Horrible! I can't even explain how many months we waited for the windows to get measured and installed. I called almost everyday and it was always the same thing nothing would get done. Then when they finally came out to do the installation after months of them having the measurements done they went to install the windows and ended up having the wrong windows or wrong sizes.

It didn't fit and so the tenants of course were very upset. So again took months to finally get the right windows. After that was complete the tenant calls that they installed one of the windows to one that didn't even need replacement. So now again another hassle trying to find another window company to finish what they were supposed to finish months ago just because they couldn't do the work the way it was supposed to be done in the first place
