Gutter Covers
Report
Gutter Guards come in all forms, shapes, and sizes. We can do them all! Or, with larger gutters and downspouts you may not need any of them. Our first choice is our heavy duty powder coated screen. It provides great protection at a reasonable cost. The design of the heavy duty screen allows a slight bevel to enable the wind to blow off any leaf debris that settles on the screen.
Seamless Gutters
Report
Seamless Gutters are fabricated on the job site by extruding a roll of gutter coil through a sophisticated gutter machine - allowing sections to run from corner to corner, end to end, with no joints for the water to leak. Seamless gutters also look great, and come in a variety of materials and colors.

If you need gutters and you call Weathershield, if you never have any issue with the gutters just ignore this. If you need them to stand behind, beside or in front of their products and work, good luck to you. I'm selling a home weathershield installed the gutters. Home inspector wrote gutters not sloped properly. I have to admit that I had no idea what sloping gutters meant. Google. First, the warranty question.

I said I know it's got to be past warranty and I don't care about that. I'll pay. No one has ever come to my home. They asked for several photos. Send photos no return call. Text them, asked to send more photos. Send more photos. No return call. Text them they ask for more photos. no. This thing won't let you do zero stars.

By far the WORST customer service. Every time I called a lady named Debbie answered and she was extremely rude. Long story short I tried to make an appointment several times and she told me she would have to check with one of the guys, never received a call back. I called the next day and she said they could go out but could not give me a date or time.

I asked for estimate of how far out they are and she said she does not know, I asked if she could check and she said no. I then asked if I had to call back everyday to check and she said I guess so! She has been so hard to deal with and has a horrible attitude. She is going to lose a lot of business if they keep this lady on their staff.

Weathershield Building Products installed gutters on our home several years ago. They did not place enough down spouts and with the increase in rain in 2014, we discovered the gutters overflowing onto the stucco walls, We called Weathershield and asked them to evaluate the cost of placing additional downspouts. Our home builder had placed decorative Styrofoam faux stucco coverings on the gutters. Weathershield took a look at the gutters, they immediately refused to repair the gutters that they had installed.

Even though we coordinated the repair with our home builder to cut through the Styrofoam, weathershield refused to come out to correct the problem with the gutters. I have placed a half dozen phone calls to Weathershield and they no longer return my phone calls. Unless it is a big job, don't expect to get any follow up or support from this company.
