Everyone at Bondoc roofing has been professional, courteous, and proactive. Really appreciate Troy coming out to inspect after a hailstorm to ensure we had no issues. Even gave me a heads up on potential future damage because of a tree starting to grow to where the branches are sometimes hitting the roof. 5 stars and 10/10 would recommend.

As a renter for the last 12 years in various rental properties, I'm all too familiar with having various professionals in my home. Bondoc has been a breath of fresh air. When they were not able to uphold our original appointment time they were courteous enough to notify me and reschedule a new appointment as soon as possible. When Troy arrived he was he was prompt, friendly, professional and most importantly dog approved.

He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough in my roof inspection. I'm very fortunate that my property management company selected Bondoc and only wish they also performed internal and appliance repairs as well!

Matt from Bondoc Roofing came to inspect my roof withing a day or 2 of my request. I had a roof leak from my solar panels and 2 resident raccoons. This was not an easy job because I have solar panels. Matt assessed the damage, gave me a quote and worked out the logistics with the solar panel company. The quote mind you was far below the other 5 roof companies I contacted.

Roof was fixed in a timely manner. All communication from the office to the repairers was very professional and courteous. I will no doubt use this company again (pray I don't have to but never know with Mother Nature). Highly recommended. Super satisfied customer!

Hands down the best ever service I have ever experienced with a San Antonio business! Mike was excellent! Mike explained the process of repair on my roof, followed up with an email addressing who would do the repairs and 3 days later a technician showed up! Now that's what I call old fashioned outstanding customer service!

Every person I interacted with was very professional. They all were very responsive and helpful with each question I had. We had our roof replaced in our previous home with a different company and the experience was night and day. Our original insurance estimate was much lower and they worked directly with them for a more accurate estimate. I would not have been able to do that on my own.

They are very thorough throughout the process. In the final walk through, he even brought a metal detector to look for any stray nails. With dogs and kids, i really appreciated this step. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Troy was so helpful with the new roof process! He got me on the schedule right away and was incredibly professional, responsive, and wasn't afraid to take my questions up the chain if needed. Over all our experience with Bondoc roofing was good. The roof looks great and the majority of the service was good. I want to start of saying I would recommend Bondoc to anyone who asked and am thankful my realtor recommended them to me. The only reason I couldn't post 5 starts was due to the end of the project. After our roof was finished on a Thursday at 5 but no clean up occurred.

We were told by the contractor that he would be back in the morning to clean up. No one showed up until after several calls to the main office. I was told that they wouldn't be able to come out until Monday leaving me all weekend with a back yard covered with nails. After I complained about having a dog. The project manager said he could come out himself to clean up the nails. The project ended up being completely finished on Monday. That's the only part gripe I have over all I would still recommend Bondoc to anyone. We do have great new roof

The entire team at Bondoc Rooding is phenomenal from start to finish! Kylie confirms when they receive my requests and Stephanie keeps me informed of when the repairs will be done. They even rushed a job for a house that was on the market to avoid bad showings! They are the best roofing company I've worked with in my six years of property management. Amazing service! I needed a roof inspection but I was going to be out of town- so I contemplated moving the inspection while I was home but ultimately Troy and Bondoc roofing made me feel at ease. I was blown away by the Troy's professionalism. He kept me in the loop and checked in with me. He also sent me a photo report detailing everything he inspected. He helped me understand what was going on while also providing a peace of mind that you just don't get anymore from businesses at this time in age! 5

I just have to say what a great organization! Everyone here is excited and enthusiastic you can feel the energy on your first call. I have commend Bondoc Roofing for helping me get my insurance adjuster to approve the claim and cover additional expenses that we revealed after taking off the old shingles. Their work was incredible and they did a great job cleaning up and combing the yard with magnets to insure we did not have any nails.

Beware Bondoc. I had a roof replacement 2 years ago through Bondoc. With the recent snow storm we had a roof leak that caused interior wall damage. I was originally told the roof fix and wall damage would be covered. After the guys came out to fix the roof I received a call stating the roof should not have been fixed and the interior wall damage would not be fixed as it was not under warranty because it was "an act of God." So rainwater would be covered but not water from melted snow? Okay.

Fantastic company. Could not be more pleased with the work. people are first class.. crew was fast, efficient, and attended to detail.

Caleb did a terrific job! My prior repair was not quite right. He could have ignored it and said it was fine. Instead, on a super hot day and in the sun, he fixed it correctly. It was so hot. And, he was pleasant and so nice the whole time. Thank you!

Bondoc Roofing completely exceeded my expectations. They arrived right on time for our roofing inspection and again when it was time to complete the work. They were amazing at cleaning up when they were done and always kept me informed of the process. The Bondocs run a tight ship and while I hope to never have a roof problem again, I am excited to know that i can rely on Bondoc Roofing!

When I called to set up an appointment I was greeted and was taken care of immediately. Arrangements were made to have them come out and inspect my roof that worked with my schedules after hours. James is who came out and was on time. Luckily I didn’t need anything done at this time and respect this company for advising of that. They could have said I did need work and I would have no idea if I did or not. If/when I do need work done Bondoc Roofing is definitely who I am calling.

They called and said they had an earlier appt and if I'd mind them coming the next day. Alfredo checked in attic and roof for the water stains. Will let people know. Very considerate and was really helpful.

