DLC Landscape, Inc. understands the complex landscaping needs of large residential communities and office complexes. High-quality maintenance of landscaping, lawns, arborscapes and other common areas is critical to protecting property values, enhancing resident and tenant enjoyment, and reducing long term operational costs.
DLC Landscape uses modern landscaping and water smart technology to lower costs across all service categories. In 2012, DLC teamed up with Useful Systems in Boulder, Colorado to develop a software program called Useful. Useful manages all the paperwork associated with supplying turf, arbor, landscaping construction, irrigation, plant health, and snow removal services.

Services
Irrigation
Report
DLC Landscape takes it one step further. Once a property's water system is operating to specification, water consumption is monitored. If there is a spike in a HOA's water bill, this usually indicates a leak. DLC crews will be sent out to repair any leaks in the irrigation system. In the summer, watering is increased incrementally to avoid lawn brown spots.
Snow Removal
Report
DLC Landscape strives for efficiency in snow removal. We work with property managers to determine the best balance to perform snow removal-access to cars or resident safety. The best strategy for a HOA is to have a skid steer stationed on the property. Skid steers fitted with large buckets can move snow no matter how deep. In comparison, snow plows do not work well in deep snow.
Water Management
Report
DLC Landscape offers professional water management services to office building, multi-family and HOA properties. DLC staff come to your property dressed wearing clean shirts and vests with the DLC Landscape logo. DLC box trucks are modern. All tools and equipment are stored inside the truck instead of piled up in open truck bed. In Colorado, water is a precious resource.
Trees
Report
DLC Landscape uses modern tree service trucks, equipment and productivity tools. Our trucks are newer with the latest boom and shredder equipment. DLC work crews wear clean shirts and vests with the DLC logo. DLC Landscape uses a cloud based application called Useful to inventory all tree assets on a property.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness They are not a company who honor's their verbal agreements. Ok, it has been a couple of weeks and although it was like pulling teeth, eventually DLC Lanscaping came through and honored our agreement. Thx to James and Mike. Services: Walkway landscaping, Lawn landscaping

I let my yard get away from me and it was a disaster. My apple tree had a really good year, but there were hundreds of apples all over the yard. Weeds, leaves, just a horrible mess and Mike sent a crew over. They did an amazing job. Cleaned everything up, cleaned my patio on top and left my yard ready for winter. Could not be happier with the result. Good people, good company and locally, independently owned. You can't go wrong with DLC Landscape.

The quality of work ranges from excellent to poor and varies from department to department and from year to year. I have had excellent work done by the arborist and the staff who trim my trees. However, the last work I had done was replacing a tree and shrub on warranty. The men who planted the tree left a mess. A couple inches of dirt over the decorative rock over a wide area surrounding the tree and a broken drip line.
They also told me they hadn't been told about the shrub that was to have been replaced. I called the office and let them know about the missing shrub, broken drip and mess. The woman I spoke to assured me she would pass the information on. Since then I've left several messages (the phone has been going to voicemail on a weekday). Its been 3 months and no one has gotten back to me. I suspect senior management doesn't prioritize fixing problems after they've been paid.

My experience with DLC has been excellent. They provide landscaping, lawn and sprinkler services to my HOA. This is a large HOA with mature trees and lots of grass. It is a very difficult area to maintain. The technicians are professional and do their best to please the homeowners. I have dealt with other landscape services in the past. DLC is the best I've seen so far.

Our HOA uses this company for landscaping. They routinely skip houses, refuse to return calls, and just overall do a terrible job. They have broken our sprinkler heads, wiped their dirty feet on the walls of our house when turning on sprinklers, and sit taking long breaks without bothering to finish jobs. When they come around to use the blowers to clean up after raking leaves, they blow leaves into peoples open garages.
They say to lock your dogs in the house and they will enter your backyard to aerate and fertilize. Lock the dog inside all day, they don't come anyways. I just CANNOT stand this company. I wish the HOA would use someone else. I can't believe I have to pay money to the HOA to have this company not do anything.
