due to weather events. They repaired the damage and did so without question or cost. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service and responsiveness I have experienced with the company and their staff. Cloud replaced my roof after hail damage a few years ago. There was an issue with the flashing near the entryway that caused water to run down the brick veneer next to the front door. It has taken a couple of attempts to get it fixed properly but I think that Caleb and Tobin were able to fix it this time. I won't know for sure until it rains, but I have to say I appreciate them being responsive to my calls and concerns and taking the time to get it right. I felt like Caleb wanted it fixed correctly as much as I did. I really appreciate that and I appreciate the company standing behind their work.

Disappointed! More than a year ago Cloud Roofing replaced my roof after a hail storm and did a wonderful job, so when a wind event caused the top half of a tree to fall on and damage the roof, of course I called them to repair the damage. I had to wait longer than I might have by calling someone else, but I thought it would be worth it because, after all, I believed they would have access to the right shingles and they had done a great job on the roof replacement. First, language difficulties made it challenging to communicate with the repair crew, but I thought it would be ok.
After the work was done I got on the roof to take a look - the new shingles were not even close to the existing shingles - wrong color, wrong dimension, lesser quality. I called immediately and the young woman answering the phone asked for a moment to check the records and saw the problem immediately - even the wrong manufacturer. The guy who initially wrote up the job, wrote down the wrong shingles - mistakes happen, but the crew who did the repair surely saw the problem - why did they not report the problem (or perhaps they did and no one listened/chose to correct it).
They did come to fix it right within a few days, but it reminds me of an old saying - "If you don't have time to do it right, how are you going to have time to do it over?" I guess they never expected me to inspect the repair, meanwhile it would have diminished the value of my house!

We recently used Cloud for the second time in 2 years for a total roof replacement due to hail damage. They are wonderful to work with from start to finish. We were under a time constraint, as our home was under contract and they worked with us so that we could get the roof done in time to close successfully. I will recommend them and use them again!

Beware! They will lie, underperform, and cheat you out of your money. The salesman promised he would discount the roof replacement to cover the cost of the insurance deductible. He lied. The invoice came in and I owed $2100. They promised to replace some trim and paint. They did not complete the job. I tried tirelessly to point this out. They ignored me and continue to send invoices. Eventually, they filed a lien and took an additional $1500 for collection fees. The lie, underperform and steal.

Cloud Roofing did an outstanding job. I first used Cloud 18 years ago and they were my first choice when i needed to replace my roof due to Hail damage. The installers were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The estimate and contract process is straight forward with no gimmicks or hidden charges. They delivered on everything and more that they promised. I trusted them to put another quality roof on my house and it looks great.

Don't be fooled by "we're a local company that's been in San Antonio for 30 years." That has no relevance to their ability to fix your roof or provide even minimal customer service. 10 months to finish roof and some interior painting from the time we first contracted. Roof was finished within 3 months. It required an additional visit to fix and repair the work that wasn't done right the first time.
That took months to arrange. Several times, we were told the crew would arrive the next day, arranged to be home for the crew, and no one would show. When you call the office, this is a typical answer "We're sorry.they are contractors and we can't always control their schedule." Really? Spoke with the owner and he stated they were months behind.
Why did you accept my contract? The interior damage they had contracted to fix required many, many phone calls. Took 10 months! And some of the damage was due to their poor roofing job in the first place! If you ignore all the one star reviews and you have to contract this company because someone that works there is a relative or you just want an awful experience, ensure you put in the contract penalty language if the job is not completed in a certain amount of time.
I wish I had. And one final note.while the painter was packing up his supplies (after waiting 10 months for the repairs to be completed), the foreman called and expected payment immediately. He wasn't sure what time he would stop by after work, but have the payment ready. One of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had. Congratulations, Cloud Roofing. You're the best at being the worst.

Cloud Roofing made repairs to my roof last spring. They charged me $1400 for the repairs. During a recent inspection, my insurance company found their repairs to be substandard and are about to cancel my policy. I contacted Cloud, and Ken Cloud himself came to my home to view the roof. Not only was he rude, he did not go onto the roof because he said it's too dangerous.
He concluded the substandard work was not attributable to Cloud, and he wanted to charge me $800 to make additional repairs. I sent him away. I have until May 8 to repair my roof and Cloud will not take responsibility.

Cloud was hired to do my roof after hail storm in 2016. They did not complete the work and it took months for them to contact me back regarding the unfinished work. Now 2 years after the work is still unfinished and I have a leak in one of my rooms. After repeated messages I received a call from them stating someone will call me back. No one has called back.
I have refused to pay the final bill and in turn they filed a lien on my house without noticed. Do not hire them to repair your roof. The work is subpar and their customer service is non-existent.

The most heavily advertised, overrated roofing contractor in San Antonio. Poor workmanship and non-existent warranty seems to be the way they roll. I had shingles blow off of my roof a month after installation by their non-English speaking crew (who liked urinating in my yard) and have not been able to even rate a return call regarding warranty work.
How this bunch is still in business is beyond me. They left trash in my trees, broke the gate on my fence rather than ask me to unlock it, and helped themselves to the use of my extension ladder without asking. If you need anew roof, you can do much better by looking elsewhere. Don't buy into their hype.

I was looking for roofing repair work again recently and figured I'd leave a review of Cloud Roofing for work that they did the last time I needed the roof replaced after a hailstorm. They were prompt and courteous. The work was completed but there were problems that took awhile to get fixed such as they ran out of paint for the vents and took a week to come back and finish the job and even then that part was done shoddily with barely any paint on certain portions of the vents.
The bigger issue was the fact that they improperly covered up the downside of the vent flashing. We had leaks with several rains at several vents because roofing material was applied over the top of the vent flashing on the downside. When I asked about this with the person who collected the final payment at the time of completion I was told this was correct installation.
I eventually went up and cut those pieces off myself so rain would not run under the roofing material and the leaks stopped. I would not call Cloud Roofing again because they either don't know what they are doing or they are trying to pull a fast one on customers they don't think are knowledgeable.

