I had Joe come out for an estimate for a new A/C. He showed me that my furnace had a damper and how to use it to maximize my A/C. Also gave me some advice about our attic vent. I really appreciated his honesty - he wasn't hustling me for money. He gave us several options to choose from to best fit our budget. We haven't ventured past the estimate, yet, but it's likely we will use this company.

I can't tell you how satisfied I am with Precision's service. They came out within the same week for a quote, and less than two weeks later, I have a fully functioning AC unit installed for a fraction of what other companies have quoted me. Precision was the third quote I received, and it really seems like the third time was the charm. The installers were quick, efficient, and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am a long-time customer of Precision and have come to rely on the experience of the technicians they send to my home to assure that they are capable and exacting. I always try to learn something from these visits (most often Customer Care proactive inspections) and I also assimilate a sense of their job satisfaction. When I had a very specific question about installing a smart thermostat on an old furnace, Billy from Precision arrived and demonstrated expertise that went beyond his job description and my expectations. Billy is not only a very skilled technician, but he is genuinely intrigued and satisfied by his profession.

Our AC had stopped working, so on referral from a friend, I called Precision. They scheduled a technician to come out right away. Ethan arrived at our home right on time, and performed the repairs confidently, efficiently and quickly. My husband and I are very pleased and will request Ethan if we have future air conditioning issues. We are so happy with the service that we received from Ethan today that we scheduled an appointment with Precision for tomorrow to come out and give us a quote to expand our mini split system.

Precision is my go-to in Boulder. My clients and I tried many other companies during my 10 years as a real estate broker, but none are as high quality and reliable as Precision. Precision is more expensive than competitors, but they are truly worth it. I only use Precision for my personal home and I always recommend them to others. Their staff is great too!

We called them on a very cold day they had a technician out within an hour Corey was the technician he was amazing he diagnosed the problem quickly he reviewed my account and identified it was a part covered under warranty. He left to get the part and came back quickly and got it installed and us back up and running. Corey was professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend him and the company to my friends and family

I had a significant plumbing issue. Kay-Gee Jackson called ahead, showed up on time, was entirely competent and professional. In addition I asked him many questions about my service & maintenance options and asked for recommendations. Kay-Gee patiently took the time to give me all the answers and recommendations available. He's a pro and knows what he's doing. Due to his good and professional service I will definitely use Precision Plumbing Heating again, and ask for Kay-Gee if possible. Thanks Precision!

Ryan from Precision has been professional, knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. He has answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease (as much as is possible with having my front yard and the street dug up to repair the ancient plumbing). He has overseen the entire project, which is scheduled to be finished on Friday. If you call Precision and he is assigned to your project, consider yourself fortunate. Addendum Since the above review Ryan has returned for one more project today, spending several hours in the cold crawl space to replace cracked pipes in the plumbing.

It sounded like a crazy dentist was drilling down there but Ryan showed me photographs of his completed work and I am relieved it is all done. He is conscientious of his work and well aware that he represents Precision, hence a job well done. Many thanks!

I was really impressed with Eric's professionalism, timeliness, knowledge, and attitude. He was extremely thorough with checking our furnace and heat pump and even did some tests twice. He was ready and willing to explain everything in detail. He also fixed some wiring that had been done wrong. We will probably be replacing our units in the not-too-distant future, and we were really happy with Eric's diagnostic prowess and recommendations. Thank you!

Precision replaced my water heater, which the company had previously installed 21 years prior. I wanted to get it replaced ASAP so I can rent the condo to someone in need, after the terrible fires nearby. They sent someone a couple days after I called, and the work was fast and professional. The only problem was that a set of shelves that were removed, to gain access, were not returned.

Since I live away, I'll need to figure out how to get them back in the area they were. But Precision was very easy to work with, while I was conducting this business in another state, two times zones away. Very good.

Ryan was great! Professional, knowledgeable and personable. Grew up right here in Longmont and is doing well for himself. He was mindful of our hardwood floors and worked efficiently and cleanly. Seemed to be a dedicated and grateful employee.

Today - Toilet mechanism replaced and now all new but the porcelain. One year warranty on parts and labor. Fast and efficient. Necessary parts brought on truck so one appointment service. We totally trust Precision and have been members for at least 17 years. Precision has both installed and taken care of our HVAC, Plumbing, Alarms and Electrical, Whole House Air Purifier, and Humidifier, Hot Water Heater. And our sump pump before, through, and after the 2013 flood. Our heroes!

Billie helped identify and fix the source of a hard to find leak around our water heater. He also kindly answered all of my questions about finding shut off valves for our water heater and boiler. We knew that our boiler was in need of replacement and Billie took the time to examine our existing system and provide us with complete quotes for replacement. We were very happy with the service

I bought my house new more than 20 years ago and while the builder did some things really well, plumbing was not one of them. I have been going to Precision for many years because they are a very professional service and skilled. And I have really needed them. Today I had Precision out for a routine plumbing check; part of a service package I buy from them given my house's plumbing history.

