Had a problem didn't realize it was a simple fix. I spoke with rich, he asked a few questions. And rather than just send someone out he had me check the filter. It was plugged. I thought my ac was broken. These guys could have really taken advantage of my incompetence, but that didn't happen. I changed filter and all was better. I'll use them just for the integrity and care for my situation and wallet! Thanks Rich and team.

I called RJ HVAC after I had a whole new system installed a year prior. My system wasn't working up to par and they sent a polite and knowledgeable tech. He was thorough and efficient. I have HVAC experience myself and understood what he was doing. And it left me comfortable knowing I wasn't being taken like some of the other companies.

Staff was extremely easy to work with. The heating system stopped on Thursday and a new one installed on Monday. (The old heater worked up until the new one was installed so I was not without heat, Not sure why it stopped on the coldest days but was happy to have it replaced so quickly) I also knew I had to replace but waiting until winter was over. As far work the area was let clean with all waste removed. I was instructed on operation of new items and all questions were answered completely. Loved the service.

Joe and his assistant did an incredible job in installing an entire new HVAC system (2-stage furnace with air purifier and humidifier, and new AC). They were overly communicative, on time each day, super friendly, worked extremely hard, answered all my questions, etc. Joe specifically takes a lot of pride in his work, which I very much appreciated. RJ HVAC is worth the money, please take my word for it. Unfortunately, I learned that the hard way after paying someone's "guy" to install a new furnace and three months later, having to replace it because it was so oversized and improperly installed. Diagnostic service on boiler/pump heating system. Pump bearings are going bad. Gave price on replacement. Dusty explained what was happening, how long it would take to do the replacement and the final cost. Professional, personable and knowledgeable.

I purchased a tankless water heater to replace an old traditional tank water heater and had it installed by R J Heating & Cooling Co. I could not had a better experience with this company. The entire process from discussing product options through the install was handled perfectly. I received a thorough explanation of the benefits/drawbacks of both types of systems (tankless and traditional) along with a detailed estimate for each (which were very fair in comparison to other companies) After weighing out options, my wife and I decided to go with the tankless system for our family.

The installation was also very thorough and professional. The gentlemen explained what they were doing and always asked for my consent before proceeding with anything related to plumbing, venting, etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality product, outstanding installation and excellent service.

I was told they showed up at the apartment building, and left without making a phone call, or leave a message. When I called later (after realizing, no missed calls, no voicemails on 3 different phone numbers provided) to see what happened, they were rude and unapologetic, I was told to find a different company to service your ac.

Quality minded professionals through and through and excellent customer service. I had a new furnace and AC installed as well as a new tankless hot water heater. Both systems are performing much more efficiently and better than the units they replaced not to mention endless hot water is awesome.