Bondoc Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof repairs. Initial visit/estimate was done in a timely manner and done by the owner himself. Once we made the decision that we would hire Bondoc Roofing the appointment was made for the following week. I received a call the same week that they could fit me in earlier and arrangements were made for the following day. Bondoc Roofing stayed on top of the job and followed up as well. They are reliable, professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

I had such high hopes for this place! To be fair, the men did a fantastic job on my roof. The reason I will not recommend them is because not only did we go over pricing, I ended up being charged more due to what amounted to materials left behind. Once I contacted them to remedy the situation, they picked up the materials, but I was never refunded. It's a shame I was left feeling so unsatisfied over less than $100, but I guess that only mattered to me. -and I appreciate the late follow up, but it came entirely too late to be effective.

When other companies were busy putting their signs on front yards to advertise without even starting work, Bondoc Roofing had already finished my roof. Initially, Bondock seemed professional and the Yelp reviews seemed great, but if we could give them negative stars, we would. Sadly our experience with Bondoc turned south once the work began. The main issues were the head roofer's refusal to take responsibility for his crew's work and the two holes they left in our roof decking upon initial completion of the roof replacement.

Not long after the roof was completed, my husband went to the attic to grab something from storage. When he pulled down the ladder, a bunch of splintered wood fell out. He went into the attic and discovered splintered decking and two fairly large holes in our roof decking, so we called Bondoc to express our concerns about the damage. Bondoc's head roofer came out and looked at the damage.

He reported that the splintering of the wood decking was normal, but that the two holes were probably from his crew or something falling through the decking while they were replacing the roof. He did not offer any explanation as to why he and his crew had laid the new roof right over the two holes in the decking without repairing them, or why they had not reported the holes to us.

He also blamed the splintering and holes on our "thin" roof decking but when we asked why Bondoc hadn't suggested we replace the supposedly thin decking in their work estimate, he claimed that there was no reason to do so because the decking was "normal". We gave up this circular argument and left him to repair the two holes that he agreed his crew had created.

Another issue occurred when my husband asked the same head roofer to redo some work where he and his crew had nailed on a small piece of flashing with a ton of nails. It looked awful, so my husband politely showed him a photo of the original flashing, which had been neatly attached with 4 screws, and asked him to redo it to look like it had before.

The head roofer instead applied a ton of caulking on top of the flashing and nail heads in an attempt to hide the nail heads for us. It looked like a preschooler's art project: a piece of metal covered in nails and topped with a big mess of caulk. He seemed genuinely surprised when we told him that it was unacceptable and asked him once again to please redo it like we had requested.

This particular flashing is very visible to anyone standing on our back porch and we were concerned about it impacting our home's resale value. The roofer eventually fixed the two decking holes and replaced the flashing, but not without a good deal of time and stubborn assertiveness on our part. We were very disappointed with the work and the entire experience with Bondoc Roofing and we would not recommend them to anyone.

I hired Bondoc to come out for some roof repairs. The owner personally came to my home to assess my needs and the crew showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up the jobsite. All for a great price. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!

After a hail storm and major wind damage, our roof was in such disarray and we were in distress. My husband and I delayed our repairs because we simply could not get comfortable with the approach other roofing companies had for overseeing a roof replacement from start to finish. With James (owner of Bondoc Roofing), we were just so impressed with his professionalism, communication throughout, his crew's timeliness and definitely Bondoc's quality of work.

The follow through every single step of the process to include closing the loop with us post-replacement to ensure we were fully satisfied did not go unnoticed. Additionally, one of the crew called after the job to come by to do a final, final inspection to ensure everything was perfectly tidy - there was not a single remnant of construction and they were mindful to cover things like our pond during the tear down and replacement.

Bondoc Roofing also went the extra mile and included some incidental gutter work and repairs at no charge.

It is very apparent that quality and customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. We could not be more pleased with the crew and office staff at Bondoc. We'd definitely give them 10 stars if we could!

We live out-of-state and had to have roof repair done on our rental property in San Antonio because of a leak that developed during some bad weather. The Bondoc Roofing representatives we spoke with (Eliza, James, & Bryant) were polite/friendly, answered our questions, patiently explained the problem and their recommended solution, and emailed us photos before and after the repair.

We did have to wait some time to get on the repair schedule because the company was very busy, but on one of our follow-up calls to try to get on the schedule, we found-out they had already performed the repair, and they quickly apologized for not contacting us and keeping us informed. Overall, we have had a positive experience with Bondoc Roofing.

Jesse and James were great. They came out and bid the job right away. The price was quite fair. When I asked them to start the work, they were there right when they said they would be, got the job done quickly and got everything cleaned up nicely. They had some suggestions about venting the roof, which I definitely appreciated. The roof looks great.

James was GREAT! He helped with a roof leak at a home I have in San Antonio while communicating with me in San Diego. My experience of trying to get the roof leak diagnosed and repaired revealed so many Flakes in the construction industry but NOT Bondoc. They came out immediately and completed the repair the very next day while communicating with me the whole time.

James, the rep, was very friendly and courteous and answered all our questions. He was very prompt in giving the estimate. Bondoc was very patient with us. During an extremely rainy period, they postponed the delivery and job at our request. When we were ready, they continued with the installation. The crew was very friendly and hard working.

I can't say enough good things about James and his team! I had damage from the recent monsoon season we had in San Antonio. I did my due diligence and contacted 3 roofing companies I went with Bondoc not based on price but based on interaction with the three roofers I called James seemed to be the most " on the ball". After signing on James kept in constant contact thru text let me know when shingles were being ordered, let me know, when my deposit check was being deposited, let me know when they were starting on the roof and then had the gall to start early Holy smokes what is going on here and finish early I knew they were dedicated to the job they were doing when between days one and two I let the dogs at 645 and there was already a guy on my roof, well in the end my roof looks fantastic
