Critical: Responsiveness the person answering the phone was nice, but they have a 10 week backlog and did not think a fence repair was something they should be doing. If you use them I recommend you getting a commitment that they will assist if your fence needs repairs or you will be sorry.

It is well worth the wait to get a fence done by this company! They did a large chain link fence for our dogs in our new home in the mountains. We picked the brown fencing so it would blend in better with the beautiful scenery up here. They dug a trench around the whole fence and buried the fence so our dogs could not dig out. We are on a very steep hill so they had to place patches of fencing in some spots at the bottom and make custom gates. Gus and his crew were on time and courteous all 5 days of the install. The owner came by at least 3 times to make sure we were happy with every little detail. We highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend these guys to install chain link.mine was a smallish enough job (two side entrance gates )but everyone else seemed too busy and focused on bigger jobs and I felt I'd have to wait longer than I should. Diamond were busy too, but they squeezed me in, and did a really good job. I'm guessing that small residential guys like me aren't their " bread and butter " but they still catered to my needs and they deserve major kudos for that.

They could have fobbed me off for later.but they didn't. Down to earth, easy to work with and Dave (one of the head honchos )checked and double checked their crew to ensure the job got done to my satisfaction.no messing around.

Recently ordered a 4 foot metal fence to enclose my patio so I could keep my 2 Samoyed dogs from playing in the sprinklers at night. It wasn't a huge job, but Diamond Fence was very responsive and quick to come to my house to give me a bid for the job. The price was very reasonable and I am delighted with the final outcome. Exactly what I was looking for. They were excellent to work with on handling any issues that arose during the installation. Highly recommend these folks.

I've ordered custom cut pipes from them a few times and found them to be friendly, accurate, and with reasonable prices. I've used 16ga 1 3/8 pipes to build 3 monitor stands and 14ga to make a strong canopy over our car that's lasted 9 years in mountain winds.

This is a really late review however I had a pool installed and diamond installed a fence on a hillside the crew had to negotiate different elevations and tie into existing fences including the installation of poles bolted to a cinderblock wall overall good work but a bit pricey.

I have had this company do two job for me in the last two years and they are true diamonds. They show up on time, know their job and do it with care and attention to detail. Crews are courteous and care about a job well done. Can't praise the company or it's employees enough.

Call for an estimate came out but seem a bit hungry money for my taste did my calculations and they try to charge me like double the price of what would spend for just doing it my self

Called Dave to have them come up and realign my chain link gate which had sagged and was hanging up on my sidewalk and new driveway. Dave was able to come right up and fixed it in about 10 minutes. When I asked for a bill, to my surprise, he said, "No charge. It was just a simple fix." Now that's a company I can recommend.

Really bad experience - with both Diamond Fence staff and workers. You call to ask a question and people are rude. And I guess the fence layers think its okay to say nasty things in Spanish to me as I check on their work. We all know the swear words - especially when they are aimed at us! Awful!

They just finished our fence today. They had it all done in 2 1/2 days. I have no complaints what so ever! They filled in the spaces underneath with dirt and rocks so our dogs couldn't get out, which gets an A+ from me. We will definitely be using them in the future when we decide to fence the entire backyard!

Also, if you live in Arrowhead Woods like we do, Greg is very knowledgeable with the whole AWAC process and that made it so much easier. Highly recommended!
