My furnace/HVAC system died during the final weeks of winter cold and, being a 20+ year old system, it was no longer economical to repair. I spoke with the business owner, Steve, who came out next day to inspect the duct system and make sure that there were no unexpected surprises for installation that would change the online quote I received. Steve offered upfront, flat rate pricing that was a significant cost savings over a previous quote I received and this quote also included a more reputable, brand named system.

The very next morning, the team of installers (Nick, Louis and Julie) arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work, completing the swap out on budget and in less time that was quoted. I now have a warm home and am sure that the unit will be cranking cold, dry air in the near future when spring turns to summer. I've got 3 aging units in another home that will need replacement in the coming years and will definitely be reaching back out to Collins Cooling & Heating Co. when the time comes! I am incredibly happy with the work performed by the team at Collins. Steve came over to give me an estimate. He was able to answer all of my questions I could see his pride in his company and their work. I got a furnace, AC, humidifier, and thermostat installed. This is a massive upgrade so I was extremely nervous about 1) being over charged and 2) being forced into something I don't actually need.

Not only was his quote the best price wise but I also felt most comfortable with him and how he described the installation/service process to me. It felt like Collins Cooling and Heating really cared about me and my house as opposed to just wanting to make their money. The work was completed quickly and professionally. They also gave me all of the documentation for the products and told me how to register online to get a longer warranty for free.

Everything that they installed works perfectly. I can't recommend this company enough! UPDATE: a few months after getting it installed, my furnace stopped working. An animal had gotten inside - so it wasn't anything wrong with the furnace or the installation. I called and talked to a real person who had Steve call me back within an hour. He then came over early the next morning and fixed it for me super quickly no charge and told me how to prevent it in the future. 10/10 would recommend

After having several estimates and being treated pretty poorly by other companies. We are glad we went with Collins Heating and Cooling. Our AC broke during the heat spell we had. They were responsive, and professional. They did everything they promised and more. We had an entire system upgrade with air and heating. The team arrived on time. They were courteous and respectful of our home and space. We highly recommend this company.

I called Mark about my AC unit smelling like it was burning. He came out the next day at the time he gave me and was very professional. He covered his feet before coming into my house and wore a mask. He was very knowledgeable about my situation and thoroughly looked for a solution. He made sure before he gave a diagnoses that he crossed all his T's and dotted all his I's.

He didn't try to replace something or charge me for something that wasn't needed. I will definitely keep his company in mind and call again if ever I have an issue with my heating or cooling. Thank you so much for such great service and professionalism!

Steve, the owner, is very knowledgeable and fair with his pricing. Very responsive too. They installed a system in one of my rentals and there was some icing in the plenum. Steve was able to stop right out and found the old reusable air filter was the issue. Most companies would've charged me since it was a month since there install without an issue.

I recently had Collins Cooling and Heating install a new Rheem A/C. Steve provided a competitive quote that was lower than the 3 other companies that I contacted. Many companies refuse to give estimates without visiting the property, but Steve was nice enough to provide an estimate over the phone. Before confirming everything, I emailed him pictures of the existing unit. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. The installation crew was friendly and installed the unit in about 4.5 hours.

Excellent. I appreciate the honesty, speed, and cleanliness of the crew. I was looking to replace an ~40 year old system after a tune up technician warned me of a flame roll out on startup of my old unit. The initial company wouldn't quote me for a new unit as they weren't permitted in my area. I had another company come out and quote me about 50% higher than Collins Cooling & Heating for a furnace replacement and install with their lowest end 80% system. Steve was able to set me up with a furnace, chimney liner, and new air conditioner for not much more than the first company was charging for a furnace alone.

His whole crew was knowledgeable, and courteous. Lewis was helpful in explaining everything I needed to know about the new system. I would highly recommend Collin Cooling & Heating to anyone looking for a new system, especially with their upfront fair pricing.

First of all, none of the other estimates we got for the project were even close to being competitive to what Collins was able to offer for the cost. Second, we got quality high efficiency products and incredible quality service!

I really can not say enough about how great they are! The staff were all so nice, knowledgeable, and they took the time to make sure the job was done right. Also, they made sure that all our questions were answered. Most of all, you can tell the owner, Steve, really cares about making sure the customer is satisfied with everything. Very disappointed with this company. Called and told them my furnace was not working and wanted them to schedule a service call to have someone give me an estimate. They told me that all their techs were tied up. They wanted to know if we bought the furnace from them. When I said "No", they told me they would only send someone out if we were going to buy a new furnace from them.

I understand it's the middle of winter, but we called another company and they had someone at our house in just over an hour. Only called them because of Yelp reviews. Too bad I didn't get the same service as other folks.

I called Collins after another heating and air-conditioning supplier told me I needed a new air air-conditioner. It turns out I did not need the new air-conditioning system. Collins replaced the exterior fuse box for just $200 and saved me over $3000 the other company would have charged.

The service was great and the workers were extremely pleasant to be around. I didn't pay them much attention, just showed them where the problem was and let them do their job. Afterwards, the bill was lower than any other business quoted me and I was extremely happy! I would definitely suggest you check these guys out before you settle and pay a ton elsewhere!