Don't bother trying to get them to come fix mistakes after they install a new roof. I have called for 6 weeks now trying to get them to fix the flashing around our chimney which leaks water into the house during rain storms. They do not care, and have repeatedly said their installers are too busy for warranty claims. Very poor customer service, I will not be recommending them to anyone.

What in the world has happened to Cloud Roofing. As soon as the storm did it's damage I just knew Cloud would be the one for us. I called and called. Finally, the nicest young man PB came out and did an inspection, spent about a 1/2 hour speaking with us about the roof and other issues. He asked for a copy of our insurance paperwork to be downloaded and sent to him.
I did this three times. I even had two houses to work on. Here it has been about 2 months now and even after calls to their office and messages left twice, emails sent to his personal email account, he hasn't responded. There are other houses the same size as ours, we have great insurance coverage, our damage isn't outrageous and we haven't moved or changed our phone number so WHAT'S THE DEAL?
I guess they have met their quota for the year and don't care about leaving people out on a limb. If that is what happens with a quote, what would have happened if we would have signed a contract and then treated like this? So disappointed in them.

My mother-in-law lives in Heritage subdivision in San Antonio. She used Cloud roofing before. So she is a return customer. She really liked their work before. However, this time I have called for 3 months now for them to come back and fix the leak in the new roof that is not even a year old! The first reply after I called a second time was that the guy that was supposed to go out and check it is just so backed up but would call me soon to schedule an appointment.

I call again and get a young man.he says they just left for the day but that the girls in the office would call me back the next day even telling me he sees the paperwork for my mother-in-law on the desk. We left another message on Rachel's cell phone maybe she could help since she came out the time for the bid fir the new roof.
Even emailed her. No reply! We now have pictures and video of the leak damging the house which each call we told them there was damage. They sure want your $$$$ for a new roof to be done but when it needs maintenance. forget about it! We will go to Eyewitness wants to know and get an attorney. The first time I used Cloud 3 years ago I had a really nice experience. I was always surprised when people claimed the opposite, until now. The April hail storm had everything backed up for months understandably, but when I was told in the summer your roof will be "done by October/November" and all the plans and agreements that were made by the woman Norah who came out to my house were never followed through.
I could never get a call back, a check in, a straight answer on when the start date would be. The only contact I had was when I would call Cloud, and it seemed no one ever knew what was going on, except to confirm I was on some sort of waiting list. The Monday AFTER THANKSGIVING with still no start date confirmed, I finally got Norah on the phone, I expressed after my months of patience I just really needed a start date answer by the end of the day please.just to have her tell me to "cancel your roof, I don't like your tone, it's my Monday too, lady." Also "if you're this big of a pain now, I'm not interested in working with you, just cancel".
Then she hung up on me. I then called Clouds office to cancel and said why. The receptionist asked me to please hold and after 6 minutes I gave up since it was my only day off and I needed to find a new roofing company. An hour later the owner calls me, I tell him Norah asked me to cancel so I was cancelling, and he hung up on me too. The WORST service I've ever experienced. They promised a new roof within 6 weeks but never even called to set up the time. We tried to set up meetings over and over again over the course of 6 months. They made me tons of empty promises and wouldn't refund my money until I threatened a lawyer and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. NEVER use this business.

I chose Cloud Roofing because they are a local company and have been in business for a long time. The way they handled their warranty is a concern, however. You might want to consider another company that is more customer friendly. They bused a water pipe but refused to even come out and look at it and help me resolve the issue. Will look for another roofer next time.

I've had an absolutely frustrating experience dealing with Cloud Roofing. Cloud was recommended to me to do my roof repair after the 2016 San Antonio hail storm. I looked into them. They have an A+ BBB rating and I liked the fact they were a local family run company that has been around since 1975. All things considered, I decided to contract with them. BIG MISTAKE.
Then entire process from start to finish has been a nightmare. Maybe they were good in the past, but they are clearly in it for the money with this latest hailstorm and have scaled back on quality workmanship. I hope they made a crap ton of money from all of the poor roofs they have put on now because I assure you they have tarnished their name by subcontracting out of town workers to complete jobs and will lose business in the long run. Just Google Cloud roofing reviews and look at what others have said on Google reviews. Make sure you sort by newest review. Not a single happy customer.

Don't hire these people. First time I called, I was told it would be at least two weeks before anyone could contact me to SCHEDULE an appointment. What kind of company has no ability to schedule an appointment for two weeks? Against all odds, I did end up hiring them. Big mistake. Not great work. Shingles don't match existing shingles (my fault for not being home when they did the work), and when I called back they said it would be eight weeks before SOMEONE COULD CALL ME ABOUT IT.
When I pointed out that it would only take a few minutes to drive by & look at it, I was told SORRY, but someone else needs to call you back in 8 weeks to schedule a time for someone to come by. Seriously? This company is a joke. The five star ratings have to be by the owners or employees. WORST experience ever. Oh, also I found out that I paid at least twice as much as I should have.

We are very satisfied with our great looking new roof. Equally important is the professionalism of all the staff we interacted with especially Jaime who took the time to walk us thru the initial process and great follow up, Hugo and his fabulous team of workers ( who by the way were incredibly organized and task oriented), and finally Chris who put the stamp of approval on the roof.

This was the first time that we have had to have our roof replaced. After getting estimates from several different companies, we decided to go with Cloud Roofing and we are so glad we did. They arrived when they said they would and when they were done, you would never have known that they had been there.
