Thermal Windows

I highly recommend Thermal Windows. Our new windows are a beautiful update to our 25 year old home. From our initial sales call to the completed installation, the Thermal Windows crew was professional, courteous and did a great job.

I am a customer of Thermal Window, and I would like to express my disappointment from a recent install/customer service with their staff. We had one specific window installed that would have ice in the interior part of the window; I called Thermal Windows to see if I could get someone to come out to inspect their product Thomas, one of the Install managers or Schedulers had informed me it was not their product and that I needed to hire a humidification specialist; he well-informed me that my home had too much humidity in the air (34% humidity) and that is the cause of icing on my window, and basically hung up on me; I was in total shock at his response as I spent about $1700.00 on this window and dealing with ice on the interior part of my window frame.

I waited until the cold weather came around once more, as it iced right back up. I called to talk with someone and I never received a return call back from him but received a call from another Install Manager, Ben. He came out within 20 mins, great! He worked up a plan on how to fix this problem. He had his Crew come back out to take the window out and insulate it more, and during the process, the Crew bent my frame and scratched up my paint across the bottom.

I call Ben, the install Manager, to come out again to inspect; he comes out and does a make-shift fix. The service I received to fix this solution; is paint sprayed across the bottom of my $1700.00 new window and a bunch of "goop" to blend the bent/scratched area of my frame. The fact is that they are "OKAY" with this fix is very upsetting when someone spent this kind of money for a NEW window when they are the ones that bent/scratched my window.

We had our "phase two " windows installed by a contracted out team recently hired through thermal windows, and they did a piss-poor job. Had 6 windows installed; they were here and gone in 3-ish hours, baffled me when I received the first phase; I had 12 windows installed; it took them 3 days. The caulking had holes in it before they even left, screws were not in straight/set correctly, and used the wrong hardware compared to my other windows, they painted the screws inside my window frame, my locks on my windows would cause my windows to flex and could barley get them locked/unlocked. It has been one thing after another with dealing with Thermal Windows.

The windows and door they installed fit perfect. It makes our 75 year old house so much more comfortable. The house is also so quiet. Best decision we ever made was having Thermal Windows.

Had new windows installed in summer and was pretty happy until weather got cold and when the temperature dropped to below 20 I'm getting a tremendous amount of condensation on the windows had some in the 30's. When temperatures are in the twenties and below they need to be dried every hour because water drips down on the wood. I don't know if not enough insulation was installed or no thermal barrier in the window.

Helen McCall bought Windowes from you guys and we love them they keep the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer I would highly recommend them to any one who need windows

We replaced all our windows & thermal windows was who we chose. We thought the price was very reasonable, quality outstanding! Installers did a wonderful job, calked, replaced bad wood & the windows are beautiful!

My parents had Thermal install all new windows about 30 years ago so when I needed a new sliding door I called them. I'm very happy I did. The door is beautiful and installation was done in a timely manner. The installers were respectful of my home and did a wonderful job. Moving forward 4 years I needed a little adjustment on the door. The whole process couldn't have been a better experience from the pleasant lady on the phone scheduling the repair to Mitch coming out and taking care of it. You will bey first when I need windows and will recommend to family and friends! Thank you!

EDIT - ** I had to come back and edit this review to add to how good these windows are. It is currently March 2nd 2021 -just a few weeks ago is when we had the huge snow/ice storm with those record breaking and dangerously cold temperatures. We didn't have to put our heater up past 66most days. I have never had that experience with my house keeping temp so well.

Our house house was built in 1975, still with original installation. So these windows helped that much. ** We had a great experience with this company. Definitely the highest quality windows we could've purchased here in Tulsa. They worked quickly and efficiently. They look amazing!

I came into Thermal Windows as a home I just purchased had windows installed by them 5 years ago and the warranty was still transferable. I came in without an appointment and was directed to a manager who was able to quickly get me in her office and get the process started. Where there was a fee to transfer the warranty over it was well within reason and the business transaction was handled quickly and professionally.

In my opinion, there is something to be said about a local business who takes care of there customers and makes good on the services they offer. Where I don't plan on needing to the use the warranty, I feel confident that if I do, they will hold up to their end of the bargain.

Had our decrepit sliding glass door replaced last month. The Thermal Windows guys, Jeremy and Tom, showed up on time, spent 7+ hours in the Oklahoma heat, and did a *very* nice job. I have no problem recommending them.

We did the first part of our house two years ago with Thermal Windows. We just had the rest installed last week early December 2017 and we just absolutely love them. Bo in the sales office was a great help. The install team that came out were very polite and answered any questions that I might have. We've already noticed a sound difference (quieter from outside) from these new windows and the heater doesn't come on as often either. No joke, should of had this done years ago. Great product. Thanks to everyone at Thermal Windows.

Thermal Windows also installed a storm door for me on my back door and this was no easy task as my house moves a lot and has had piers installed twice to stabilize it. Joe & Ben were there all day, but did get the door installed and it actually makes the opening look straight. The door opens and closes perfectly and it was installed almost a year ago.

Wow. After receiving two other quotes, Thermal Windows blew away the competition. How can the other companies get away with it? These new windows are beautiful, quiet and function perfectly. And with a lifetime warranty, I feel at ease. Install was quick and professional. Highly recommend.

The staff has your best interests in mind and they are very knowledgeable. I can't wait to see the savings these new windows provide for our house.

We had our entire house done about a year ago. The quality is unbeatable! It's really made a big difference in our electric bill. These windows have held up against all kinds of awful weather, including hail - not even a dent! Their service is great. The installers were extremely courteous. They showed up on time every day and even finished the project early. If I had any more windows, I would be using them again!

We had Thermal Windows replace our windows at our office about 6 years ago. We were so pleased with the windows that we had Thermal Windows replace our windows at our home in December. They did a fantastic job. What a difference the new windows have made too! Our home is no longer drafty. We couldn't be happier!