I would have bet that Jacob would find nothing as I keep a close eye on the plumbing. But I was wrong. He found and fixed several problems that I had missed. Very thorough, friendly and professional. They are definitely not the cheapest service but their work is impeccable and when it comes to plumbing and water I want it done right.

Water heater died New Years Day, made an appointment online and in 48 hrs not only was a wonderful serviceman here to survey, but by day's end had new water heaters installed and running. Justin was fantastic and my family and I were stunned to be taken care of so quickly and thoroughly - it was wonderful to see a master plumber at work! Highly recommend!

Heat was off in the upstairs furnace last weekend. I called Precision and Brant came out with his assistant today. I was concerned that with all that is going on in the county that I wouldn't get help that soon, but they came out, assessed the situation, and were able to take care of the problem. They couldn't have been more polite, efficient, or pleasant to work with and even shoveled off my front porch before they left. You couldn't ask for better service. Thank you both.

I have had bad experiences with 3 other HVAC or plumbing services, so I was thrilled with Precision. The repair person was knowledgeable and thorough. He not only explained everything, but I also received a full written report. When I had follow-up questions, he called me on his personal phone to be sure to answer them. Other representatives of the company were excellent at keeping in touch about appointment times and any other needs.

The service was less expensive than others I have used, and yet the quality was SO MUCH better. I am definitely signing up for Precision's Care Club and want to use them for all of my plumbing, heating, and electrical needs because I trust them and have confidence that I will be getting quality work at the best price.

Be aware. We have been working with Precision Plumbing for about 5 years. They installed one new AC unit and we were on a $ 29.00 per month service contract for our house and garage building. Last winter we needed a new boiler for our heating system. They made us two offers, one for $22k and the second for $27k plus extra expenses. We found another company, which installed the whole system for $6.5k.

We kept our contract with Precision for servicing for our whole heating and cooling systems (2), but they now made it very clear, that they are not interested in servicing our heating system, since we did not buy the equipment from them. Not making much sense, since we have lot of equipment here, which was not bought from them. We informed Precision Plumbing today, that we prefer to work with another company for the future. A not satisfied customer.

I've had nothing but excellent work from them. They've repaired 2 toilets in my older house. They're prices are reasonable.

Precision plumbing was amazing professional and very affordable! i highly recommend them! richard t. was great and very knowledgeable i must say. i'm a veteran and was basically a plumber in the navy so i know how and what to do with plumbing. richard was honest and through.i had 4 estimates and were by far the most reasonable! i had several 10k estimates and precision was well under 3k. my crawl space piping was all cast iron and was leaking like crazy everywhere. i had another plumber repair " a leak" when the foundation guys were under the house.he charged me $350 to replace a 6' section witch was a waste of money because everything else was leaking and this guy did not say a thing. he replaced what was needed after my foundation repair and commented i should be good for 30-50 years with the pvc replacement. so if you want an honest and affordable plumber request richard t with precision plumbing they have my business for life.

I had to get a static line test done on my plumbing. I called in, the receptionist was very friendly and got me booked the same day! I had my report the next day. When all the other companies had me 3-5 days out they got the job done same day! Will be using again.

They are great guys! I called them out to run a sewer snake camera on the sewer line of rental property I own, and they showed up on time / did a great job / and diagnosed the problem immediately. And their price was fair.

Hands down top notch fellas. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism, promptness and knowledge. We trust no one else with the repairs on our several rent houses, as well as our own home. They're warranty is unbeatable and I love the shoe covers they wear to protect our floors!

I have small leakage from the sink, and I found them on Craigslist. I should have read the reviews first. I agree with most people here. Just paid $110 for nothing. They gave you $900 estimate for leakage and didn't have the correct part to fix. Workers were very nice, but the manager and phone representative were very unprofessional and rude. what a waste of my time and money. Don't trust them. They only want your $110 for your first visit and will not fix anything.

Wouldn't recommend this company. The repasinatives for the company and the owner, Jake ( aslo goes by JD) Dashti are very rude and unprofessional. However, after calling the management company (being that we are renting) and explaining what has happened and how I was treated, threatened, and disrespected (no, I didn't hire them to do the job but we are still the customer since we pay our landlord a hefty rent and we occupy the property where the work was done), Percision Plumbing sent out another plumber, Eric, he was a breath of fresh air (as they say). He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and an outstandingly hard worker, he got the job done!

God is so good because their are good help each another need I wonder love this million that five stars.

The workers at this company are kind, caring, and do their best to make sure every job is done RIGHT (not just as quickly and cheaply as possible, although they do their best here too!). I read a comment below about how they will take a few days, but that is because this company does not cut corners!

