Huge props to Judy, Rory, and Rory. I had a window replaced which had wood rot in the frame. Despite a runaround from our association on the look of the installed window, the team at R & R helped me every step of the way. I don't know that I would trust ANYONE else but R & R to replace my windows. Thank you!

We had to fix some double pan thermal window at our home. I did not know R&R and found them on the internet. They came for an evaluation, took the measurements carefully, came back a few weeks later, and replaced the window. Everything perfect--zero problems! It was not expensive. This is a serious team of people, and we will use them again in the future.

Rory came over for a free estimate and delivered what I consider a very fair price for a window replacement on my 13th floor condo window. He ordered the glass and called me back about a week later when it was ready for installation. He was prompt and professional when he came by and was able to install the window within an hour.
