They installed heating and air conditioning. Our furnace was 35 years and they kept it running for 20+ years. Everyone who has has come to our home; the technicians, the salesman, the women who answer the phone are all extremely professional. If you are looking for competent company this is it! These guys were great! Called this morning and Joey was onsite the same day to fix my furnace. They even had to pickup a part to complete the repair and still had this done within a few hours. When everyone else wad busy and could not come check out my furnace after explaining my 85 year old mother was living with me, Conserv-Air put me on the schedule first thing in the morning at 8:00-10:00 am. The technician was very polite, on-time, and checked everything before leaving. I would recommend them next time I have issues with my furnace.

Second week Of January Mike Aerni the president of Conser-air came to give us a quote for a whole house generator. He said we would have the quote by the weekend or Monday of the next week. Well I called a week after he was out and again promises of getting it to me. Again, no quote, called again promised it again by the end of Friday. Again, no quote I have sent emails, texts and called at least 5 times.
I would never use this company! I would never put a down payment down because you may never get your product! This has been going on since January 20th. Never use this company if I could I would have given zero stars!

I cannot recommend this company at all. I had an emergency. It was freezing outside and my furnace just stopped working. I had no heat. I first had the gas company come over since they had been working on the gas lines outside and I thought it could be their fault. The gas company said I needed a repair. I called Conserv-air and they took full advantage of me.
They had to replace the ignitor. I knew the part costs $20-30 on amazon. They did the repair and charged $187. It was freezing (10 degrees outside) at around 9pm and I had no heat. So they had me over a barrel. I paid over $300 for this emergency repair. What makes this MUCH worse is that a year later I had a technician from a different company over for routine Air/Furnace servicing.
This technician told me that he noticed the ignitor was installed wrong and that if he had restarted the furnace, there would have been a explosion. I can't believe how horrible this company is to take advantage of a customer in crisis and then do such an awful, negligent job. Unbelievably bad service. Avoid this company.

Unfortunately, despite a strong start to my households association with this company, we have had a very negative experience lately. The "new" furnace that we purchased 3 years ago (we were told that it was brand new, but at a discount rate due to it being slightly dented), and haven't had any issues until just last week. During a routine seasonal maintenance check, the technician (no issues with him. Prompt, polite, and efficient) discovered that 2 components had been burned out.
He replaced the one, but the other needed to be ordered. This second component (a control board that handles the fan speed) costs about $900 I was told. I said it's a good thing that it's under warranty. The technician left, and said he was going to order that part. So far, so good. This was last Tuesday. It was still fairly warm. The next day, he calls back and tells me that the warranty for our "new" furnace was already registered to someone else, and said warranty had not been transferred to me.
I called the office, and was told that the issue was being looked into. A day later, no response. A day later, no response. I called back and asked for a manager. He seemed annoyed to have to speak with me. He groused about how he was going to have to pay for the part/repair. I mentioned that I was glad to pay for the service call and labor, but would not pay for the parts, as they were warranteed.
He then offered to split the difference. I was then reassured that they were once again looking into the issue. I called back. And again. I called Saturday to practically beg for someone to fix my furnace, since it was 45° that night. I awoke to a house at 62°. I have yet to hear back from ANYONE. This is most unsatisfactory, and I advise anyone who deals with this company to double check your warranty.

Thank you so much for your excellent service. Every single person from Conserv-Air was fantastic- from receptionist to technicians to sales people to install team. They took the time to answer our questions, they always called to let us know the progress and the new AC unit/mini split is great. The installation team was so professional, too. All levels of the house are finally cooling to the same temperature. Thanks again!

We had a Lennox Elite Series HVAC installed at our home in October and even though we have not gotten to winter yet, I could see immediately how much quicker it warmed the house and how quieter it was! The 2 stage furnace is a great feature along with the high efficiency filter. The high efficiency filter does a great job of moving air though the house resulting in more uniform heating and cooling.
Through the winter, the heater did a great job. We just started using the AC and the upstairs if far cooler than with our old unit and the temperature is more uniform throughout the house. The installation crew was very fast, clean and thorough, the people at the offices though are a little slow to respond.