Horrible experience! First person was helpful and nice, We have roots growing in a small section in our main line. What should of been a one day processes is taking 4 days! We have about a 2 foot hole dug in our front yard right next to the side walk, that's not secure so any small child or even an adult could not notice and fall in!

Precision Plumbing Dallas did a great job on installing our dishwasher! They came right away and even picked the dishwasher up and brought it to our house! A+++++++

Called for an estimation for a slab leak and my experience was TERRIBLE. The first call went very well. I was told that they would send somebody the same day, detect the leak and they do charge a trip fee if I decide to repair with somebody else.

They are scam artists and the owner has no ethics or customer service, hired them to do a job. Was told it was done paid for it then come to find out it never was. This company is a total farce! Do not use this company unless you want to lose money and get nothing done.

Very rude and disrespectful and trying to mock. I requested a plumber to come in who has a camera in case he needed to use it to detect roots in line. the customer rep send a plumber only to do the camera with 180.00 which I think is a misrepresentation of what I have requested.

I can't say that I had a similar experience to the others that have written reviews about Precision Plumbing. In fact, my experience is quite the opposite. A stoppage in the master bath shower and tub had me contacting my home warranty company. (This after contacting a plumber on my own who was unable to clear the stoppage but didn't even charge me a trip charge).

The second plumber, this one sent by my HW vendor, couldn't clear the problem and didn't have a working camera. $75 paid and on to a third company (PP). Waited all morning for PP, and they finally arrived around 1:00 PM. Explained to them what others had done and failed. Camera showed no blockage between the clean out and master bath. He tried a couple of things the others did not and cleared the stoppage. Tommy did a great job for me. Thank you! Why only four stars? If possible PP should find a better way of letting customers know an ETA the day before.

I had a kitchen sink repair job completed today. A 2 man team arrived at 8:30am as scheduled, clean and polite. I showed them the work I needed and they gave me a fair quote (not as expensive as I was expecting). Work was; replace (leaking) faucet, move disposal from small (veggie prep?) sink to larger (dirty dishes) side, replace a worn (no handle) cutoff valve, replace all (leaking) pvc drain pipes and swap out the old dishwasher with newer model. The work as completed in about 2 and 1/2 hours for the price quoted. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, price, cleanup and on time arrival.

I wish there was a rating for 'no stars' because that's what this business deserves. When I rang up yesterday I was told a time to expect the plumber. Today, its been over 2 hours since the stated time and no sign of plumber nor a follow up call or any notification of any sort whatsoever! I rang up couple times today, the person who answered the phone didn't even bother to check which customer was calling to know what the inquiry might be.

The response was just that the plumber is probably stuck at another house and will get there when they finish up! Further, this man had the audacity to tell me that ALL of his customers wait patiently all day for their field plumbers to show up rather than call to follow up on the status and that they were doing me a favor by coming out today (despite the fact that none of this was mentioned when I inquired and requested service yesterday).

In addition, the person on the phone personally told me that since I wasn't happy so far (as interpreted by him due to my two follow up calls) he personally advised that perhaps I might be better off finding a another plumbing company to take care of my issues. Appalling way to provide customer service and run a business! Wont be inquiring here again for any of my plumbing needs.

I had an issue with my shower regulating hot/cold water that needed repair. I own a condo which does not have an individual water shutoff (central boiler), and so in order to complete the repair I scheduled a time slot in advance for the HOA manager to have the water shut off to the complex. I called PP a few weeks in ahead of time, explained my situation, and we agreed on a time for them to come out during the period when the water would be disconnected.

The morning of the scheduled repair, I called PP to inform them the water was being turned off and to confirm they were coming. I was told that they had canceled my appointment due to me not calling the day prior, that they had already booked another appointment that morning, and that they would try to come out as soon as they could. When I made my appointment I was asked to call and confirm that the water was being turned off, although I assumed they wanted to know when the water was actually off so that they could begin work.

I don't recall being specifically asked to call the day before, nor understand why they would want me to call prior to the water actually being turned off. They could have quickly resolved the situation and kept my business by contacting me first to let me know they were going to cancel. If this is their policy then they certainly should have made me aware during our first conversation and they did not.

I waited an hour or two past when they had originally agreed on coming and they had not showed or called to inform me of their status. I called them multiple times to see if they were coming, although nobody ever answered and so eventually I gave up and left them a message telling them to not bother. Since posting my original review I have been contacted by an individual (JD) threatening to take legal action if I did not remove my negative review; I have therefore updated my review to be as factual as possible.

I want to emphasize that my low rating reflects my opinion of the professionalism and character of the representatives of the company that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I feel that they wasted my time, were rude on the phone, and afterwards tried to threaten me. For these reasons I rate them 1* and I would not recommend attempting to do business with them to anyone.

After Several plumbing companies coming out to repair my water heater, none of them could get it to work longer than a week! Precision Plumbing told me the problem they thought it was before they even looked at it.
