Amazing! ATI Services completed our kitchen remodel and we could not be more pleased! The guys were very upfront with what to expect about the timeline of completing the project, gave plenty of notice for what to expect along the way of completing the reno, and the quality of the finished project is beyond what we could've hoped for. We have a very small kitchen, and Joe made sure to put thought and care behind every tiny detail.

He was always on time, friendly, and very communicative while doing our project. If we decide to do any additional projects in the future, we will definitely contact ATI Services and request Joe specifically. Thank you for making our tiny kitchen functional and beautiful!

We had a complete kitchen remodeling and Jack/Kevin were amazing. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had lived in another state and they Sent us pictures of our progress each step of the way. The customer service was superior. There are no surprises and they were completely transparent about the costs and recommendations. We couldn't be more have with the way it turned out.

We have used ATi twice now and both times they have done amazing work. Most recently we renovated an original bathroom in our 1940s home, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! Jack and his crew are great communicators and excellent planners, and we were informed of what was happening every step of the way. While we knew there might be surprises due to the age of the house (which Jack communicated before we began), the issues were handled quickly and cost effectively. Big shout out to Kevin and Dave whose attention to detail was superb.

ATI Services of Tampa was absolutely amazing to work with! Jack is very responsive and shoots things to you straight. I had many questions, since this was our first remodel ever and he always had an answer ready. While Jack is awesome, the real gems are his guys! They were always early to the job site, friendly and communicating what was happening with the project.

I had even more questions for them and they always were polite and would explain anything I needed additional elaboration on. Even when I would make selections that weren't the best fit, they would make recommendations as to why I might want to consider a different route. I can't recommend them enough! The project completed at the shorter time frame they gave and now we are just looking to start our next project with them. There might be a little of a wait to start working with ATI but seriously I would not go anywhere else. Sometimes the wait is worth your while!

This is the second time we contracted with ATi Services. Again, ATi exceeded our expectations. In 2017 ATi redid our thirty-year-old kitchen. We love what they accomplished on schedule. Fast forward to 2020, and we were ready for a master bath makeover. Our only disappointment with the bathroom demolition is that Jack said my wife and I could not use sledgehammers to help his crew. "We don't use sledgehammers.

We are careful when we take apart the existing structure." They were careful, and nightly, the crew cleaned up the dust and debris. The ATi crew, Kevin and Dave, were a pleasure to have in our home. Professional, polite, skilled, and fast. Again, everything advanced on schedule, and we could not be happier with their work. When they finished, I joked that we would be having Thanksgiving dinner in the master bathroom because it is the best-looking room in the house.

The owner of ATi Services Jack came out to give me a quote for my son JP bathroom which he has TBI. Jack took pictures and explain their was no pan that is why water it was leaking into the closet. Jack put his best two constructors on the job which were Kevin & David. When Kevin & David came by to access the walk in shower before starting the job they told me that it will about two weeks. Kevin & David were always on time to the job and communicated with me at all times durning the process of the bathroom remodel.

We just hired ATI Services for the second time. This time they converted a closet bench seat in our bedroom into a beautiful vanity. Their work is so good that the vanity looks like it has always been there. Everything was matched up perfectly. They are prompt, professional, and very skilled. I highly recommend ATI Services for your remodeling needs!

JackZ with ATi Services was absolutely phenomenal. His communication throughout our project was top notch, with contact via phone calls, text and emails. David, Kevin and Joe put their best work into our home and felt like family before they were done. I'm looking for more projects as we speak to keep them at our house!

After interviewing three different contractors, we chose ATi Services of Tampa to handle the renovation of our villa in Dunedin, which included a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, fresh paint, etc. We could not be happier with the work Jack Z, his project manager Ryan, and the rest of the crew did on our renovation. The entire project went relatively smooth, with only minor hiccups, which can happen in any renovation.

Throughout the project, the entire crew were very professional, polite, and communicated with us frequently to keep us updated on the progress. Not only was our project finished ahead of schedule, we also came in under budget. Your actual results may vary, depending upon finishes chosen, and any extra change orders during the job. My wife and I highly recommend ATi Services of Tampa. And, as a Realtor, ATi Services will be on the top of the list of suggested contractors for my customers.

Jack and ATi recently transformed our master bathroom into something we really love. This was our first remodel and we are very happy we chose ATi! I decided it was time to remodel the kitchen/family room. I found two very well rated contractors on Angie's List and had them both come out. Both were impressive, but the decision maker was the fact that JackZ addressed an issue having to deal with a wall I wanted pulled down (it contained the kitchen sink venting). The other contractor didn't mention this, the import of which is that this involved additional costs.

This is a second home so I was 800 miles away while the project was underway. Jack and his crew lead Ryan, were always in touch if there were issues or questions and I was kept up to date periodically with photos of the work in progress. In addition to the kitchen updates, 1100 sf of new tile was installed throughout the house and the popcorn ceiling was removed from most of the house.

The end result is amazing. I was down this past week with family members visiting and everyone agreed that the pictures don't do it justice. More amazing in person. I have total confidence in Jack and his team and his partners. I am signing up with Jack this week for another major project to remodel two of the bathrooms and reconfigure the master BR.

We hired Jack Z to do a kitchen renovation, we had a small galley kitchen and wanted to take down a couple walls to open up the space. The project turned into main area renovation replacing all the flooring and scraping the popcorn ceilings. The price was a little higher than we were expecting but in the end we had minimal change orders and the project was finished in the 6 week timeline given.

We absolutely love the results and would hire Jack and his team again. All of the employees were very professional, they arrived by 8am every morning, cleaned up at the end of each day and their communication was greatly appreciated. We were informed of the plan each week and if there were any deviations or delays. We definitely recommend ATi to anyone looking to do a kitchen renovation.

Living out of state, I purchased a condo in Dunedin that needed a total renovation. I called several contractors and spoke with them over the phone regarding the scope of the work, which included gutting bathrooms and kitchen, new flooring throughout, wainscoting and moldings and paint. Jack form ATI was one of two that I developed a comfort level with, and ultimately I chose ATI.

I could not give a higher endorsement of Jack, ATI and their crew! Jack worked with me entirely over the phone and through email, having never actually met him in person. The job they did was phenomenal! Not only was the quality of work and craftsmanship exceptional, but every detail was paid attention to. Jack was willing to make suggestions based on his experience, which I appreciated and found helpful.

His crew accepted appliance deliveries for me and were flexible when needed. I felt like everyone who worked on the job took a special interest and pride in making sure it was done well. The project was well-organized and completed on time, and I received updates and excellent communication throughout. Again, I could not give a higher endorsement, and if I had it to do all over again, I would do it exactly the same way and would not consider using anyone else. Every aspect of working with ATI was professional and a pleasure, and at a fair price.

I attempted to secure an estimate from Jack Zolnierowski. He has excellent reviews on Angies List. I called and the initial conversation went well. I described the work I wanted completed, he asked for all my contact info, and we set a date for him to come out.
