I CAN NOT TRUST Gerg for one more minute again. First time discussion we agreed to replace 5 windows upstairs for 2,500 and then we asked to add one additional window for the basement he took the measurement and quoted for $3,000 after a discussion we got a discount for 100 so the total become $2,900 when I signed the contract I didn't pay attention to the hand writing just looked at the total price which was 2,900.

Today they replaced only 5 windows and when I asked where is the window for basement they told me look at your contract there is only 5 windows. I will not deal with him again and I do not recommend him at all

So Monica at the counter just hung up on me after I asked to speak to Greg or her supervisor. the one way excessive volume and accusations by her did not even permit a rebuttal. this was not a conversation. all I was hearing were a repeated accusation of me not knowing how to properly use a window, and that the Lifetime warranty basically applies to nothing because everything is user error on the customer as a fault.

I have been getting windows from them for years as Greg was my fathers friend but they have little to no quality control, the vinyl materials they use thermally cycle to such an extent that the Chinesium made pot metal cast components fall out, if they simply do not fracture first by a person delicately opening and closing a window. just garbage. I have 50 year old windows my brother installed from the place by wolfram and George, I believe it is called advanced. other then the panes steaming up after 40 years, Nothing else was problematic. Continentals window panes steamed up within 10 years and you have to have your original receipt to prove to them the windows only they make were made by them, boggles my mind. Continental never delivered on promised delivery date with any of my orders for any of my buildings. Continental windows and glass actually lost sashes I dropped off for repair. Monica behind the counter is probably the least pleasant person I have spoken to in a long time, the other older lady never relays service request messages. the place is far from professional and I am furious I will be out of pocket, replacing windows that turned out to be more problematic then the windows they replaced

Critical: Responsiveness Horrible customer service from front desk. Waited in lobby she never even acknowledged me. The reason for going in person is because the owner never got back with my quote and they never returned my call or responded with Email. I don't know I wouldn't recommend them

We are pleased with Continental Windows as the sale representative Monica was professional and pleasent to work with. Helped us to select windows and coordinated the installation. I called this company because our condominium complex decided many years ago when the original owner was in charge that this was the window company that we would have to go with if we needed windows for our condo. I called four weeks ago and the manager seemed bothered when he answered. When I explained that I needed the bedroom window replaced he insisted that i would also need the glass sliding doors of the balcony replaced as well.

I told him that I didn't need them replaced just the window. He told me that they were too busy and that a sales person would call me in a few days. That was four weeks ago. Talked to our condominium management team and they stated that they can't get them to return their calls either. Look elsewhere people and humble these arrogant business owners.

I've owned my condo for 10 years now, and the windows were installed 5 years before that. I currently am getting all my windows replaced for the simple reason that 10 out of the 13 windows are drafty, falling apart, and even leaked it's argon gas (cloudy window). I've had about 6 windows guys come out for estimates, and all have expressed their opinion on my current windows; none would use this company for their install. Hope this info helps.

Called them several times to buy new windows, they never called me back. I guess they don't need business.

I placed an order for about $7000 worth of windows. I specifically asked for wood color interior and insulation U factor of 27. Paul, the sales guy said, yes, of course. They came with the windows.
