My landlord used the Roof Doctor to replace the roof on my warehouse in May. The team removed the old roof, and did not make preparations for the rain and hail storms that night. When we came in to 4" of water in our warehouse and over 30k in damages, one of the guys said. "we didn't think it would rain." I've been trying to resolve this for months and can't get a callback. Would not recommend the risk of using this company.

Had a bid to do a TPO roof replacement on one of our dining rooms for $54,590.00. I Called the Roof Doctor out and they found that the previous maintenance director had plugged all of the roof drainage with plastic bottles and silicone. After removing everything they assessed the damage and the cost to repair was a fraction of the price to repair.

I have used them several times since then on other many other projects and they are amazing! Always on time and always fair on price. I have been a Maintenance Director for over 13 years and never had a better roofing company work for me. Thank you Roof Doctor. I wish there was a six star rating that I could give you!
