Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness The employee that came out to my property to do an estimate was very unprofessional. He asked my wife if we grew weed in my backyard? And also stated that if he broke the my sprinkler system while doing a job that he would not fix it. After all that the place never returned a call or email on any pricing for the fence I wanted.

I had a Ply Gem Vinyl Privacy Fence and Gate installed to replace a 27 year old wooden fence and gate that was on its last legs. Even though it was drizzling off and on throughout the day they still completed the installation. They did a great job. Clean-up after was a bit of a problem due to the weather but they did the best they could. I really appreciate the work they did.
They were on time, actually a little early, for both the estimate and install. I would use them again and recommend them. I got the company information originally from a friend whose brother recently had a fence installed and was happy with their work.

We had a vinyl coated chain link fence installed and are thrilled with the results. The estimator was professional and knowledgeable, and made sure that we got the fence we needed to protect our pool. The job was completed in one day and earlier than originally expected. Our fence's gate was out of alignment and scraping the sidewalk. The builder didn't do a good job. All Counties Fence & Supply did a marvelous job of fixing the problem. They use quality materials. Chris was very helpful in working with us to remove a wood fence and replace with new vinyl fence. They also installed a 2- gates I had purchased. Chris took the time ensure the gates were compliant with pool code before installing them, as I had purchased them from a big box store. They were not to code. Chris took the time to source material and have his team take the gates to the shop to bring the gates up to code. The gates are up to code and look amazing as well! All Counties Fence & Supply were able to fit our fence in earlier than expected which was a wonderful blessing. The crew was on time the day of and worked continuously until completion. The two-man crew did an excellent job, quality work, professional and top-notch quality of fencing. We've had two other fence companies in the past that have done other areas of our property, we wish we would have had All Counties for all of our fencing.

A wonderful experience working with Bob and All Counties. It is rare for a company to do a job and it is as discussed, on time and without issues. The crew was detail oriented, the estimator came out several times to confirm everything in advance. Supervision of site workers was done to make sure all was good. We cannot be happier and we would gladly recommend All Counties. Lastly, our job was custom vinyl and the end result was truly perfection. Not one redo of anything.fit and finish was flawless.

I met with Bob Phillips and got a very fair quote to replace approx. 90 ft. of old wood fence with new white vinyl. The crew arrived a few weeks later and from the start were extremely safe, polite, professional and efficient. The crew placed cones in the street around their truck, wore all their safety gear, was considerate of my property and my neighbors, and had a great attitude.

All Counties Fence and Supply came to my rescue when my neighbor's construction project required modification to our wood fence. Their knowledge and ability to match the existing fence was superb. Their price also led me to replace several additional panels with water damage. I had complete confidence in them and didn't bother taking time off to be there while the work was being done.

We wanted to replace the wood fencing on three sides of our property. We checked on Angie's List for a top rated fencing company. All Counties Fence & Supply (in Riverside, Ca.) was rated very high. We called Rick Cavazos and he came out to our house and gave us a great bid and he had lots of good ideas that would improve the look of the new vinyl fence compared to the old wood fence.

We've had All Counties out three times, each one was a great experience, definitely five stars. They created a custom wrought iron gate, replaced wood panels, and most recently put up a redwood vinyl fence shared with the neighbor. No complaints. If you're looking for a low-ball estimate, keep looking. Our view is it only takes 10% more to go first-class and that's what we got.