Tankless water heater flush. Nick was through in explaining the process so I would be able to do the service myself each year going forward. My water heater had a difficult setup for reaching the valves but he was able to make adjustments easily. Provided plenty of tips to increase the longevity of the water heater. Very happy with Nick and Conserv-Air!

Conserv-Air has helped us with air conditioning problems two summers in a row. Nick, the technician, was wonderful both times. He called before arrival and worked diligently to discover what the issue was. He was friendly and did not try to upsell me. He explained everything clearly so that I could understand what the problem was, and what needed done to fix it.
He also gave me some advanced notice of issues that could arise in the future and possible solutions, all without trying to sell me on a whole new system. I would definitely recommend Conserv-Air, and will request Nick by name in the future! Thanks again!

Amazing business. My technician, Dan went above and beyond with my repair call. He was straight to business and was so open about what he was doing and what was going on. Not only did he get my ac back on and working better than ever, he taught me a lot too! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Wonderful experience, good service and an extremely competitive price. I honestly would not look any further than Conserv-Air.

Had an absolutely horrible experience not only with ConservAir, but also in how the experience was handled afterwards. A technician came out because my furnace was not clicking on. A technician came out, manually started the furnance and said everything was fine, and nothing was actually repaired, despite my concerns that we didn't actually see if the furnace would work from the thermostat.
Once it shut off when he left, it never turned back on, and it has been freezing in my house. I exchanged a few emails with Larissa, and then received a call from her. She started out very pleasant, but then became aggressively defensive when I began voicing my concerns, essentially talking over me to state that "the company stands behind what was done." This back and forth continued until the point where she said "I will have my manager call you, okay bye" and hung up on me. DON'T go to Conserv-Air. They have no understanding of customer service and just become VERY defensive and VERY rude and aggressive if you call about a concern with the job quality.

Replaced our heating and air conditioning units. Excellent company to work with. Matt was outstanding in helping us when our heat went out and with purchasing and installing the new units. the price was fair, t he financing was easy, the products are excellent and the employees are very professional. I would very highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs.

Excellent Prompt Service We called at 3 p.m. and spoke with Scott. He was professional and understanding of our problems. Given the late hour, I was concerned we wouldn't receive service until the following day. Scott was honest and said he would check in with his technicians and get right back to me. He returned my call within 10 minutes. Bill Nash was out to our house before 4 p.m.!
Bill was polite and thorough and taught us a good deal about our air conditioner. He gave us several options regarding our air conditioning problem and went quickly to work. Bill was done by 5 p.m. I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Conserve-Air Co. I found this company by reading positive reviews on Google! Now they have mine!

When I called to set up the appointment I was able to schedule next day and they emailed with a photo of the service person that was coming. Nick called before he arrived right on time. He was professional and quickly figured out the problem with our furnace. He went over everything that needed to be done and the cost seemed very fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

While I was at work, I scheduled an appointment the next morning to have my A/C inspected, because it was only blowing warm air. When I got home from work, I found that my A/C was working perfectly, so I cancelled my appointment with Conserv-Air. The next day, I received a phone call from a technician, who explained why my A/C was suddenly working again.
He stated that he "was in the area" between appointments the previous afternoon, so he stopped at my house and fixed my unit. He said it was a simple fix, involving the "cheapest part" that could break on an air conditioner. He then recommended that I get my unit cleaned at the end of the season. He never mentioned any service charge or price during our conversation.
Given this fact, and because he stated it was so cheap and easy, I assumed that he did me a complimentary service, perhaps in order to guarantee my business with the cleaning service that he recommended. Unfortunately this was not the case. I received a bill in the mail a few days later for $195.00. Although this wasn't an astronomical charge, I am rather dissatisfied with the fact that a technician performed work on a major appliance at my house without my knowledge.
I never agreed to have this service done without my presence there, and I never agreed to the price before the service was conducted. Although everyone I dealt with seemed rather friendly, and they fixed my problem, I'm not sure I if can trust this company's business ethics enough to work with them again.
