My neighbor's tree fell on my fence and hot tub during the heavy snow recently and she had the company come over to my house to remove the tree. The guy in charge verbally abused me after I would not let him walk on top of my hot tub cover to cut the tree. He said he could not do his job without getting up there but the fallen tree extended 5 feet or more beyond both sides of the hot tub so the tree was reachable just by standing on the patio on either side and he had two guys helping him who were able to lift branches as he cut them.

And even after I told him he could not walk on the hot tub cover I found him standing on it with the chain saw and told him to get off. He was angry and said things I tried not to hear. He said he hoped the tree left huge holes in my hot tub cover. His anger was scarey and he had a chain saw in his hands so I did not say anything back.

Another fantastic job by Paul and his crew on our trees and bushes! Riley and Alex were thoroughly professional and artistic, and went the extra mile by going beyond the initial work order. We've been working with American Arbor Care for years and feel fortunate to have their services. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

American Arbor Care is a tree service that I would recommend. In general, they do a good job. If they miss something, for example, some dead limbs, they come back and fix the problem. In other words, they stand behind their word which is not always the case. I have had them do some major tree work twice and I would recommend them without question.

American Arbor Care has been excellent to work with. We had them do pruing on our two big trees--a sizable ash in the front and a 100+ foot tall Siberian elm in the back. They fixed all the problems that last pruners created two years ago and got them in tip top shape. They also did emerald ash borer treatment on the front tree and elm leaf beetle on the back. Great results! Will definitely be working with them again.

Great value and highly professional! Trimmed 2 70' high ash trees that were very overgrown and lots of dead limbs. Very impressed with their skills in accessing every part of the trees, and now our property looks noticeably better. I'm sure they saved these beautiful old trees' lives. Highly recommended. Good price. Great work! These are a couple of the oldest and biggest Hackberry trees in Denver. They look fantastic after their pruning. 50 years younger. The entire crew was great to work with! Even my dog walker said how nice they were in her daily note. Highly recommended.

Paul and Casey came out to provide a quote for a number of items requiring attention. Both individuals were knowledgable, and talked through job specifics for trimming a maple tree, Ash tree, performing an Ash bore treatment and clearing several Aspens and stumps. The quoted prices were reasonable, and itemized. I'm looking forward to having them perform this work.

Lowest of 5 estimates to remove large elm tree/grind stump. Workers were very nice and easy to work with. Removed tree without any damage to the yard, and cleaned up very nicely. Came back the next week to grind stump, they were very accommodating to me when I asked if they could grind some of the large roots that extended away from the tree that would probably not normally be done in that work. Couldn't ask for more.

We had a great experience with American Arbor Care, for a huge Elm tree prune. They were thoughtful and efficient, and I would highly recommend them. Also, their bid came in lower than other competitors.

I would use American Arbor Tree Care Services anytime I have tree care service needs. They are always on-time and very professional.

I'm not inclined to write negative reviews, but I did not have a good experience with this company and want to warn others to be cautious. I hired them for a small job - pruning some trees to help promote growth, and they did very poor work. One of the trees now has an obvious hole in the foliage part way up, and a "tuft" still remaining at the top that's inconsistent with how they pruned the rest of the tree.

I contacted them and asked for someone to come take a look/help, but no one ever did. (I did get a message from the owner assuring me someone would, but that never happened.) Obviously it's just one experience on a small job, but I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and concern.

Your Crew did a wonderful job with the removal & pruning of all our trees. They were all very courteous & did a wonderful job & cleaned everything up like they were never here!

I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you what an amazing job your guys did with everything in our yard. Particularly, the crew and the young man who was in charge of them, doing the removals. Not only did they do a great job, but he was very polite, professional, and communicative as they went along. It looks so much better without all of the dead plants!

American Arbor Care has taken care of my trees, winter watering, lawn services, and landscaping needs for many years. When I had a huge old elm that needed to be removed from my parking strip, Paul took care of the removal and he and Toni helped choose and plant the replacement red leaf maple.

I called American Arbor Care for a quote and got a great price for stump grinding. I checked other competitors and found that phone service and customer call back was very satisfactory. The job had some other issues where huge root arms were affecting my landscape. I called again for another grinding in those extreme areas and was told No Problem.

One of their workers hit a car in the alley and instead of trying to fix it the boss called and yelled at us and isn't being helpful to get the car fixed at all. Going through insurance and police instead.

Disappointing service. I first contacted American Arbor on March 31st, 2015 to ask for someone to come out to look at our trees and provide an estimate. The person that answered the phone was really friendly and said that 'Heather' will come out within a week.
